Very poor customer service. Had to wait for more than 25mins to get a small fries and they have given it to a wrong customer. They didn’t even know it until I inquire about it and they never admitted to the mistake they made. Never said sorry or felt sorry. Give some knowledge about good customer service in such situations for these small kids staff.

A&W typically has always had a great reputation of fast and friendly service, reasonably priced hot fast food and a taste which is its own. Great place to grab lunch while you are in the mall. I have always had a great experience at every A&W

The staff is very helpful. I have a hard time grabbing the paper bag and they are not rushed. As usual it's perfect a&w food. If anything this a&w just keeps getting better.

An interesting location. The food is decent, the staff friendly.the food court itself is a bit of a zoo. Excellent place to grab and go

maps says they are open till 9: 00. I showed up at 8: 20 and the door said closed at 7: 00.

The staff is friendly and attentive, making every visit a true pleasure. The food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended

You would think being a new location that this place would be clean and tidy. That's wasn't the case, and the burgers were not put together very well. The onion rings were fine, but I would probably recommend going to a different location.

They forgot they took my order and later proceeded to make my order incorrect by adding cheese after they asked me if I wanted cheese and I said no.

Consistent with every other A&W experience, decent food, friendly staff. The line was a bit chaotic but thats what you get in a food court.

My partner got take out because I was craving burgers, the mozza burger. We ate it but the meat tasted off, as the meat was a tad undercook and water down. Barely any flavor. Not even an hour later we began getting heavily sick and puking.

I was over charged by $6 for a combo. When I asked a staff member about it, she indicated that there is nothing she could do, and told me to move as I was blocking the line up. I was polite, so her behaviour was totally uncalled for. They may have made an extra $6, but I will NEVER return.

The worst a&w I have been to! The staff there are rude and don’t care for the customer. I stood there for 10 minutes just to get cold coffee. And when I told them they gave me a hot one with not enough cream or sugar. They even charged extra. Horrible customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE I was just trying to get a simple combo and the staff were very Rude didn't count my change correctly and my burger was horribly put together he forgot to grab my drink so I had to remind him honestly I felt like I was treated rudely
