So I ordered kids' chicken stripe, was ask if I wanted juice or milk and I said no, after paying, I realize I should get.jucie for my kids because he needs some liquid to drink after, I ask you know what "how much is it for the a kids juice and the guy that I deal with was preparing my order heard that I want juice, he keeps on saying but he doesn't want it. Anyways, to make a story short, why did I pay for the juice when it should have come with the kids' meal.huh,

Just read some recent reviews and seems like they heard some of the complaints? When I was there, they asked for each customers names for the order, they were friendly ish, and the food was made fresh the way it suppose to be. I ordered a Canadian breakfast special and it took a bit of time to get it. My take was they were making it, not just having eggs, bacon, sausage, toast sitting around and then slapping it together like at McDonald’s.
Good experience today.

I'm an A&W fan, however this A&W is continually dissapointing. Usually fast food chains are highly standardized across locations. This is not the case in this location. Service and food are both always cold. I find out odd that there's just one A&W location that just puts out really poor food and service.

Ordered a sausage and egger with croissant and an apple juice. The lady behind me ordered a sausage and egger with English muffin. When the order came up, I came to grab my order and the lady behind me grabbed it too and claimed she ordered the same thing and was rude about it too. The employee did not even clarify or helped tell her that it was our order. I just gave it to this obnoxious lady and waited. And obviously the next order came up for the sausage and egger with English muffin which no one came to claim since it was that lady’s! I ended up waiting for 20 mins and the employee gave me orange juice instead of apple juice. When I told her, she’s like “it’s not orange? ” … need better customer service and have a number or name system to claim orders or something. Especially with the long line up they have and the potential for people to have the same orders, etc.

This was around 10: 00am June 2nd.

Ordered Teen burger with A&W root beer for $6.99 with coupon.instead root beer i requested oranage juice.why pay the full price for oranage juice.very unsafisfied service with supervisor.thanks.

I placed an order 30 minutes before their closing time but an extremely nice lady who got my order her name was Harkiran with beautiful smile did not rush me or making me uncomfortable

I ordered a poutine.potatoes was cold and the gravy terrible salty. Threw it in trash.too bad

How could u accept delivery orders while you can not provide parking? We’re getting $50 ticket for picking up the orders for skip and uber or we have to pay $4 everytime for $6 order which is not fair. If you can’t provide so do not accept orders
