Waited in line for 5 minutes. At 11: 05 AM, Was then told that I wasn't allowed to have the plated breakfast because it was past 11am.

If you want a company hiring all immigrants to deny you breakfast and serve you bad food here's a great place to go.

I ordered the mama burger combo, the burger itself was cold and bland and the fries were barely lukewarm. My drink cup was covered in dried pop syrup so it was sticky and unpleasant to hold. My friend also ordered food from here and theirs took so much longer for just a poutine. My food took 5 minutes their's must've taken closer to 20. They also had complaints about the small amount of gravy they got on their poutine though I'm not sure they'll post a review. We both eat at A&W and have had good experiences but this has given me the ick and I'm not sure how soon I'll be having A&W again.

Such a un professional behaviour towards new employees I got trained for first half and were using words keesi krvadanve ehdi mhina holende to their other team leaders. Is this environment AW gave to their new ones. How can I go to work into such toxic environment. I did one sick call and they were saying what should we do you have to come and than cancel all my shifts and gave me termination without even talking or consulting to me aa jedi lgiya ne pehla tusi v etho hi shurwaat kri aa don’t forget that rabb sb dekhda best wishes to you sply their manager KULDEEP don’t know how to talk. Go to the other a&w. This one leaves a 2- 3 inch gap from the top if you order a drink. Definitely not what you're paying for.

Waited 20 mins dropped my food in front of me and my replacement didn’t include part of the meal I paid for lol.

Just choose some other food stall better idea

I had a very good experience, the girl working at front explained me the kids meal well and asked me if my son likes pickles in his chicken. It was busy afternoon still she explained everything calmly. Normally cashiers don’t ask such questions. She served me with a great smile. Overall a good experience.

Poor and slow service. I am also working in A&W Richmond and i know everything about material. I ordered 2 order of onion rings and they doesn’t put seasoning on it even when i asked they are just stated ignorning. Its looks so rude. I doesn’t like there service.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience. I ordered a hashbrown burger which most of the time i order and prefer, but to my surprise, I was charged for a beyond meat burger without any prior notification or explanation. This unexpected charge not only caught me off guard but also resulted in an inflated price that was significantly higher than what I had anticipated. As far as I remember staff name was Kuldeep.

As a customer, I believe it is essential to be informed about any substitutions or changes to an order that may affect its price. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. I feel that AnW failed to communicate this substitution policy effectively, leading to a situation where I was unwittingly charged for a more expensive item.

Additionally, the overpricing of the beyond meat option further added to my dissatisfaction. While I understand that alternative meat options may incur additional costs, the price I was charged seemed disproportionately high, especially considering the lack of transparency and communication regarding the substitution.

As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the quality of the food and service provided by AnW Restaurant. However, this recent incident has left me feeling disappointed and questioning the integrity of your pricing practices. I believe that customers should be fully informed about any changes in their orders and be given the choice to accept or decline these modifications based on accurate pricing information.

I sincerely hope that AnW Restaurant takes this feedback seriously and considers implementing measures to ensure that such situations do not occur in the future. Transparency and clear communication are vital aspects of providing a positive dining experience for your customers, and I believe that addressing this issue will contribute to the overall satisfaction and loyalty of your patrons.

Customer service of staff is excellent especially a girl named lovleen I remember, she was so polite and calm with me while ordering I visited few days back and i was confused with my order she assisted me and gave me good meal.

Extremely poor and slow service. Granted it’s a Saturday morning, but you need to invest in hiring additional staff to deal with the bottleneck of customers wanting breakfast before mall opening. It took me just over 20 minutes to receive ONE “All Canadian Special”! That’s not right. And unfortunately there was nothing special about this as the whole experience left me with a bitter aftertaste. The other customers were getting irritated by the slowness and 2 people were returning/exchanging their food, which in fairness I can’t comment on. But let your customers know there’ll be a wait at the time of taking their orders. And I implore management to add to kitchen staff and have another on hand to take orders during busy periods. In the meantime I can’t recommend this location and shall not be returning.

I had to repeat myself twice as manjinder was talking to her coworkers and not listening to me. I also noticed that the kitchen staff are no longer practicing safe hygiene so I will not be buying from this A&W anymore!

Prices are too high (thanks metrotown) and they don't make all day lunch in the mornings as is advertised behind the cashier.

Horrible customer service. I bought a kid’s package and when I asked about the apple the staff simply ignored my inquiry.
