Horrible experience at this A&W the other day. My teen burger was cold, the fries were soggy and I never did get my onion rings. The only thing that was good was the root beer! The staff wasn't friendly and the wait was too long which is probably why my food was so horrible.

I came here for food she is busy with her tablet she say one minute one minute for 10 minutes she i have to without for very bad service

Ac not working g I side eating area closed odd bathrooms filthy no toilet tissue. Food awful. Onion rings too salty, burgers tasteless dry etc

Not quite quarter to closing and the doors are locked and a customer can’t get in. Travelling for some time and wanting to make an order and use the washroom. Personally, I’ll be taking this A&W off my list of stops when travelling. It always sucked, but if customer came in at 9: 59 we would always provide them with service. I’d been stopping here many times over the years driving North and South in this province.

Very disappointed.

I would like to add that a person I spoke with outside said he was there at 20 to 10 and the doors were locked and he was ignored, he had 2 friends on their way, and another fella walking his dog was walking away disappointed while I spoke with the first guy about the poor service.

This place needs to close for a week and get a thorough cleaning. Napkin dispenser was empty and dirty. The salt and pepper at my table were empty. Windows had not been properly cleaned in ages. The place has potential just needs tlc.

Sat in line at the window for over 20 minutes tonight to get super cold food I have never been to any fast food place and waited 20 plus minutes to get cold food

This A&W has the most disgusting bathrooms I've ever seen in a food serving establishment. It was pretty clear they hadn't cleaned in several days, possibly weeks. Dirty floors, walls and doors, hair on the toilet in the ladies. Dirty sinks and overflowing garbage. If the managers and owners think this is fine, I'd hate to see their kitchen. I did not order food after seeing the washroom and I'll never eat there again.

They had a good run but it is over. I used to really enjoy coming here but the last two times coming here have ended it for me. I find it is typical once a place stops hiring locals and relies entirely on imported foreign workers.

Order lots because only half of it arrives and you'll become too tired from waiting and arguing with weaponized confusion to really care that you get your entire order.

Don't expect any fast service since the workers are usually too busy visiting and hanging out.

The kitchen is critically understaffed and it takes quite a while for your order. If you order anything that requires a plate and utensils be prepared for the camping experience of paper plates and throw-away utensils which is also a waste.

Very understaffed. My low rating is directed at the owners/managers. The young lady that took our order was very new and in training but had no one to help her (she didn't know how to "combo" a meal so I paid a little extra). She was very overwhelmed. My order was incomplete as was the other couple that were also waiting. The other front line staffer was trying to pick up the pieces and correct things. I really can't fault the young ladies that were clearly undertrained. The store was also not clean. Again, I think this is a direct result of not having a proper level of staff. I will gladly change this review if the owner has a good explanation as to why they were so understaffed. One incident doesn't dictate an entire operation.

Hopefully this place changes it its focus! The bathroom is disgusting. If your in management at this location or even an owner, your capable to do some cleaning, its not below you. My second biggest turn off, id that I asked for a grandpa burger wit cheese, plain. When the lady that was getting my order together asked the cook to put cheese on it, the cook clearly had a chip on his shoulder. He said I made it plain. She said it was with cheese and plain. I can clearly hear all of this conversation and see the cook simply throw a piece on my burger and throw it back. I was there June 23 2023 in the late afternoon. Never going back.

After a few hours on the road, we stopped at this place for breakfast, I didn't like the atmosphere, it lacks cleanliness and organization, I think they should hire more staff.

I hate to say it but today, April 26,2023, this restaurant was the filthiest fast food restaurant I have ever set foot in. It honestly looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks.

Ample parking and great location just outside of Quesnel heading north to PG. Food is reliably good. Tables and restaurant are clean. Staff do their best and have the most patience with difficult needy customers. Always a pleasure to stop here for the food

I have serious doubts this place should be open. Stopped in while rolling through town, and it’s basically an unattended construction site. The bathroom ceilings are destroyed, and have exposed electrical, ventilation, etc.

Service and food were standard for A&W, but the facility is an absolute mess.

After eating here I was sick and there are big Potholes in the parking lot so big that if you were driving a small car you would easily be high centered if you’re in a small car Pick a different location as this one has 2 foot deep water holes leaving the drive-through

I drive thru a lot and sometimes go in to eat. This place inside needs a real renovation. Holes in the ceiling tile, dirt and grime. Seats are torn and outdated. Good service from employees.

I've never had to wait 20 minutes at opening time to order. Then be told by the disheveled looking employee, "look at that order! " As he points to the only other order in the que, with 5 burgers, with mods. It is 5 burgers, it's 6 am, tell that customer they will wait, and get to serving the guests. Employee said at 6: 10 "I've got to run downstairs to change pop" either the night crew left this guy dry, or he git to work too late to be ready at opening time.

Milk was sour, asked for water ($3.50 I might add for water). Bacon and egg meal was untouched except a piece of toast. Not the best start to a day
