This location is bad. The staff have no idea of how to appropriately serve or handle food. They also seem uninterested in serving customers. They chat loudly with each other and ignore customers. No smiles, no greeting. Do you want someone to make you a burger after you’ve been watching him lean on the counter and stroke his facial hair? Disgusting

Apparently they do not serve on a tray after 4pm? There were no visible signs to this effect. I have also ordered dine in during the day as well but they always serve it in a bag. So I have to get a bag and paper cup I do not need and have to pay for, yet the restaurant claims to be environmentally friendly! So silly. I hate drinking root beer out of a to go cup. It tastes worse as well and is never cold enough. Service is slow, staff do not wear gloves, and fries are usually cold. Not recommended!

I thought it was alright but when I seen those pictures that's really a dirty restaurant that day. When we went it was clean.

Dirty floors, windows and tables! Usual A&W fare. Slow, lazy staff. Washrooms available for customers. Open 24 hours.

I don't know whether its doordash fault or A&W but I always receive cold foods from this fastfood. Never recommend delivery from this store!

Always dirty, full of homeless people, not cleaned anytime of the day, May be the owner doesn't mind the garbage and sticky floor full of coke and food Till he is earning money.a&w company should take note of this sloppy franchise owner. Pathetic is the only word. Want to get sick go this A&W

Sure it's fast but they treat homeless, the mentally ill, low income and indigenous with disrespect
