The young man behind the counter was amazing
I think his name was Easton
The food was great and fresh
And the manager was super friendly
I would definitely recommend the Summerland location over anywhere else

Pros:
-The staff work genuinely hard to provide the best product possible.
-Always clean inside and out.
-Updated Drive-thru.
-Close to other amenities.
-Above average quality and consistency.
-Cons:
-Longer than average wait times.
-Busy parking lot due to the attached 7-11.
-While "nostalgic", the dining room is not comfortable unless you grew up in the 50's.
-Limited Parking.
Dining options are limited in Summerland, especially for franchises. Overall, it's typically a pretty good experience.

It's good, but it's getting extremely expensive to go here. You're looking at around 15-18 dollars a person for a basic teen burger meal. My wife and I got lunch, and it was over 32 bucks - I feel like we could have probably gone to a sit down restaurant for that much.

I've only used the drive-thru. The staff are always happy & helpful. The food is always hot, fresh and very tasty. Thank you, A&W

Found pink plastic in my food last week. Staff at the store were great, but the corporate staff I dealt with on the phone was quite combative and provided almost no help. A&W don't care about their customers. Don't eat here

Great experience. There was an error with my meal, which can be frustrating, however, the way it was handled was top notch. The guy working came over to my table to inform me and offer a genuine apology. In a world where no one seems to care anymore, it was refreshing. Food was excellent too!

Faster now than it used to be, but they also get the orders wrong more often. Didn't get my extra bacon, way-too-old chicken nuggets, no sauce for the nuggets, no extra cheese. It's like they're intentionally trying to rip people off. Tasty, but check your bag before you leave.
