I had two excellent teen burgers today at lunch. Very flavorful. They even looked like the teen burgers you see in advertising! I was very pleased.

Burger tasted like old fry oil. Fries were cold. Ample napkins and open at a late hour. Friendly staff!

Staff doesn't bother to call out when your food is on the counter. (it's kind of a free for all) I love ordering fresh food and it sits around due to staff laziness back to FFs deli or subway

The chipotle wraps here be bussin. Ordered the new spicy chicken burger like last year n got a white (non expired) bread clip in my bun tho totally not pog as I didn't pay for the extra microplatics but who am I to turn down a free toy in my meal I guess!

Side note!
(If you don't know what to get after a long day/sesh, might I suggest the classic chubby chicken but ask them real nice to slap some chipotle sauce on that bird and dont forget to add a big ol gravy on the side to kobe that bad boy into and maybe add a fry or onion ring just for good measure.)

Tables were not cleaned properly and employees don't wash their hands after picking stuff up off the floor. My poutine was also cold but I'm pregnant and needed to eat but I did not like the atmosphere. Well I can't even get up from my table since my feet slide right out from underneath me because an employee doesn't know how to properly ring out a mop

Not sure why something always goes wrong when we go to A&W downtown trail. The first time the oil used was so ransid everyone was sick, today the food was better but we arrived from out of town with a big trailer and had to park where it was safe for the rest of the customers. Well we received a notice on our truck about our parking. After paying almost $70 for our meals, I think next time we will buy our food across the street at the new DQ.

I made a bowl of instant noodles while my dog ate the sloppy, greasy bun and burnt hamburger meat. Still the "best" option for Trail. Kekekekeke.

Good and quick service. Very delicious burgers, will definitely be coming back again soon.

Was told I could get a root beer milkshake. Because they no longer serve floats.

Standard A&W food as expected - just was annoying that they didn't serve root beer in glass cups and kept the toilets closed after 7pm to ease closing duties.they close at 9pm!

Request how you want your bacon if you want it cooked right. Otherwise you will get stiff old bacon from the heat drawer. Bathrooms require a key to access.

Rude employees one will refill a to go cup other won't wants the 2.30 cents for top up

They have messed up on every one of my orders for the past 2 months, I don’t know what’s going on but it’s going downhill fast.

Absolutely horrible…. I decided to grab some A&W this morning because I was in a bit of a rush, I ordered 2 bacon and eggers on the regular bun. When I received my sandwiches they were made on an English muffin, oh well I wasn’t worried about it. Then when I bit into them I realized there was no cheese on them, either of them. Since nobody was in line I decided to go back through. When I mentioned at the speaker that they were made on the wrong bun and they were both missing cheese the girl sounded confused. When I arrived at the window she says “I’m so sorry I’ll be right back” she doesn’t come back with 2 new proper sandwiches, she comes back with 2 cold cheese slices. Honestly I didn’t have it in me or have the time this morning to put up a fight, but now I’m sitting here in my work parking lot just fuming over these cold, terrible sandwiches.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve grabbed breakfast here, my other orders were right, however my hash brown has always been a little soggy and luke warm, and the cheese has never been melted on my sandwiches, just a cold boring slice, very sub-par quality here.

I’m new to Trail BC, *note to self do not eat at A&W here, McDonalds is literally across the street and every time I’ve grabbed food from there my order was good.
