Gave me this poutine… what is this. I asked the employees about it and they just said “mix it” even tho its frozen solid. Before they said a combo comes with a drink, a side, and the entree but they charged me individually for a drink, side, and burger which came out as the total 20+. I asked them about it and they said in a rude voice “what extra charge? ” Get better employees and food.

Great stuff and services. Especially when it’s freshly made. Also loved the glass bottle with thin ice.

The worst place to order breakfast, they don’t know what over easy is they don’t understand English

Basic good A&W fast food but the branch needed reno work a long time ago.

Staff are generally friendly
The place is a little skuzzy though, it is just off the skytrain though they don't get as much traffic now that bridge is closed.
Need to be buzzed in for the washroom.

The tortilla of the wraps are uncooked. The taste was really bad. But the customer service was good.

Overpriced! $24 for Mozza burger combo and Mozza burger on the side!

Ate here and disappointing. Tables aren't cleaned. Person taking orders assumed the food I ordered was to go. Inside the bag? No tissues or straw. I ordered a side of onion rings and it was super crunchy. It meant it was old or it was re deep fried to look like it was just fried. Didn't use the washroom because I know people use this place to go to the washroom before catching the skytrain or bus. A couple just came in asked for the washroom key and both of them used it and never ordered anything.

Really bad service. Staff rarely use gloves. Touch food with bare hands. Took 8 minutes just for a simple burger.

The first and the only a&w restaurant where you can't refill your drinks. Asked and the only words I heard were: "We don't do that" by the cashier.

My local A and W is exceptional.
Parwinder and team are first in class. Weekend or weekday; Pleasant service and attention detail.

You will need to enter the restaurant from the outside of the mall, which took us quite a bit of time to seek out. Even though it’s not busy that evening, we still wait for almost 15 minutes for our meals of two, while the staff doesn’t look busy and doesn’t seem to be doing anything else. It was very frustrating when you’re starving and just want to have some “fast food“!

Few days ago, me and mom waiting there around 5 minuets and staff are at the back chatting and not even come out check if there is customers

I waited 20 minutes for a mozza burger combo, and they gave me a burger without mozzarella cheese. So I asked for a mozza. They didn’t even answer me, at a glance, they just put a cold mozza cheese on my burger.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in metrotown The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great. One of staff members named arsh is so good he is always efficient, happy and polite. Can't wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat here

This location of A&W is best location for having a great food. This restaurant provide great service to their customers and employees always have smile on their face while they are serving their customers.
