On Saturday, Februrary the 3rd, I was waiting to order food but the way the old Filipina lady at the cashier treated customers ordering really turned me away from here and I ended up changing my mind and ended up going to the McDonald’s outside even though I wanted to have A&W. Using a loud and mean voice to talk to customers is not what I expect. This is the definition of “horrible customer service” and I expect more from a great establishment like A&W.

Amazing and tasty food.the new chicken crunchers are amazing. Sometimes there is a long line (15 minutes). All the food is good, the staff is nice.food gets prepared quickly (under 5 minutes). This is easily one of my favourite places in Park Royal.

My wife tried to use a & w coupon. It was uncle burger coupon and wanted to change to mozzarella burger. Yes. I understand it's wrong. However, staff does not need to be rude and impolite. Need to train how to talk back to client.

Located in the food court within the shopping mall. The root beer with the waterpas flavor is a bit difficult, but the burger is delicious.

Old filipino lady is rude to everyone for no reason. All the rest of the staff is okay but when ever she works there she judging every customers order and being rude to everyone.

Really bad service, she messed up really simple order of 6 combo orders
And then as i asked them to correct it they said she is on break, never going back

I can't go to my favorite A&W because of a very unfriendly old waitress. It's sad that entire A&W image suffers because of her one unkindness.

Friendly service, clean store, I ordered english muffin bacon & egger combo and was tasty and good.

They were rude to me for no reason, I work in the mall doing a customer service job too so I know customer service especially fast food isn’t always easy to work in. But this was just unpleasant.
I approached the till after not having eaten a proper meal all day since I had been at work, I just finished my shift and this rude grey haired lady with glasses just pointed at another till, she didn’t acknowledge me or even say a single word. She just pointed. Another employee ended up being the one to take my order, I politely asked for no sauce on my food and she was like “ugh… okay! ” as if she was judging and acting like my request for no sauce was such a problem for her. They made my food very slowly even though no one was ahead of me in line, they all seem to be miserable and that’s not ok because I work customer service too and at my job, that would never be allowed.
How dare you judge someone’s food choices when they are nothing but nice to you? Also learn to greet you customer and smile once in a while, horrible attitude that makes for a ruined appetite: (I’m sorry but these employees especially the grey haired lady all need to GO

My friend and I came here shopping and he went and bought a beyond meat burger with 2 patties combo with the drink a fries he payed $12.99. They didn’t ask if he wanted his receipt and threw it out. They came out with the burger and told him he only bought the burger and he was gonna need to pay for the fries and drink which he then payed $4.99 on top of $12.99. He asked if they can look back on the receipt which they then said “I can’t, I threw it out” I’m sorry a combo shouldn’t cost over $15.00
