A&W Canada

A&W is awesome and the best fast food joint across Canada. I used my app discount for a dollar coffee, super great value for a semi good cup of joe in a really convenient location.
A&W do need to up their game when it comes to plant-based milk options IMO.

Worst location. A&W is usually solid. This location can’t even make chicken strips properly, came out stale.

I ordered a kids pack, the burger in it was good. But on the menu screen it said the kids pack came with a burger, apple slices, & more. I received french fries, a lollipop, and my burger. I went back to return it and get my apple slices and others, and they said they don’t have it at that location. But then why is it on the menu? The food was good though!

Terrible customer service and food. The girls were rude, seems like they hate their job. Find another job sweeties but please don’t ruin customers day.

The food was good, but they didn't have ketchup (what? !) Who sells burgers and fries and have no ketchup? I told the girl they should tell us that before we order and she just simply turned back. I had to go and ask for ketchup to the "New York fries. I insisted to buy it from them, but they insisted to just give it to me, so, i am definitely coming back, but to New York fries and see how is their food.
Did I mention that I also bought the kids meal and they didn't give us the kids box, on top of that she mentioned that there are no refills (how come at other a&w do?). I will think twice before i visit this a&w again.

Burgers or breakfast are standard, but their sweet potato fries are soft when got them and ate right away.

Staffs are rude. I ask the cashier to wash her hands first cause I paid cash and I saw customer ahead of me paid cash as well.
She immeditaely preparing my coffee without.washing her hands, so I asked her.
Then when she is giving my order, she says i should wash may hands first as well cause I gonna hold my food.
I said i will just hold the bag and can wash my hands before I eat, but she should wash her hands cause shes the one holding my food and puttin it on the bag.
Then she still insisting its just the same.
So rude to talk tp customers like,
She should know it in the first place, and should not be reminded by customer
Does staffs here know and follow food safety!

Fast and friendly service, ordered my mama burger lunch meal and was ready in less than 3mins.
