The employees at this store are very friendly and professional, I would definitely come back!

The food is always fresh and hot and the staff are polite and hardworking. The restaurant is always spotless. This is easily the best run fast food joint in Vancouver that we have been to.

Great taste with fresh food enjoyment, plenty of parking in shopping mall area, and staffs were friendly and efficient, highly recommended!

A&W is one of my favorite place to hang out for snacks but, over there not good for me.
I can hardly open the entrance door, nothing to push automatically and too tiny to dine in.

The new burger, Mushroom and mozzarella is awesome. And the service provided by the staffs is great and loving.

Rated the food 3 stars today because my burger bun is a bit burnt.

Fast food can be under rated. My simple craving for poutine satisfied me well that I’m impressed how it was presented so well, perfectly made: fries, to gravy, to cheese and of course served on a real dish. I just had the best poutine ever! Best part are the people who seemed to love what they’re doing.

My family loves this location and we probably bring the kids once a week as a treat. The food is always good quality and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. It’s frequently quite busy here and I often see familiar faces of other regulars who must enjoy coming here too.

Good & friendly service, quick too. Food always hot & any customization has not been an issue.

Stop here sometimes after the kids swim at Killarney Community Centre, well kept, clean A&W, plus staff are always friendly.

We usually come after summing time. All the personnel are super kind and they have a lot of patience with my kids who always ask to take something off but add some cheese or bacon.
We also asked for a drink refill to go and we always got it.

Visited A&W this morning to get breakfast. A delightful lady at the counter served me, Caitlyn I think it was. She brought the food to my table and even made sure to clean it up for me. Very cheerful young girl. This didn’t feel like a fast food joint but more of a diner with A+ service. Would come again.
