Dine in experience is so much better than just a drive thru. You get a large frozen mug for your drinks, fries are fresh and sandwiches are so yummy. Will be dinning in from now on.

I love the night staff here! Navjot has great customer service skills. A&W is my fave warm place on cold mornings and the food always hits the spot.

It's A&W. They have the best fast food burgers around and the best apple turnovers. Everything was good.

Overnight staff was unhelpful and rude. Not good customer service and didn’t try to find a solution to the problem using common sense. The Scottsdale location is much better service especially for overnight staff. This location is easier to get to off the highway and convenient, but I’m going to stop trying to come here as the staff on overnight wasn’t great. The girl said my coupon was invalid yet it works fine at the Scottsdale location. Probably because I wanted to upgrade my drink to an OJ and she didn’t know how to override and just charge me extra for the upgrade. The Scottsdale location always does it fine for us when we have coupons.

Don't buy breakfast here. The orange juice and hot chocolate are super watered down. The OJ especially is horrible! And it is expensive. Burgers are OK. My favorite is the uncle burger. It's quite good! However you can get better burger for the same price in 5 Guys or Carl's Junior.

I ordered a cold brew and it tasted rotten. So disgusting! I think they didn't wash the coffee filter or kept it way too long in the machine so it got a lot of germs.
I told the staff who was wearing a black glasses that I wanted to get something else instead of the cold brew because it got rotten and was not able to drink it. She then told me to order cold brew sweet cream instead! Hello? I had to explain to her the same things again and told her to get an iced tea (cheap pop) instead.
She tried to charge me and demanded me to pay in full and blamed me for why I ordered the regular cold brew although she asked me if I ordered flavored one.
It didn’t make any sense what she said. I told her that I just sipped it once and spitted it out, and returned the rotten drink back and asked her to replace it to cheaper drink so why should I have to pay again?
She was unprofessional and rude so I tried to make my review and contact the company. But she didn't give me a receipt, didn't have a name tag so I asked her name but she refused. I spoke with the manager and finally she offered me a different drink.
While we were eating, there was a female customer with a possible mental illness and she bothered us, she harassed and touched my child and me even though I told her to stop.
I told her to leave us alone and finally she left but then the same rude staff member was watching and smirked at me. What’s wrong with her?
We sometimes go to another branch near 12th street, but never have a problem like this and never seen such a nasty staff member like her. She should be fired immediately.
Plus, the store was filthy and the hamburgers were not fresh. Avoid this location unless you like sickos and old food with rotten drink.
