The food is good but why did i wait over 30 min in the drive thru w 5 cars ahead of me?
Extremely slow drive thru. Put the proper amount of staff on. Its called FAST food for a reason. Could have been served in a sit down restaurant faster

Hard to beat $3 root beer floats with free refills. Interior is very clean and staff is friendly, too.

The food is great, but the manager was very rude. He took my debit card without my consent while trying to order through the drive through. Not the way to treat customers!

I have been to this location few times when I am working at night, I had horrible experience every single time. 1st I when to get food few months ago and they gave me cold food, I ordered using the drive through i drove to the window and nobody was there it took more than a mins and the two girls came out from the inside room just talking and laughing totally didn't think it not nice to keep me waiting and again they gave me cold burger and fries.

I love A&W. Food is good and quality. However I go to a restaurant to get the root beer in a cold mug and it was given to me in a cup. For that reason I've given it one less start. Awesome a bit of an old-timer and think they need to bring back The whistle Dog

The service was fast; the food was hot and staff was friendly. Whether I choose drive-thru or eat-in, the experience has been pleasant.

The location is conveniently located just off the highway. Their drive thru is open 24 hours and the food is still fast and high quality even late at night.

I ordered the all Canadian with white toast ketchup salt and pepper was told to pull over to spot 2 after waiting 12 minutes to get my food looked in bag no ketchup no salt and pepper sad some thing to the person that gave me my food and got a blank look as they walked a way I had to get out of my car to go get it. Then I drove a way opened the food container to find out my white toast was barely worm bread.

I have tried Jalapeno beyond burger last week. This is just awesome and the customer service is so good. I would really like to visit the place again

This is the best A & W that I visited. The dine in is very clean and the staff is very helpful.

I like that the lettuce is fresh and crisp, the tomatoes are fresh, the flavours are distinct and not just one big glom.

Food was great.fast, once you are able to order in the drive through. Very long line to the drive through Manu, at dinner time. It's a toss from 3 or 4 stars.

Store consistently messing orders. Consistently does not follow requests (Skip the Dishes orders).

Food is fine, typical A&W. Wanted chubby chicken, but they didn't have it, but it took 10 minutes for me to explain to the guy working the difference between pieces of chicken like legs/thighs etc and pressed chicken nuggets.

Another failure A&W that cannot make a Mozza Combo. These people do not even know what mozza is. When I ordered they asked if I want cheese on my mozza combo I said I want poutine with my mozza combo and they gave me a papa burger. The gravy with the poutine was so salty it was inedible.what a surprise.another A&W meal tossed in the garbage. 5: 45 Aug 25/2021 another crew that should be fired.

Absolutely terrible. Waited 15 min in line with no one around but only takes drive thru. Ended up walking out. Terrible service

They have the slogan "good food makes good food" and of the fast food places they are doing the best job of providing value, speed, quality and convenience.

After 3 month quality dropped dramatically, owner? ! It tastes and served terrible I gave 5 stars but now only 1, terrible

Ok so I go there in drive thru and when I get up too get my order she asks what dipping sauce I want and I said one of each and she ignores what i say and gives me 2. Not all 4 like I asked. It's like she thinks it's coming from her own personal supply

Ordered some food and grabbed a root beer to go with it. Drank the root beer within 15 minutes of ordering and when I popped open the lid I found tons of ants in the drink. Very disgusted and dissapointed.the burger was good though.

I went there to pick up my food today. It was just a little delayed. But, one of their personal, Jes, gave me a free coffee. I am so grateful to her and of course, A&W as well. Thank you so very much for your hard work and great service with tasty foods. I wish you all the best and more success in your business.

We were there to celebrate my son's birthday. He absolutely loves A&W fries. The staff were very helpful and even took the time to make me something special (I have a bunch of food allergies and intolerances) that was safe to eat. I would absolutely recommend stopping in at this location.

A&W is always hit and miss the Berger's sometimes cold but the chicken strips are always good

Don't order from here in the mornings.off skip the dishes took 78 mins to get an order.like why be on skip if your courier isn't working.not impressed!

This place always delivers. They serve great dishes for reasonable rates, there are no long waits even when they are busy.

Terrible experience! Hire employees that can speak English and get your order right! If you can speak fluent English you have no business taking orders in a drive thru. Stick to cleaning toilets and tables!

Ordered a chicken burger and the patty was old and disgusting. They said they are cooked fresh frequently but it was so old it was dried out to about half the size since sitting in the heat lamp. Glad I didn't eat it because I probably would have got sick. Sent it back and finally I got the fresh tasty burger I was looking for. This is the second A&w location that has done this so it happens very frequently. Be careful when ordering any of their chicken products. Ask to be cooked fresh to order if you want to avoid getting sick.

I don't eat fast food often but when I wasn't a burger I go to a&w. Everything fresh. Little msg. Good service. Good price

I just had drive thru dinner for the family. The absolute worst a&w we have ever had. ALL of the food was cold and totally salty. It tasted like everything was made 2-3 hours ago
Extremely disappointed as they are normally much better. A complete waste of $35 for dinner!
I normally choose a&w over McDonald's however will rethink this going forward

Dropped by for a quick bite while waiting for a friend to pick me up from the Phibbs Exchange. Called ahead as I could not order pickup through ubereats, and was pleasantly surprised to hear they offered regular in-store pickup again (Covid).

Even more pleasant was the ensuing staff interaction and service. Quick and efficient answers, use of their hand sanitizing stations, and even two free chipotle mayos upon request after I'd already paid and had forgotten to add them previously. All this in what I consider record time even by fast food standards! I would barely have been able to order pizza by the slice in the same timeframe, and all the ingredients were hot, fresh and tasty.

Tl;dr: Might be the best A&W I've ever been to, will have to come back again to confirm!

Excellent food service, quick, fresh and healthy. Working staff are friendly and cooperative. I always get my special order on time, without any wait i can have my food the way i like. Also, the restaurant condition is very neat and tidy, the dinning and washrooms are really in good condition.

I'm giving this location a one-star review based on the fact that in the rainiest climate in North America they don't have a shelter so when you go to the drive-through at open the window you get soaked every time

Stopped by for a burger at 7am after finishing a night shift. The guy operating the drive through was really friendly and my food was fresh.

My kid loves knowing what she is expecting is what she will get. Great for this parent of a fussy eater, it gets eaten

It was 22: 15 on a Friday night, I was in the drive-through. Ordered chicken dinner with all the trimmings. Was told it takes 15 minutes. Waited over 20 minutes while watching the teenage staff doing more talking with each other than movements towards getting food out fast to people. Arrived home to find condiments unrelated to my food and my chicken and fries was without fries.now what am I suppose to do with the gravy I paid extra for?
