The service was a little all over. No one seemed to know where they were supposed to be or who still needed help but everyone was super friendly! The restaurant was really clean too. I tried the new root beer shake though and I did not like it! Nothing beats the classic rootbeer I suppose.

Very friendly staff and the food was all cooked great the milkshake was delicious. I was on my way home from shambhala. The onion rings were cooked improper however.

Seriously. If you want sub par food and expensive BC prices and non existent service, this is your place to go! Ordered 6 hashbrowns. Waited at the window for 8 min. Nobody came to take payment nothing. Was about to pay the hefty $16 price for them as well. Drove off. Went somewhere else. Get. More. Staff. If you cannot get more staff be honest with guests that you will be providing p*sspoor service from the beginning.

The worse manager Natasha. Doesn’t know how to deal with customers especially when the mistake was done by her staff. Instead of solving the problem she had so much attitude and rudeness. And she told the customer not to come back …. A&w are u really wanting managers like this.

My fave place to get a good fast food burger. So far every a and w I have been to hasn’t disappointed me yet so good job lol

Our favourite place to grab a bite in Osoyoos. You always know you're going to enjoy those salty crispy onion rings! The staff are friendly and fast every time.

Probably the best fast food experience I've had in decades. First off, frosted mugs.how cool is that? Second, the food quality is way higher than every other fast food joint around. Grass fed beef with no hormones, yes please. Great service and a spotlessly clean restaurant. I'll be back every time I come through Osoyoos.

Some young lad gave my stinky drinky too a towel in a space ship. I asked him if he could get me a new one and he sent me on a lone quest to retrieve it from a different colour human. This human towel then proceeded to turn on his fog machine in the spaceship and flew away. The young lad witnesses all this and runs for his life cause he knows I want my TEA! Anyways this was my experience at the osoyoos Tim jortons and would not recommend. Complete scammers!

There's one girl running the whole front of the restaurant by herself and what a great job they better give her a raise.my breakfast is ready and under 5 minutes and she's all by herself

Just want to say to the amazing staff member Jayden thank you for your great customer service. He was very polite and professional and was a great help this young man needs to be acknowledged on his great work. Highly recommend this young man to have the owners personally say thank you for the good work.

Soooo much ketchup! This location specifically. Been a couple times and each time I couldn't even eat it due to the heavy ketchup

The food was served very quickly. Audio nice and hot. Unfortunately the milkshake machine wasn't working. Maybe next time

Fries were gross and the fryer oil needs to be changed, burger was a mess and not even assembled properly, root beer was flat and had too much syrup, they almost forgot half my order, forgot to give me a straw for my drink, waited forever for someone to answer at the drive thru speaker box. Worst A&W experience.

I ordered a classic breakfast, my partner an egger combo. The egger was dripping in grease. We realized the combo didn't have the hashbrowns so we asked for them. Someone came out to tell us the hashbrowns were already served. They had put partner's hash browns on my plate and expected us to realize that. Then got frustrated when we said that was confusing. They gave us the hashbrowns but not without making us feel like it was all our fault and that we should have known this and giving us that look that clearly communicates your worthlessness. Rudeness seems to be a trend in this town.

We were "smoked" out, and they seemed to be one of the few places in town that had power. It took almost an hour for our meal, but they served the public, happily, and continuously. Some in the drive thru, waited 45 mins, and some were not happy about it, but there was nothing anyone could do. We thank them for their patience, and that they were still open to serve the public, especially when just about everyone else was closed.

A&W in a desert town - its 34 C in July - does everyone else go in looking for a warm root beer or tepid water now or am I the only one who still wants it COLD!?
Apparently frosted mugs, like foil wrappers, plastic straws, and clean tables (not one to be found until my wife disinfected it herself) have been deemed luxuries we can do without while they spend millions on "grain fed beef" propaganda. So what were they feeding us before they discovered cattle are supposed to eat grass?
A&W used to be a personal favorite, thanks at least for the memory - for that they grudgingly get one star.

Stopped in for breakfast and a much needed coffee. Food was done up really quick and was delicious. Staff were all very friendly and quick at getting your order in.

Asked twice to confirm double mozza charged for a double mozza got a single mozza pathetic service every time I’ve been there my order is wrong or it takes forever to get food won’t be going back again

Hot, fresh food. Part way through a remodel right now, but very clean. Will look great when done.

Beautiful spot along the Kettle River with wildlife aplenty. Great trails on both riversides where even dogs can run freely. Meet friendly country folks.

Nasty food nasty workers told me to shut up when I asked for more ketchup. AVOID!

I eat here once a week on Fridays. Always a risk getting the onion rings at this place. The were burnt. Again!

Quality not always consistent, have been to location for sometime, from the Teen burger combo with Onion rings & Root beer, the onion rings are never consistent, sometimes over cooked or under cooked, Teen burger is not different, can tell from the bacon too. Would like to give a high stars, if the company advertising states quality, then it failed.

Good and iconic place in Canada, have many stores everywhere, the all Canadian brakefast is the most complete breakfast of the menu, you can bought this for 13 can, enjoy it!

Props to the employee name ragu, young guy always courteous and giving good service no matter what time of day. Need more people like him

Best hashbrowns, better cheese, better meat, better bread, better just about everything than most other fast food joints, except maybe the fries.

A superb hashbrown. Nice place for a good breakfast with friends. Pretty good burguers and deffinitly better than McDonald's. Just a great place, con maybe a little empty for the ambient

Food is always great, place is always clean. Service isn't always the absolute friendliest but far from the worst. And the beyond meat burger is amazing

Will never go back to this location because the drive thru person took her sweet time with getting my order to me and on top of this she was real rude. So be aware

Gabriela the manager was extremely rude. Terrible service, VERY MEAN LADY. She gave me so much attitude for ordering off the add on menu for my toddler that has a small appetite. She told me this was going to be the ONE and ONLY time that I would be able to order this way. She corrected me and advised me how to order the next time, no exceptions. She schooled me in front of other customers and my family on the correct and only way to order chicken fingers. I had to ask her 3 times what the total was because she was so busy trying to put me in my place she had forgotten to move forward to the transaction. I told her I didn't want to argue or debate and she laughed at me and behaved in a smug manner. Ordering this way at EVERY other A&W location that I've been to has NEVER been an issue. In fact, I've always had someone with a sense of humor and polite disposition. As well, they understand the concept of service and BUSINESS at EVERY other location that I've been to.which is a lot cause my toddler loves A&W chicken fingers. I'll NEVER order at A&W in Osoyoos out of fear of this lady. Perhaps she has low blood sugar and needs a snack off the add on menu.

We did come in at 9 pm and ordered 2 chicken burgers they were hot and good but also ordered 2 mozza burgers and they were not hot and not the way they are intended to be for me it's not about the money it's in the disappointment in not having something to eat when your hungry hopefully this is a little reminder to make sure that food should be hot and served as fresh at 9 pm as 12 noon

It's A&W. It's reliable, decent, generally pretty good burger and fries. There's always a weird number of seniors and the staff are entirely composed of trainees but as far as road trip, gas station food goes, A&W is reliably food poisoning low risk.

I love the food at Canada A&W. I'm not sure all the reasons why it just tastes better than the food at the US version, but somehow it does.
