Do yourself a favour, skip this location. Nobody at the counter. The occasional employee walks out from the kitchen and gives the 1,000 yard stare past you. Understaffed and no organizational management. Been there twice to get food and left empty-handed. There will be no third time.

Food was cold, and way pre cooked! I have loved A&W for fifty years plus, the Sechelt one was sub par.

Worst onion rings ever, we're burnt on one side and undercooked on the other. Also said no tomato on burger, and of course it came with a tomato.

Cheese wasn’t even melted on half of our burgers, and they don’t even fill the small gravy’s all the way… at least half the container comes empty.

I don't know if there is different management lately but this place has fallen hard. Don't take your order at all while you sit in the drive-through, take your order and make you wait 20min and not even bring your food after you paid. Time to get it together or get a different job!

Never again. This location of A&W is by far the worst I’ve been to. They consistently serve sub-par quality food and with the prices they charge now need to be called out for it. I ordered chicken stripes today and while he was handing me the bag I looked him in the eye and asked if they were freshly made. “Yes they are” he said. Started to drive home and not only were they cold and rubbery, so we’re the fries. I think this location should just shut down due to awkward location an lack of exposure.

Worst service I ever had. Leaked drink made my cup holder sticky and dirty. They don’t know how to say thank you and bye.

Usual bad service and to top it off get home after long day and go to eat a chicken buddy burger I bought just to see that the bun was covered in mold. Not even worth my time to go up there for a refund. Won't get my business anymore.

Dine in door was locked and couldn't get in. I wouldn't go here at all again! And there was no sign on the door indicating that dine in was closed. This was a very bad experience and I would recommend people not to go here at all.

You know I’m a huge fan of A & W. Have been for decades. I hadn’t had the chance to try the one in Sechelt yet.

I walk in and the heat is just cranked. It’s sooooo hot in there. The lady up front is indifferent. The guy in the back is doing onion rings like a champ.

As you can see from the pictures that the burgers where hastily put together (it stacked them a bit as I took them out of the bag as my ocd wouldn’t leave them that way).

The teen with cheese was sad honestly and not that hot. Same for the chubby chicken.

I just wish that the local chains could get the standards down.

This fast food chain offers some items that differ from the others. They are also known for their root beer (if you dine-in it is served in a frozen mug). There is a mall parking lot. #letsguide

I've noticed in the past few weeks that the drive-thru service is EXTREMELY slow, painfully slow for people who only have 1/2 hr lunch breaks. Please please hire more staff or have a chat with staff!

10$ for a sloppy burger, no extras that I paid for. 26$ total I rather spend it at a bar. They have a reputation to uphold.

The website said they had milkshake but when we asked the counter person said no and proceeded to give us the root beer float we ordered in to go cup instead of the signature a&w mugs

It is small and only 1washroom females and 1 washroom for males, however there baby stations in each washroom. If it's busy and you wish to sit in that might pose a problem!

Great food, couteous service, what more do you ask of A&W, right? These are good, hard working people.

Location is fine. If A&W keeps shrinking their food and raising prices they will only be selling that weird fake burger to vegans.

I ordered a fresh patty off the grill with no onions or ketchup and they gave me one from the steamer and it was cold then I asked for a bit one and that one was not even what I asked for in the first place, without onion or ketchup either. The cashier had no nice attitude towards me, no smile nothing. Like she didn't care about the customers order.

Supposedly healthier than MacDonald. Certainly tastes better. Fast service. Usually only a few people in line
