The manager was the WORST person I've ever delt with. I will never being going back to to A&W on Cheam and First Ave in Chilliwack. SO RUDE AND NASTY! Not only to us but the family before us and after us.

Only 3 star because I don't understand why this location charges more than other ones for the same orders.

They are skimming at the till now ordered 6 pappa burgers should come to a total of 47 they charged 59 watch them closely they are thieves

The tables were filthy and sticky. All of them! I rubbed a napkin across the table we sat at and the napkin became brown with waxy gunk. So a deep cleaning is required! Ugh!
The food was okay, but didn't feel like eating it after seeing/feeling the table top. I'll stick to drive thru

I came in during peak dinner hours and made quite a large order (over $100) and they had it ready in under 10 minutes. The onion rings were especially fantastic! Great job guys, 11/11!

Drive thru service is getting slower and slower. Had to wait almost 20 minutes last night for 2 Buddy burgers.

This is one of my favorite places to get a burger and you should go to this place because it's in a plaza with places nearby and is mostly not busy

Server was short and rude. No problem with the food at all. Likely won't make an effort to go back though because customer service counts for a lot.

Quick courteous service with warm tasty morsels.teen burgers, habenaro chicken, o-rings and root beer ROCK! Now newly renovated it looks great as well.

When you get home and your order is missing a burger and two fries, but they were quick to fix the problem.

Tonight I went to a and w around 10.45 pm, Sunday 24th of April. I asked for a 5 piece chicken strip meal with 2 apple pies. The kid charged me for only the strips and pies and told me to pull around the corner. While waiting I was wondering why he didn't ask what I wanted to drink. So after close to 14 minutes for that little order he came out, and I asked if the fries where in there. He said he only charged me for the pies and strips, and I can go through drive through again so I can get charged for his mistake. In my option it was closing time and he just wanted to go home, cause by the time I got out of the drive way the sign was out for closing. This isn't the first time I've had bad service here. McDonald's will be getting my service, and you can get a whole meal for the price I paid tonight.

But filthy bathroom with no paper towels and no ketchup. They don't give out straws forks. Ridiculous!

Super clean and super friendly place, everything looks on point, well done, I tip my hat to the staff

I wish I never had eaten there I find their breakfast totally disgusting my stomach feels uneasy after eating there for some reason

Fries were very good though I could have used a touch more salt on them. Beyond meat burger was perfectly on point and delicious.

Staff here must hate summer, they are champions! Prompt and accurate service! Would recommend breakfast, always a family favorite!

Awesome food. Dine in service was very slow, should have gone through the drive thru. Breakfast took 30 mins.

I don't normally go to A&W but needed food and came closer to closing and went to the drive thru. I had the most amazing experience! Such a nice employee and great service!

The line up must have taken 35minutes, extremely slow! Our pop was warm and flat and onion rings luke warm. I am not sure what created the delays but $42 dollars later for 3 unsavoury meals we were not impressed. I may return but McDonalds across the street will be my first choice next time.

Shout out to this A&W. Food was fast and service was responsive. But what I loved most was watching the team at the tills work with the teams in the kitchen! They treat each other with respect and support each other. Awesome staff here!

They mess up our orders more often than not, went through drive thru and they managed to forget an entire burger, and gave us the wrong receipt. There wasn't even very many people in the drive thru at the time

The food always looks perfect, the staff are usually friendly. The drive thru doesn't take very long. I find the place overall good

The worker there kept looking at me funny ‍️ the food was hot, it tasted good and the coffee was made just the way I wanted it.

Very tasty. Burgers put together with care. The Sardis location is one of the most consistent in the chain. Another 1st rate A&W is the Merrit location.

Ordered breakfast from here on skip! Who knew they had all these great basic breakfasts! It was nice

The world's slowest drive-thru. It took 25 minutes to even take my order when there was one car in front of me. Will not be returning to this location

Convenient for me. Busy intersection, lots of drive thru customers. Inside/outside seating, so nice.

Always a reliable fast food meal. Had fish and chips and onion rings that were crisp and tasty. Nothing beats the root beer which is excellent and stirs many memories of my youth.

Fast and friendly service. They have never messed up any of my orders, which is appreciated. Love that they are now vegan friendly as well!

Waited 15 minutes for my order only to have my burger not made correctly and my kid didn't receive her milk.

The store is not bad but staff and attitudes are interesting to say the least. Could have some more positive personnel, but hey food is still good-ish.

Wow what a treat, super friendly employee at drive thru. As with most a&w you wait a bit but what you get is always fresh and delicious.

A&w always tastes great in my opinion but this location always seems to fail making their onion rings right.they’re always falling apart not even in a ring shape and sometimes the salt it wayyyy over powering

Food has always been fresh, and I have never had an order​ go wrong in the drive through unlike most of the other fast food places, especially the Mc burger place across the street.

I always have a good experience here. The staff are great, and the food is no different. Try the beyond burger, it’s fantastic!

I showed up and they were too busy caring about counter service over drive through. I left and went elsewhere. Drive through seems to be the only priority for servicei in all these similar places.

I wouldn't recommend this location, I had to just over 15 minutes for an order of onions rings and 2 burgers.

Once again, A&W has made us wait ten minutes in the drive-thru and just for a messed up order missing three things

Just like an old fashioned A&W. Food was excellent. Cashier had serious problems getting order correct, but she was polite & apologetic, and since there were 7 different orders with coupons, I could see her challenge. But everything else was so great, I still give Chilliwack's A&W 5

So i ordered food and i got it right that was fine but i asked for two plain buns and had to wait 15 mins and talked to 4 different employees about it too

Carolyn was our morning manager. She makes this place in the morning.
Clean, courteous, caring. Ideal place for a morning meeting, for a couple of old blokes.
OH, and did I say quick and attentive service?

Extremely slow service like the worst service I've ever had at an A&W. If you want to wait 20 minutes for your food consistently every time you go there this is the place for you. Foods good when it gets here

Honestly the worst fast food place I've ever been to, both burgers I've had from there in 2 separate visits had grill residue on the Patty's and were cooked tell they were cardboard, not sure how they can serve that quality of food to people

Never order skip the dishes with this restaurant. First order I made arrived in less than 30 minutes but 1/2 my order was missing. When I contacted skip to get my refund so I could reorder my meal I placed it at 8: 38pm and it was not ready to leave until 9: 43pm. My order came in a horrible state as the wraps were barely put together and the ingredients I asked to be removed were not. I waited an hour and a half for food I couldnt even eat. I will never give this establishment my money ever again and I recommend you don't either.
