Been there many times, the beef patty is dry and hard as always! Will not buy from there anymore!

If I could rate 0 to show my concerns u would. There was a hair on my sandwich!
That being said their team are genuinely nice but I really don't like biting hairs: (
They refund wrong amount! But honestly I have no time to get there for $1

Busy Friday afternoon with long line and only one cashier. Effective and friendly service from cashier who has bangs. I don’t know her name, but thank you!

Just a suggestion, it wud be great if the staff can get more training about making a coffee in a proper way. Adding right quantities that customer ask for, not to fill the cup until it overflows (b’cus it splits, even can’t carry it), and taking too much time. Had this bad experience few times. Thanks

Onion rings were a bit too salty! Burgers always yummy as usual. Lots of seating available at this food court.

Breakfast Sandwiches are pretty lousy. When I go to this location the food may be always fresh but it is way too greasy.

Went in there this morning and the hashbrown didn't taste like potato, it tasted like a sponge dipped in grease, also the bacon wasn't cooked properly, it was all flabby and pink.

I never seem to have a problem until last time. I asked for certain ingredients to be taken off burger. I could see the cook from where I was trying to fix the burger. I think they should have just made me a new one.

It's A&W in a Mall. The burgers are great and cooked consistently, the fries are crispy and taste just right, and the Root Beer is my favorite beverage.
And Yes, the Mall is a bit 'last century' and its own New Westminster experience, but it is kept clean and operated efficiently.
A&W staff have always got my order correct and I can be sure it will be quick.
All said, this is where we go for a good fast-food experience. And I'll be back!

Worst A&W of all time. Avoid it if possible. The front line staff is alright but the food is horrible by my experience.

Brought a coupon for teen or mozza burger and they wouldn't let me get the mozza burger. They weren't out of mozza burger. I waiting long enough to have some samosas at the Indian place one shop over and they still weren't ready. W
By the time I got my food home, I found out they forgot the straws and napkins. It wasn't busy when I was there so where's the excuse?

This is a small outlet in the food court of the Royal City Mall. Easily accessed via the parkade just one level below. Dollarama and Walmart are the main tenants in this mall where you can drop by after grabbing a bite.

Pretty sad when it takes 5 minutes just to order and you have enough time to walk around the entire mall and come back and still wait another 10 minutes for your food. 3rd time in a row I had to wait more than 15 minutes for “fast food”

Just so so; the onion rings looks a little less than usual. The one in Lougheed mall is 3 times better!

Yes the fish burger was very good I got lettuce instead of cabbage salad it was yummy for my tummy

Way to go! I was super hungry and bit in the mood for a soggy fry battle. I ordered a beyond burger and sweet potatoe fries extra crispy and a big root beer. The cashier was friendly and efficient and the order was completely fresh and better than I hoped. If you want to try the behind burger go to this location. The lettuce was not wilted or chinzy. The fries were totally perfect and by ordering extra crispy they stay hot till the end of your meal. Always order extra crispy. They were got and firm and held their shape, no shovelling and didn't dry out inside. Thank you for a very nice meal.

This A&W in the New Westminster mall is a small outlet in the small food court on the main floor.

Their Beyond Meat burgers have become quite popular and I certainly go for it most of the time now a days.

I think we can have meat some of the time but plant based food is becoming popular as most people believe they are a healthier choice than red meat.

A&W has been serving non-medicated meat for sometime. This is a definite plus for A&W and they are ahead of the other fast food restaurants for offering better products for people wanting something healthy to eat, at a reasonable price and for convenience.

Check your order before you leave. I asked the cashier for two beyond burgers with no mayo, and very clearly exclaimed not to put mayo on them. She handed us the burgers and said beyond with no mayo, but of course that wasn't the case. I should have checked before leaving as the customer before me was also complaining that her burger was made wrong.

Don't expect the best service but if you use the bandit mobile app they will spit in your food and act like you owe them everything DON'T COME HERE SERIOUSLY LOOK AT THE FRONT

Service was sooo slow. In the morning there was only 1 person infront of me and they took forever to make. The person in the front kept going to the back and making convos with the back. That's the reason why all the food came up so slow I assume. Dont come here if you dont mind waiting 15min + for 2 burgers.

This is the WORST a&w location ever. Slowest service, they constantly get the orders wrong, they often have attitude when you try to explain what's wrong, and even if they get the food right for once it comes out cold or burnt. Someone really needs to fix this location or close it. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

Not a good place to be. Slow service not happy. Food not so good. Dry and old beef heard dry bun. What are they doing back there. They don't care about people. It is there way of saying don't come back her.we don't like you. Dum people don't care. You win. I will not come back. Now there happy. Loser.

Lady at the front was very monotone and both burgers and fries were cold when I called about it the person on the phone kept saying “I can’t hear you” to whatever I had said

Got attitude when I asked for my drinks to actually be filled more than 2 thirds full, then it took 4 tries to get a burger with just the meat, cheese, bacon, ketchup, and pickles. Not sure why that was so hard?

The food here is what you'd expect it's the service that gets me everytime. If it's not someone who decides to make me their therapist by initiating an unwanted conversation about family troubles, the staff is just nowhere to be found and you have to call on them several times to get taken care of. Totally unacceptable.
