Things have been so much better since they unionized. This will be the only a&w i visit from now on since it is the only one with a union.

Very clean. Excellent staff. Order and food was perfect. Big line but the wait was short. Convenient they share a parking lot with a gas station.
Great all around!

Worker needs to get hygienic lessons guy on counter was cleaning tables without gloves and started serving me food without washing hands it happened three times already with me i been telling these guys to not to do it but they don’t learn they make my food again waste food waste money im not stopping here anymore 11pm on oct 12

The slowest and most greasy AnW you will ever eat at, 25 minutes for a breakfast for 1 person. Grease is literally dripping off of the bread, if you can avoid this place DO.

The food usually has problems. Nothing major just bad assembly. Though I have been standing in line many a times when someone complained of under cook or still frozen on the inside meat.

Thus is a busy location at peak hours but even outside of those hours I see them get orders wrong frequently.

Looks clean and has a nice fireplace seating area

The one brightspit to the place, the woman who works the weekday mornings shift and has been there for years IS BY FAR their best employee. Always on top of things

We stopped in on the way out to Revelstoke and had a great experience. Brody was friendly, super upbeat and helpful. As we were sitting and enjoying our meal I was thinking that i would love to offer this guy a job. Customer service was next level

The worker is there with a medical bandage making burgers with no rubber glove on at all just a soggy bandage in multiple inserts.

Typical gas station A&W. Not much here, but its a good place to grab a buddy burger or bacon and egger for the road.

Unable to take my order after waiting patiently for 10 minutes multiple times. Needs more staff

Absolutely trash, these guys got 2 of 3 burgers wrong. They won't even replace it because they didn't give me a reciept. I called and let them know and the guy told me to come in and get the burger and when I got there someone else told me I can't get it without my receipt.

Really good egg breakfast sandwich. Their hash browns are big and tasty; better than their competition. Coffee is meh. They missed our coffees but it wasn't too much of a wait. Overall, it was good.

They are becoming horrible. 22 minute wait. Only 4 cars infront me, gave me someone else's order (and dry/ old hamburger). And half a cup of rootbeer. Ain't getting my money anymore.

Not sure what happened here but these onion rings doesn't look good. I guess maybe something to do with the batter. I guess the oil was not changed thats why there lil black and not crispy at all. Sloppy and not worth it. Guy was clueless.

Seemed as if most of the staff were new and struggling to take customer orders. Slow service but the food was decent enough.

Great food, fair prices and good service. Good combination for light, fast meals. First visit since the renovations. I like what they have done. Again, the food is great.service is awesome.

Very nice restaurant. Wonderful staff. Good food. Place looks great as they did some dining room renovation. Lots of seating for everyone. With different seat options. Well done.

It's an A&W, they all have great food, this place was clean and friendly, can't go wrong!

Great people. Super quick + helpful. Also when I forgot to order a coffee + went back to order he gave me a free one. Definitely stop by if your needing food!

Fast service, restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is the food was not hot/warm. I ate in my vehicle in the parking lot as I was traveling so it wasn't a case of driving home and it being cold.

I have never been to such a slow a&w. Absolutely ridiculous! How is it a fast food restaurant takes sooooo long to make a simple order? Burger, fries and a drink! That's all.not a 20 min wait. Are you back there butchering the cows, out in the field digging up the potatoes and brewing fresh root beer? Because if not, why are you soooooooo slow?

The slowest A&W in Canada. The breakfast sandwiches always come greasy and thrown together like they were in a rush.but it takes 10 minutes.

Google said I came here but I dont remember much, it was like the middle of the night and I was really drunk. But for what it's worth, I remember the staff being very accommodating and the food being very tasty. Made the long walk home a lot better, thanks a&w.

Worlds slowest A&W. For real, we have been here for 30 minutes now and still haven’t received our food….

Shift supervisor was very rude and unfriendly. Kept me waiting for about 10-12 minutes just for a sandwich.

Bad experience with beyond meat nuggets, gave me old ones didn't fry em properly, served bacon sandwich instead of egg n cheese. My mistake was that I checked my food after I left from there. Coffee was good tho

The website says they are open 24 hours. Me and my boyfriend drove there to get food at 11pm and they were closed! If you say your open 24 hours than be open 24 hours. Pretty frustrating.

Got 2 orders of onion rings with food. Both were burned. Took them back in for replacements.those were burned. Tried a third time. Burned. I just got my money back but was so p'd off. If we had gotten them and drove right away it would have been a waste of money. Definitely not up to a&w standards.by any means. Good place to avoid. Better off getting a hoagie at the petro can

A&W provides an amazing burger and fries with root beer as always. Was delicious and was prepared promptly.

Same great tasting food as is all locations I'm aware of. I like the fact that they were the first to go no hormones and no plastic straws, etc.

Ordered bacon and egger x 2. There was so much grease that came out of the sandwich when I took a bite that it covered the front of my shirt. Have never had that happen at any other A W places. Will be avoiding this spot from now on.

Open 24 hours? We tried going through the drive thru at 10pm and waited a few minutes just trying to get someone to acknowledge us before driving up to the window. Multiple workers standing around inside, we turn around and see someone else pull in so we pulled behind them and wait. They get ignored as well. Don't waste your time

Using old vegetables and cold food. Worst food ever had at a&w. Asked for weldone onion rings and gave me old ones.

Food is good, don't get me wrong!
First of all this fast-food not a dinner!
It takes upto 12 to 25 minutes for them to prepare there food!
Maybe consider getting some more hands around the store!

Told the drive thur speaker I had $5.99 mama combo coupon, he charged me full price instead. After I paid it, I ask him is it coupon price? He reply oops sorry, you can use it next time and didnt give me refund.

Was waiting to collecta Skip order and then the employee (Tharyee) working there had handed out my order to someone else and then blamed me for not mentioning the order number to her. And then walked away and started making other orders.

The cleanest and friendliest A & W.ever. The freshest food and most helpful employees! My fave A&W so far. By far!

This place has always been my late night go to. The employees are always friendly and polite, especially the gentleman working tonight who I have encountered several times now. His customer service and care really stands out and it's nice to always feel welcome.

Friendly service and made my food good. You know how some give the bare minimum? It was the proper amount of everything in my opinion.

Got my breakfast order wrong after specifying, twice. Asked "hairy hands" if he shouldnt be wearing gloves as he handled my open- bagged hashbrowns, and open ended eggers, he told me it wasnt required.hashbrowns went in the garbage after i left. Is he living in a different world? Location is fantastic, training is needed.

I got to the drive 10: 58am on Saturday the 8th to get some pancakes, the guy who was attending to people requested I give him some minutes, I waited, he probably went to turn off the pancake oven and came back at 11: 03am, then I told him I wanted pancakes, he said breakfast is over and he can’t give me that. Is that the best he could say? No suggestions, nothing? He didn’t consider the fact that I had waited on the queue plus I also waited for him patiently and I actually got there on time. He just told me off. First of all, him leaving and going away for almost five minutes isn’t right. It’s no customer service. I come there a lot for pancakes and this treatment isn’t cool at all. I have gotten pancakes at 11: 02 there before and one will think that at least 11: 05 should be ok to serve pancakes especially when there is a queue and for the sake of customer service. So disappointed!

I ordered two things, chubby chicken burger and onion rings, the lady said "it will take 5 minutes so just pull ahead, " I pull ahead and continue to wait for 15 minutes while 4 other customers got their orders and drove off. Finally get my food and it ends up being cold and the onion rings tasted as if they sat there for the entire 15 minutes waiting, I would expect fresh food and it to be hot for such a long wait. Wouldn't go back for a long time of ever now.

Their foods are awesome,
They are very good at service and behaviour.
But they are too slow. They needs to improve their speed.

Great hot food, Staff all wearing masks due to covid. No ice watering down my drinks. Awesome job

Though it was very busy the staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Will definitely be back.

Nothing like a root beer from this place and A&W. Too bad this location repeatedly, short changes you or quality is sub par /undercooked. I just had to take a picture this time because their drinks are small as it is only have it filled three quarters of the way just adds to the disappointment.

I am a A&W fan however I was extremely disappointed with this location. The staff did not speak good English so my questions were not understood and answered. Also being located at a truck stop where allergies is an issue, they did not adequately address this problem. I have been in other A&W locations that make an effort to accommodate the customer.

Absolutely love their veggie burger! This is the first place that a veggie burger actually tasted like a decent burger. My husband and I are now hooked.

They have a family change room, very comfortable to wait for your food, service is good or bad depends. I order the chicken buddy burgers, my favorite place to have them so fresh and looks really good to eat.

Great service. Its fast food better than most other fast food businesses. The Fake meat burgers is "beyond me" as there's chemicals in it. Eco friendly paper straws. The lettuce and tomatoes are fresh.

Consistently good food at this location and fast service. Another relaxing visit in the books. I ordered my usual teenbu6combo with onion rings and large rootbeer.

The staff were friendly, the food was good, but there's a camera in the men's bathroom inside the vent overlooking the toilet and that really put me off.

I was sitting on the toilet and saw a blinking green light in a clearly intentional circle/hole in the vent. There's no signs warning of being recorded anywhere in or outside of the bathroom. I understand if they have had issues with "junkies" using the bathroom, but at least warn customers first.

Have stopped in here a number of times when traveling past kamloops during my time in CA. It is usually a midnight stop and the staff are legend. Battling the midnight oil with a smile on their face. Good food.

This A&W is usually quiet if you go inside but can be a bit of a wait for drive through. It’s clean and the staff are friendly.

Well what else can i say.its a n w! They rock! Great food, online coupons! And mmmm mmm good ol fashioned root beer! Staff at this location very friendly and effecient, well there was this one time they forgot to place my order! Lol but i wrangled a free apple turnover out of em! Restaurant always clean! Has a drive thru, outdoor patio etc

Love the new Beyond Meat Burger. Fast, friendly service but a bit inconsistent with the quality of cooking/presentation. The seating area is not great - attached to another random cafe that seems to be closed. Best for take-out.
