Some homeless guy shutting up in the bathroom he she kept nicking on the dirty bathroom door then serving peoles breakfast sorry but yuck!

My husband and I go there every weekend for breakfast! The last 2 weekends had new people work and the young guy was so rude and today we walked in and the young girl working was laying on the counter! Come on where is the some what professionalism in Abbotsford! We walked out and went to the other an and w on sumas way.

I am not a fan of fast food, but choose A&W because it's more earth friendly with its compostable packaging and the food is generally good quality for fast food.

This time my burger was lackluster at best; it was sloppily put together, skimpy on ingredients, and the patty tasted old. Some of the fries were also undercooked. Hopefully it was just an off day for staff.

The food was good. Pd 35.00 for three meals. Had to pay 35 cents for more dipping sauce. Yes, no waste is good. Come on. Seems a little cheap!

Best experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I ordered a burger, root beer slush, and onion rings. The order taker helped me with my coupons and placed my order quickly. When my onion rings were made by the kitchen, the staff member sent them back without me even seeing the order, she requested that they add more rings to the basket. When the food arrived, it was all fresh and delicious. I’m impressed to see a fast food restaurant where the staff cares about the quality of the food they make and care about their customers experience. Thank you!

I love A&W and this location is convenient, but they've got my order wrong so many times. I don't know why. Staff are not friendly and barely acknowledge you. Where is the customer service? !

I did an online order there a couple days ago but that had some issues in the food quality. So, I took help from the app I used to order it. So, they helped me to resolve my problem and refunded my money. I really appreciate it. Usually, I go over this location, always had a good food and best customer service.

I had a teen burger and it only had half a piece of bacon.my sister had a mozza burger and it too had one a half piece of bacon.

Maybe people won't get the message until their loved one dies from Covid before they get the message that you actually DO have to wear gloved when handling food.

I saw this myself after ordering my food, sickens me that most fast food joints actually do not practice sanitation with food also makes me question what kind of manage they have in there.

Maybe, an unannounced health inspection needs to take place at all these fast food restaurant. Absolutely pathetic.

They didn’t give me my fried and my sandwich looks like someone took a bite of it and smashed it all together.

Attention to the CEO of A&W Canada: we are writing to you today to request that the highest commendation be given to truly the most amazing manager, who represents A&W as the greatest leader ever!

The manager that I’m referring to is Gagan at 32520 South Fraser Way, Abbotsford British Columbia.

I appreciate her so much, because I am severely disabled and unable to get out of my home very much, therefore I order my meals from this restaurant, through Skip The Dishes delivery.

My experiences with this location, and most importantly with this amazing Manager Gagan, are truly appreciated, beyond the description of words here today.

Before becoming disabled, I worked for the police department and also as a mystery shopper, in my spare time… Therefore, it’s very important for me to get the excellence in customer service, that I expect and to receive hot, clean, and very delicious food… Gagan is A great Leader Who always delivers such excellence on absolutely every level of going above and beyond in the realm of Customer Service.

It’s my hope that Gagan will be highly commended by your company, as she always highly represents A&W, above and beyond.
She is personable, professional, respectful, and truly cares about us as customers and we appreciate her beyond words…

Not at all happy that I went three times to get their whistle dog and they didn't have it and head office wasn't sending it for a couple more days but not the staff faults as they are great
Not going back as I don't like stores that do bait and switch.

This location still has Frank's Red Hot sauce.
I like to mix it with my ketchup for my burger and fries

Went to the store for a delivery order, very unprofessional staff, they just asked the order name and number but no one gave me the order, waited there for almost 10 mins, although there were 3 employees and the store was not even busy at that time. Poor customer service.

Horrible service staff is extremely rude and lazy order sign wasn't working so I pulled up to the window and the staff member didn't even Aknoledge me they should close if there equipment is working properly

I sat at the order menu for 6 minutes.nobody talked to me even though i saw staff at the order window.after 6 minutes of sitting there i had already asked if anybody could take my order a few time.still no reply.ended up leaving.horrible start to my morning

I ordered an egg and bacon on an English muffin. I had to wait 10min, and it was an uncooked egg with no bacon. Very disappointing

This location is always cold. They need to turn the heat up. Even the staff walk around wearing their jackets or coats.

Very quick service and food was delicious. Location doesn't show up in mobile app; have notified A&W Corporate about this problem.

Edit: as of August 24th, you can't see the menu when you pull up to the drive through because it's been broken without being fixed for almost 2 months.

Ridiculous. Staff here are super nice and shouldn't have to be dealing with a problem like that, it should have been fixed immediately.

I ordered a chicken BLT burger. Got the complete opposite. Got this cheese burger I think. Very disappointing.

I wanted to try the Nashville Chicken sandwich today. It was hot but no so that you could only taste the hot pepper. The chicken tasted good. Bur I still like the regular chicken better. We usually do not visit fast food restaurants, but the prices are ridiculously high now. A burger, a chicken, and a free fries with no drinks, AND we still had to pay close to $20.

My 5 stars are for their delicious teen burgers! If I have to grab fast food, this is my burger of choice because their meat is so easy to digest and tastes really fresh.

I love going hear the coffee is good and the food is good to. And the ladys that woek are nice polite and friendly and they work hard at there jobs. You always feel welcome. Linda Richardson

Worst AW around, the management will give you the incorrect burger with no receipt then demand the receipt for a new one. Avoid going here

I noticed that the staff happen to be very polite and show great patients. I happened to notice a homeless lady outside with issues. I offered her something to eat and the ladies treat her like gold

Morning drive thru girls at the South Fraser Way location are amazing. They are friendly, courteous and have never got my order wrong.

Tonight 10pm, before going to work I baught a Teen burger. This burger was never cooked properly, patty was pure gray colour. Not even got brown. Can see cracks on patty. I never had a burger like this.worst burger ever. I am not able bring back this burger. I cant leave my work at night shift.

At least this A&W served fresh made burgers with crisp fresh lettuce. The one on Sumas Way is horrible and they serve reheated burgers.

Mama burgers cheap but Buddy burgers taste better. Good sweet potato fries. 5 star fast food: p

Worst service inside literally everytime I come in. Train your staff properly and dont give customers attitude when you are standing there doing nothing and your customers food is sitting there going cold. Not impressed at all.

I’m never disappointed when I sit down at an actual A&W restaurant as opposed to the mall version. The root beer is best in the chilled mug sans the paper straw that seems to wilt upon first dip. McDonald’s might have the best fries but A&W has the best onion rings.

Great service, great quality, great staff. I appreciated the fact that a lady was walking by offering to top off my coffee while carrying a little bucket of cream and sugars.

A working woman ignored my child's request to remove the onions and gave him a hamburger. When my child ate the hamburger, he saw the onion in it and wanted to replace it with another one, but the waitress took the burger and left it out by hand. Then waitress kept on being unfriendly and my child had to eat the hamburger.

Horrible customer service and never charge right amount one day I go in the charge one price the next they over charge wont be back!

Ordered today and my daughter had a bug on her lettus wrapped burgar. Yes they did refund whole order for both our burgers and my apple pie but that does not help the nautious feeling I have after eating most of my burger.

Staff unfriendly, cheep with there sauces. Irritated when you go back to counter and order more stuff. Should be happy for the business that keeps their jobs

If you are eating their the service is good but if it's pick up not that great. But overall good stuff

This location used to be good but I'm guessing it's under new management now. The employees are rude and have absolutely no idea what they're doing. Dont waste your time going to this location unless you want to be treated like trash.

Good coffee, have to ask for milk & they dont have brown sugar or honey. Enjoyed the fries too

Owners/Management at this location seriously has no concept of reality.

The staff works so hard and does everything they can but the owners/management need to give employees the basic tools and supplies and it’s not happening.

The 1 star is for staff and the -10/10 is for the owners.

So sad.

This is the nicest A&W we've been to. The mug cooler is an excellent touch! Food was above par, the place was spotless and the staff were great!

Always a pain at this location, you wait for done orders that are incorrect; the team treats customer service like joke, and you have to be personable to get proper service, I just want food, not navigate a labyrinth of passive aggressive games to achieve a simple transaction. Save the hassle and go to a different location

This is probably not a usual review. We stopped to eat at this A&W on our way from Victoria to Calgary. A couple of hours after we left my mother noticed that she left her bag with her phone and some money behind. The guys from A&W were kind enough to send it to Calgary by mail. Thank you very much and special thanks to Melody!

Drive thru staff during graveyard shifts really dont know how to talk. Rude snd harsh behaviour while taking order and rather than apology they threatned to call cops.very bad service

I've only eaten here twice, had the mozza burger on both occasions and they do it lettuce wrapped if you like, mind you it can be messy cuz there's no sweet bun to soak up the juices, but It was SO GOOD. Would do it again and recommend. Onion rings are also bomb, but make sure you have them asap. GJ A&W:)

Usually ok service, sometimes good, good food. But very disappointed with my last visit. The drive through has been closed an hour before posted closing time.

Very slow and didnt get the order right the 1st time had to redo it. Very unorganized and bad communication.

I ordered a seriously chicken burger with two chicken patties. The burger was super awesome but the thing that bothered me was.they charged me 4 dollars and some cents for one extra chicken patty.

I find it very difficult to order specific food at this location and it’s always embarrassing to me being the person who has to modify their order due to allergies, but this most recent order has been my worst. Last time my boyfriend and I ordered some beyond meat burgers with no uncle sauce, mayo, or cheese seeing as he has an allergy to dairy and I made it quite clear saying “please no cheese due to an allergy” all our burgers came with cheese aswell as not getting fries with my combo order. They made me pay for new fries and when I asked for new burgers they threw them back took the cheese off and gave them back to us. The reason I know is because mine had a corner of cheese on it but it was too late to stop my boyfriend because at that point he had finished. My boyfriend became very bloated and felt awful that night. This time tops the cake I received a burger with bacon and cheese in a beyond meat package and didn’t get to examine the burger until I got home.

I already feel awkward ordering a ‘special meal’ but it’s just such an awful feeling when there’s no care put into your food’s and no respect for allergies you can’t control.: (
