A&W Canada

I am a regular a&w customer. I usually go in the morning. They offer best customer service.

My burger was cold, bun was dry. Onions rings were salty but hot. The guy was kinda rude that served us. Pop was good lol.

The teenager working Sunday, May 28 at 7am has excellent customer service skills. A stand out at a time when customer service is so lacking.

It was surprisingly good. I haven't had a&w in a minute so maybe it was nostalgia. I had the grandpa burger with sweet potato fries and it hit the spot

Young boy who was absolutely delightful while serving me made my day! I recall he told be his name was Finley or Findley? (Sorry if I misspelled that) but other than it was a bit slow 5/5 for me!

This is the BEST A&W I have been in, in YEARS! The staff is friendly, shop is clean, food is at its highest presentation possible! GOOD JOB EVERYONE! You make dining out a wonderful experience!

Service was relatively fast no mistakes on the order and it was hot. Service was friendly.

No breakfast all day just sandwiches, ended up having a burger.was pretty decent.service was friendly and bathroom was very clean:)

Always enjoy a night out with my family. Especially with my son who has autism. They always make us feel welcomed when we go there.

Very long wait which normally I don't complain about because I understand staffing issues but when we finally got our food and left our burger buns were rock hard and all toppings were off.

The food was as good as always, but the cashier seemed new and unsure. My order came to $4.71 and I paid with a $5.00 bill. I only got a quarter change. Hopefully she is trained better and learns when to round down.

Whenever I feel to lazy to cook anything myself I come down here and buy a chubby chicken burger. Always good service, especially the cashier Owen who I think deserves a pay raise.

It is hard to understand the voices from the drive thru speaker. I do wear hearing aids. Accents contribute to my problem

I used the drive through. It was efficient. Care was taken im cleaning the debit machine. Food was fresh.

Food has changed. Breakfast portions are smaller and service was slow. I will still eat there, just noticed the changes

Continually gets orders wrong and Food is often stale, bland or far too over seasoned. Uesd to be one of my favorites.

Usually good food for a fast food place, however, over time, this place has gone downhill slightly.

A&W is in my opinion has one of the best poutine ever and the a&w ads are kinda funny, great place totally recommend

Best fast food burger in town. My studies have shown the burgers are so much better when you go in though, plus that classic atmosphere just makes the meal pop!

Burgers seem a bit salty and the prices are climbing. Have a Combo looking at 16 dollars. But good overall sometimes food comes way to fast so they obviously pre make a bunch ahead of time.

I'm a not so strict vegan, and going to A&W is one of my favourite things with the Beyond Meat Burger with no cheese and mayo, and the plant based nuggets they tried out. I love the atmosphere and the employees are friendly and fast.

My experiences at A&W tonight was friendly customer service, and our food was cooked in excellent time, and very fresh food!

This has to be the best A&W in the country, great service, super fast and food is always perfect.

It's an A&W. Much like other A&W Restaurants. Not the fastest service, meals are pretty expensive but the burgers are fairly good. Restrooms are clean and the staff are friendly which can make for a more pleasant experience.

Chicken was kinda soggy and cold but they made me a fresh batch so wasn't the worst meal but service was good

Food was good, but this location is inferior to the Smithers location in terms of order accuracy and homey atmosphere.

Super clean. Staff are polite and respectful to each other. I've never been in a fast food place that had so many requests followed by, "please. " Also, one thing that stood out is that the place actually recycles.when you clear your tray there is a place for plastics and another place for compostables! More places need to follow this!

I love the service I get here always. The staff is always so kind and always helpful when asking for meal suggestions. You can definitely see that a lot of the staff actually enjoy their jobs and it's a warm happy place just by the way they're laughing with eachother before you even walk in to the restaurant. It's always so fun to see and creates a fun vibe for everyone coming in.

A&W is getting a bit pricey for what you get, food isn't as good as it used to be and the fries are kinda bleh. At least the staff is quick and friendly.
