Typical A&W. Once in a while, I crave a good cheese burger. A&W is good, quiet, and more relaxing than the local McDonalds.

Do not order on Uber here. I know for sure they put the busy mode when they're not. Orders take so long here, more than 50+ minutes.

Showed up for a snack after work at 4am. We were told we couldn't dine inside even though the sign on the door said no indoor dining after 6am. We had already ordered our food and were still refused. Much to our surprise as we left there was literally 15 or so junkies lined up. Maybe having security at a late night venue would be a smart move. It's the same at the granville venue. Junkie central. I understand there's a situation in the city but if you cannot control a restaurant late night. Don't stay open.

Staff weren't pleasant, they were all on their phones and seemed inconvenienced when we walked in. They allow the homeless to sleep in their and try to push stolen goods on customers. Food was mediocre.probably sitting around for too long.

The staff are rude to indigenious people they get treated like they are lesser than everyone else the homeless get treated poorly even if they have the money to pay i think the staff need training on customer service

I should have taken a photo of the food. I’ve never been so shocked by an A&W in my 15 years in Canada! The buddy burger was barely 1/8th of a hockey puck and equally as appetizing. It was as thin as a quarter and somehow both overcooked jerky and cold.

The chicken strips are not what they used to be - barely classify as reformed nuggets and 1/2 as thick.

The grandpa burger was cold and undercooked.

The fries were cold.

The place was smoky as if the fans weren’t working or on. Finally the poor staff were so over it and I don’t even blame them!

Been here 3 times, probably the best A&W I've been too. Food came out fresh and tasted great! Very organized, lots of seating, Solid work!

Onion rings are the best though it’s a bit salty.

They never have an available bathroom when I go which I’m pretty sure is illegal considering they have an indoor dining section. They have a staff bathroom which is “not available to customers”

Sweet potato fries weren't cooked all the way and they didn't have their sauce. This appointed on that.

Teen burger was good.

A&W doesn't disappoint. I hadn't yet gone for breakfast but a big fan of the Beyond Meat burger and apple turnover. I had the pancakes and huge glass of orange juice. My spouse had the All Canadian breakfast. Great way to start the day. Sorry no pics, we dug in so quickly.

My yam fries smell burnt oil. I am sure they never change the cooking oil. It's must be a carcinogenic oil now! I would never order any deep fried at this store or any other for the sake of my health.

If there is a zero, I would give ZERO! The worst service I've ever got. The staff had ZERO intention to offer service, the whole thing was like I owed them 5 million. I'll never ever go back to here no matter how the food is.

Ok there actually open 24 hours u can actually go in and eat the staff gets it done and there working hard there is a light under the tunnel. Students educating themselves making teen burgers for the the amazing colorful personalities Vancouver offers through it's 24 hour period. McDonald's took the covid melt down to a new level of service with there appt some of it I'm learning to appreciate it's the new normal covid style

Fast service at the till. They only took 5 minutes. There was a limited time jalapeño lime burger, that was very good. Highly recommend to test out yourself.

Everything you could want from an A&W! Clean, efficient, friendly and they have a root beer mug frosting station. They're open 24/7 and work hard, and they always tell you how long your order will be and ask if that's ok. I don't normally give such positive reviews, but I wouldn't change a thing.

The food quality is always 100%, but the staff are cold, it's rather expensive for fast food, and the wait times to get your food after you order is insane.

Terrible experience. I ordered a breakfast wrap this morning it looked unappetizing and was completely doused in ketchup. It was a terrible start to the day, might as well have just drank ketchup through a straw and that’s not even an over exaggeration. A very disappointing way to spend $5, and a lesson learned.

Food is good …no customer service… it was very shocking for staff when I asked her about their drink…it was difficult for her to say which drink they serve…. No question if I want meal or not… I had to ask her if this price is for meal? Maybe she was angry or not in a mood but not a right position as. Cashier

Front counter has excellent customer service; efficient and understands customer. Cooks are quick and food is served in minutes

Cleanliness is Ok. I've gone to sitting at their table a few different times. Often I've seen food particles left un wiped. I generally visit here on average every 60 days. After dinner hour's usually. Between 7 - 12 in those hours I find isn't busy. I see worker's chatting. No biggy! But I am left thinking about the un wiped table's. A few times I'd change my mind about sitting in to eat because table's un wiped. There are time's it's been cleaned. 60/70% not. Service is good. They are Polite, not very personable. Which ok. Because their respectful, polite manor. When I've tried to offer my greetings. I'm usually not getting a return response. Sometimes a smile. Still their not rude. They are respectful and polite. Food quality is fresh. I don't mind the couple or few minutes in waiting because of it's fresh preparation.

I have to be fair. The beyond burger was good so star for that. The new chicken (Nashville Hot Chicken) was terrible. I won’t recommend anyone having that.

A nice A&W chain, comforting and modern joint with good upkeep.
Easy online pickup and take out order in a convenient location near the skytrain.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Allthough i couldn't get through my meal without being accosted by a meth head at like 4 am the food was good and the staff were friendly.

Just today have a double teen burger. Can't wait to try the Grampa one.

Teen burger is usually consistent, hot and delicious at other locations. But this location served it luke warm at best. Very disappointed!

The Burger was excellent. However staff acted like I was a dangerous person. It was disconcerting.

Pretty crowded and dirty. Food was ok it's a fast food place but how much garbage was sitting around was kind of gross

This was a fun place! They name things differently than in the States, but the food was just as good. As an added bonus, they are open 24 hours, something we don't get in the States.

Solid burgers, not amazing, there is no refill in drinks. Their attention could be a lot bette. The place is nice, clean and comfortable. Their location is great. Good place to eat something quick.

I'm giving 4 stars, even if it should be 3 for today. This outlet usually serves hot and fresh burgers and fries, but it was just a little off today. The restaurant usually offers a weekly special, and you don't need a coupon. Their poutine is usually very good here as well.

Food is good, my bf likes the taste of the Burger and the fries is good too, nugget is ok, still like the really meat one.

Very good vegetarian hamburgers, onion rings, and frozen rootbeer. The meal was well worth going there. They have these hamburgers that you can get wrapped up in lettuce instead of being in a bun. I would recommend A&W.

Burgers are great, but the phone is the worst fast food chain poutine, don't reconned the poutine at all.

Tried beyond meat burgers for the firat time here. It was just as delicious as the ad says it is and the service was great.

Got laughed at when I tried to customize my order. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Would love if they have some chairs outside but good and fast service. Even were nice enough to give me a coupon leeflet.

It was good. Food came fast, service was friendly, and they gave me lots and lots of coupons without me even needing to ask. At the end of the day what more can you ask for from a fast food place send it have good food served quickly and the way you asked for it?

I usually come here for breakfast. For the past 6mos the eggs always have shells included. Nothing worse than eating egg shells with your breakfast. They're fast but don't seem to care about the taste of the food. I gave them 2 stars because they used to be my favourite breakfast place.

I mean, it's A&W. It's what you'd expect, except for some reason this one doesn't have a compost bin. I'll increase my rating when they get one

Great food and loving the new beyond patties. This fast food chain is on the forefront of positive change. If there are more delicious options like these I will be more than happy to buy those products than a real meat burger.
