The food is ok. But no one ever washes their hands or wears gloves. Next time you eat there, watch. I saw a girl this morning make my burger, after she took my money she made the burger. I said to her, “hey, you did wash your hands? ” She said, “I sanitized them. ” No you didn’t. I’ve seen it multiple time there, just watch their hands, they never wash them before touching food. Plus, should they wear gloves when handling food like subway?

This location used to accept Mobile Bandit coupons, and everything indicates that they still do, the specific location is listed in mobile bandit and the offers are still available, but when you attempt to use them, the staff tells you that they no longer do, and points to a sheet of paper taped to the counter saying "we don't accept Mobile Bandit coupons anymore" with no explanation.

Of course, you are already inside and likely to buy something, so they still get the foot traffic and sales driven by still being listed.

Feels scummy. I don't support scummy business practices so I'll find somewhere else to eat in the future.

While being in line saw kitchen workers preparing food without gloves. And this is after two years of covid. Low standards! I'm not coming back.

Comfy environment, come here with my friends often and we can safely say the staff here is very respectful and the food is very filling!

Been coming to A&W Como lake branch for a few yrs and the service is always good. All servers are quick, and courteous, and very welcoming. The supervisor Simrat is very professional and kind. Love the place my go to place to just de-stress.

I asked for a baby burger with tomato and lettuce which I paid for. They forgot to put it in. Disappointing experience and a waste of money.

The only A&W in the area that isn't complete trash. Fresh burgers/Poutine, was a nice surprise after hitting up Lougheed Highway location/St. Johns which always serve old dry food.

It was a pleasant surprise to see the restaurant had no one else in it. I was greeted right when I approached the counter. The server offered to add an Apple Pie to my order. The food I ordered was brought to my table quickly. The Teen Burger was perfectly made and the fries were hot and delicious. It wasn’t great to get free fries with my mobile coupon. Quiet and friendly place to get my work done. I look forward to coming back again soon. Burger was squished and not made well.

Really like the occasional teen or mozzarella burger; but, love the onion rings! Root beer floats are yummy too!

Nice staff however this is the 2nd time the Bacon egg sandwhich (proudly advertised btw). Has had eggshells in it.not all the way through.mind you.but still terrible to have ANY.thanks. I let the first one go.last year sometime, but not this time. 9 50 am on Feb 25 Thursday

We are one of the first customers in the morning. Shagan is taking care of us. She even remembers what we are usually ordering. Coffee is great, food fresh, hot and tasty. Please keep it on this same high standard!

The worst experience i’ve ever had at an establishment.the lady continuously ignored what i was saying about my order. I asked to have everything made fresh as i had time to wait and they still incorrectly made my items as well as let my food sit under the lamp to get soggy defeating the point of fresh food.

The three times I’ve been to this location my order was either incorrect and or poor quality. Burgers thrown together, the onion rings are the bottom of the barrel and poorly breaded and the fries are cold/soggy. Staff are friendly though and the location clean.

Thanks for not putting my 7 year olds food in the bag. The idea was not to have to cook tonight.

Fabulous that they offer vegan options. Would be great if the cashier, or the other cashier, or the shift supervisor knew whether the menu items and dryer oil are vegan or not lol. And NO I do not want mayo on my vegan beyond meat burger, but I do appreciate how quickly you remade my vegan burger, thank you.

New outlet on Como Lake Rd. Nice place. Ordered double baby burger and fries. Fries were put on tray then sat there while waiting for burger to be made. By the time burger was ready and drink was put on tray then seated, fries were cooling off and Luke warm, not good. I like my fries fresh and hot. Next time I will have to ask for fresh fried. The hamburger was good though

Our order taker was good however they got our order wrong, there were 4 front staff working and not 1 of them would help the trainee that was helping us. We waited for our food then we had to wait for the drinks.

Very bad experience just heading out of this A&W it's very bad once I entre i was thinking there is a fire going on or what because of the smoke inside then I find out it was the burning oil which was smelling very bad. The staff working there was sweating when it was - 1 Outside table was very dirt no napkins the guy who came and clean the table was smell very bad with him. The manager does not understand English I was trying to talk to him but you know what I just left without take the order that I paid.

Today was great. Quick service, fresh food, even accepted my out dated coupon. This place is well staffed and very clean. Especially after the flood they had last week, that made them closed down, so I couldn't eat there.

Went for dinner last night. We were served by a young woman, very pleasant and helpful. We both like extra tomatoes and lettuce on our chubby burgers, and know all burger places charge extra. NP. Well my goodness the burgers were so nicely topped up! We'll do that each time now. The place is always very clean. Staff are all pleasant and helpful.

Dirty and the oil had definitely been used all day for various foods so the burger smelled like fish. The condiments were not stocked and the floor was SO dirty!

Clean inside.open late Fri & Sat after dark. Teen Burger on fleek. A tad chilly in the dining room but I didn't mind. Lovely! Go!

Went there for breakfast/lunch. Fast food restaurant but foods are very good. The classic breakfast is tasty, filling and good deal. Coffee is all you can drink. Adequate service. Roomy place. Can sit as long as you want. Reasonable prices.

Usually they're pretty good, but later in the evenings they sometimes stop caring about customers and food safety. I've seen them handle fries with their bare hands, which tells me that not only were the fries cold, but the person doing it didn't care about contaminating food.

Tried the Beyond Meat Burger. Wow as a die hard meat eater I would not be able to tell you it's a veggie burger if you blind folded me and asked me to taste the burger.

Always love A@W. Lobby alway dirty. Keep clean. Other than that. If your looking for a buddy. You will find one.

Como lake location has generally been really good with their updated designs. Some of the staff needs more training but other than that it's good

Had the new Mama Burger with Cheddar Cheese Mmmmm it looked just like the ones in the commercial and washed it down with YUMMY store made root beer I the legendary frosted mug! Love this location

Great food, and fresh ingredients. Great service with a smile, they will even bring your order to the table. Beareful of the steps at the front entrance, they can surprise you.

Food is always descent here. Ambiance lacks. Not a comfortable place to enjoy your meal. Very noisy from the kitchen and music is too loud. (Ironic)
