They RIP you off my order showed as $10.49 on the drive thru display when I got up to the window the girl said $13. When I asked why she said that they didn't have small frys. When I checked my card statement I was charged $14. I called a manager to ask about this left a message NO RESPONSE, wont be going there again. WATCH OUT PEOPLE

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a week ago approximately. Asked for extra pickles, no extra pickles. Went through the drive-thru today and ordered a teen combo. I got my extra pickles this time but no lettuce and tomato. I called the store last week to complain and have not received a phone call back from the manager. Very poor service in general. Not happy. Will not be going back to this location

We're not going to order here anymore. 3rd time they got our orders wrong.we'll just go to the RC store

This is my favorite A&W. They make the best lettuce wrapped burgers. The staff are friendly and food always tastes fresh.

I was there last night 10: 00 pm. 4 staffs there with black face. All of then are East Indian. They prefer chatting loudly with their own language all the time in public that I think it's rude. They don't care the food is ready to serve the customer. The people behind me got their meal so I asked a lady for my order. She turned around and pick the food to me which is ready and sitting there. I told her why your people prefer chatting each other but not serving your customer. She said it's not her take my order so she's not responsible for it. She became rude. All four staff including the manager argued with me. They don't know anything about customer service. Many people said the same thing in this platform.

At the height of dinner rush hour service was friendly, unrushed and pleasant. Our dine-in was hand delivered to the table.

Best A&W I've been to.
Every Sunday morning, all Canadian special.
Chef know how to make it just right.

0 stars food poisoning and Indian lady is a monster too - management needs to be audit. Most likely management is allowing this behaviour

Was ok one person in front of me was fast.picked up hash brown sausage Egger was good and fast in and out.was good.

A just experienced a rude arrogant service, from a girl worker who ignored me, and denied an order places by phone, and acting like i am asking favour not paying for something. Such a shame place and irrititaing people

The place was nice. Their burgers were even nicer. One of the staff was kind enough to suggest different kinds of burgers for me to pick from. It was my first time. I'd recommend the place.

Night person service is not good I go midnight too much wait like 15minutes I don't like thanks

Ordered the 2 chicken wrap COMBO meal, with onion rings & root beer. Got the wraps & the root beer.but no onion rings. Didn't notice until 15 minutes after I drove away. Well I'm not going to starve without the rings & it was only $2.65 in value.but it's always nice to get what one pays for.

Walked in and waited for almost 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. There was no lineup as I'm the only person standing in line. One person was busy stocking up while the other person was busy serving drive-thru orders. At this point, everyone (3 people) had already looked up AT LEAST 5 TIMES and noticed that I was just standing there, but NO ONE bothered to greet me nor take my order. I appreciate the girl working at the drive-thru because SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT NOTICED AND SAID HELLO! How is this acceptable for a fast food restaurant? This is ridiculous. I've been coming to this location for years but this is the first time I've been treated poorly.

The service is quite slow here, and the service leaves something to be desired, but that might just be an issue due to Covid. Food was good and staff were not outright impolite.

Order a large coke and got a medium one. I asked about it and they just ignored me.lol. Teen is supposed to have 2 bacons. They fold one to make it look like two.lol.

This place should be renamed "A&W Garden City Richmond" as it is definitely not a part of A&W Food Services of Canada Inc. Currently, there is an A&W Canada promotion for free coffee, ANY SIZE, but this location has decided upon themselves to only offer small and medium size. When you ask for a large, they just give you medium. Guess management chose not to read the entire corporate memo. Forget this location as other locations have no problems and are more friendlier.
Update: the day after this promotion ended, large coffee was available. Who knows what else they are cutting corners on. Pass on this location.

The food is excellent and the root beer is like no other but the customer service at this location was less than acceptable.

If this was not the only A&W around the area, I would go all the way to Steveston. Rude drive thru, I think only once I was not being snapped at ignored.

Open 24/7 location - drivethru pickup available. Great location for quick meal pickup! Staff wearing masks but as courtesy see customers wearing masks when picking up orders every time.

A&W is my favourite Canadian fast food restaurant period, the meat taste like a the real deal ad the fries are excellent too. Fast service and clean restaurant at this location.

This is in my neighborhood and I visit there quite often. All my experiences here have been very positive. Every member of the staff is friendly and the ambience is good too.

Messed up my order and did nothing to resolve the issue. I ended up getting an "apology" via email.

Bad mobile experience (not sure if problem is app or branch) I ordered twice this week both were disappointing, first time I started ordering 20min before arrival and app said will start preparing when I am close, sounds smart guess what they started preparing right away and order was cold, second time I ordered 5min before arrival, I had to wait yet another 5min so no use either way, won’t use again.

I have seen worst a &w in my life. I was there in drive thru 2 o’clock in the morning. Lazy staff didn’t take my order. I don’t know what they was doing may be they are sleeping

I stop here every few weeks when I need a meal in a hurry. Service is always fast, staff are friendly and polite. The food is always fresh, hot and tasty.

Taste is good. But looking inside the kitchen seeing everyone touching everything in my Burger without gloves makes it disgusting. I was debating if I should eat my Burger. Please ask your staffs to wear gloves when handling food!

The big white girl always works particular hard. The owner of the shop should give her a good wage increase.

Standard A&W, friendly staff, prompt service. Location is a bit small. The drive through at this location is a bit slow, and access is a bit tight. Very limited parking. They can be very busy at lunch and dinner time, especially on weekends.

Restrooms are on the small side, and are at times not as clean as could be wished.

A&W is comparatively very expensive in the fast food market. They do however have perhaps the highest quality and freshest ingredients.

Somedays service is good and food is fresh somedays its cold and slow service not sure the reason

Not great customer service.never enough ketchup never enough napkins and the onion rings are too salty!

5 StarZ. 24 HOURS. Love the hours, came in super late and Got my order done Right, quickly and tasted very fresh, was shocked that A&W at this location kept there consistancy with customer service, freshness, and efficiency! Top 5 A&W in my books!

This location was dirty and the staff were not very helpful.order took forever so if you can wait to eat then do so.
