I only get a chance to have a Mozza Burger once a year, if I'm lucky, so I'm probably biased but the experience was a good one.

Great service and friendly staff. Served by Francis, he's very efficient and very professional.

Marielle, Jokar, and, Mannilyn and all staff did a very good job. Excellent service and we are all well accommodated. Thank you so much guys. Great experience, indeed.

After a long day of driving and working I stopped in for a delicious burger. The staff were friendly. My mushroom burger, yam fries and root beer were delicious.

Service is fast, polite staff, clean restaurant. Standard A&W food but all prepared properly. If you like A&W you will like this restaurant.

We ordered 4 meals and a mozza mushroom burger. There was sauce on the mozza burger that I didn’t like and that replaced it without any problems at all. Very great customer service. Best A&W I’ve been to.

Never again. Lady boy behind counter was more concerned about making coffee than serving customers and all the food that came out was super cold. Was in a semi so couldn’t turn around and bring back. Remember that DQ is next door. That is the place that will get my business from now on.

It wasn't very good. Also my burger bun was barely toasted and my husband's was burnt. Was also not impressed that the washrooms were not working and got sent to the laundromat to use theirs.

The food is always fresh, the restaurant is always clean, and all the employees are very accommodating.

Love the food here. A&w is an awesome place to visit when you're hungry, the prices are a bit iffy though.

Closed for indoor dining. Ordered one combo, onion rings over cooked and just fell apart. Very slow service.

Smithers BC inconsistent, expect you to walk in between cars at drive through window to order, Or down load an app. I have enough apps on my phone. Last five times here they got my order wrong three times, standing at the window ordering with my.mask on.

Didn’t care for mushroom Mozza burger, pretty mushy and greasy. Usually good food, but a miss on this one!

Excellent vegetarian Beyond Burger. Crispy onion rings were cooked to perfection. Expensive, but then again everything in this part of the province is.

The staff is friendly and when it's busy they try to meet all the orders at times there is only 1 person just an opinion but 2 in the front always would be best all around I ' m sure the company can afford to have 2 workers in the front:)

Nice people always make the time I spend on fast food more worth it, and so I want to say I really enjoyed my burgers here more because of the service

Drive thru customs got top priority, 2 drive thru clients got their orders while we waited for our order at the counter, we were dining in, we had to ask for 5 different items they forgot to put in our order, not enough employees working during busy times. My burger was over cooked. Never again

Had buddy burger with drink which I loved the most along with music. I keep visiting this place for having something.

Most beautiful little A&W I've ever seen. Service was fast and food was great as usual. I would return here if I'm ever passing through again.

Definitely one of the most clean A&W locations along this highway. Service is usually friendly and welcoming.

Little bit pricey but good food unless strapped for cash McDonald's is the next place for fast food

I've had many hundreds of Teenburgers since A&W first came to BC. The one I had here today was GHASTLY!
I don't think anyone could purposely create anything so horrible.
Couldn't even get through half of it.

I came here from out of town, passing through. With my 3 children and myself. We were not greeted and waited 5 minutes before any service. Then got given all our food on dirty lined trays. It's was a hassle for my kids to order breakfast that's all day long. My kids get there dinner to eggs under cooked and runny all over they wouldn't eat it.
As far as this Smithers location is by far the worst A&W we have ever been to. And will not return here.

It is the standard A&W and food is the same as in any other A&W. At the same time I want to note that place is kept really clean. Washroom was also clean and all consumables duly replaced. Staff is friendly and made several suggestions as I'm not that familiar with food choices with A&W chain of restaurants. Overall I've enjoyed my visit and can recommend this place.
