The breakfast sandwich is awesome but it was hard to understand the employee taking my order.

Just a honest suggestion for the staff that works here.
If you don't like what you do just leave the job and let someone do the job who really needs it. People spend their hard-earned money and it's really frustrating when they get shi*t in return. I have tried this place alot of time, burgers are always not well made, onion rings are soggy most of the time and staff is so unwelcomeing seems like they are forced to do this job.worst place to spend your money.

Not happy with the experience today
The guy that took my order couldn’t even punch it in correctly and when I got the food I noticed it wrong. And to fix it they wanted to charge me $1.00 more.
It isn’t about the money. It was more that they messed it up and wanted to charge the customer to fix their mistake.
The drink mug wasn’t even cold to have it frost up and that’s what I asked for as well

Service with a smile, but no hello, thank you, or anything, other than what can I get you and the amount of money it comes to.
Food was decent but typical. It's a&w, it is what it is.

A little run down and it feels like you're stepping into the 90s, but other than that the food is consistent and the service is quick. Prizes are out of control tho, I remember when you could get a mozza combo with onion rings for $9.25 including tax.now it's over $16!

Over many years of ordering from here, it's safe to say their beverages always taste watered down.

I grew up eating at this A&W. Back when i was in elementary school and when it was 2 can dine for 4.99$. How things have changed. But the food here js still great as always. Mozza burger and teen burger the top choices.

Haven't been to A&W for atleast 10 years so I decided to fulfill my nostalgic hunger. First of all, $27 for 2 meals seemed a bit pricey for fast food. So, maybe I was expecting some decent quality in the meal. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing; the onion rings were quite greasy and not very fresh and the burger was meh. Definitely not as good as my memories of a teen burger meal.

Will give kudos to the root beer in the glass mug - that was cold and delicious.

Well, I probably won't be back until I forget about this recent meal.

The service was pretty fun at the drive through. I was ordering food for my family of 4, the bill was what I anticipated. The fun part was was when I asked for extra deep fried pickles from “the best burger ever” orders. The restaurant did it on the side… Awesome! I am an avid A&W loyalist. I was excited for our meal, regardless of the cost. Unfortunately, on our way home (5 mins up the road) we started to enjoy the deep fried side pickles, and immediately realized the deep fryer oil was well over due. They were soggy, dark and tasted weak. When we got home to enjoy “the best burger ever”’s, they were the best tasting burgers ever! But the fries and onions rings we ordered were clearly in the sales overdue oil. Soggy, dark and frankly, we didn’t finish them. That was disappointing…

Twice they have given sesame seeds to my kid who had allergies. After reminding them again and again please no nuts and no sesame.

They made it with sesame then swapped out the top bun when we pointed it out. Spent 6 hours in the ER. The second time they did it again.

Went to grab my daughter a kids meal last night and was overcharged for it. When I told the guy it doesn’t make sense because the signage clearly states that it is $4.10 for a cheeseburger kids meal m, he tells me if I want it cheaper he would have to cancel the transaction and only give me a burger for that price. The menu clearly states you would get the entire meal for that price so to be told I can only get a kids burger is insane. I ended up paying $7.02 because I’m not gonna not feed my child even though i know im getting robbed to my face. I doubled checked on the a&w app to see if I was tripping out and of course the price I would pay on the app for the exact meal only came to $4 something. I dunno, come here if you want to pay more for your meals because the price listed don’t mean anything. Taking my business elsewhere, it’s gross when businesses as big as this behaves in such a shady way. I can afford to pay for food but getting overcharged and than blatantly told it’s correct and that I am wrong as if I can’t read or something is messed up.

Quick and efficient here. Never had my order messed up yet, although they do put their burgers together messily at times.

Love there Mama burger with cheese, there fries are really good and of course their apple turnovers are so tasty. The onion rings are good, but a little salty. Usually go through the drive-thru, have always had good service and our orders have always been correct.

Absolutely horrible service. I told them no pickle they almost killed me bc i have food allergies. They over charged me didnt get the order right or give me the appropriate food. Only one person spoke very little english witch everything needed to translated. I suggest after eating at this place to never eat at a&w ever again... Especially not this scab of a location.

Still my favorite fast food spot to get a quick and tasty bite to eat when on a time crunch or just for that good taste. FAST SERVICE, FRESHLY MADE EATS!

Very friendly staff. Quick service. Just check your order before you drive off. They are quick to correct mistakes, and comping for any mix ups.

Went to get a teen Burger on MS day. They were really busy but the service was fast and the Burger was great.

The drive thru woman was efficient and polite. We had to wait 5 minutes for our teen burgers with no bacon. They were fresh, hot & delicious

My burger and fries tasted as if they were sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Soggy bun, stale fries, cold meat, overall disappointing.

I haven't gone to A&W in a number of years, I found their burgers pricey for a basic burger. I went back a few times this past couple months and they have stepped up their game. The chicken burger is pretty decent. Their onion rings are the best in the lower mainland. The rootbeer float is excellent.

I think this one looks the best. I love how much natural light comes in. Feels fresh and spacious.
I can't believe I didn't go to this place in 3 years I lived here.

This place is great. Bright large windows, plenty of natural lights from ceiling, large seating area, nicely logically done physical distancing.

The food here tastes so much better than Popeyes. The soda here has the fizz that you don't find in many places now.

Staff here is amazing, polite and courteous.

Best part they are 24 hours with dine in open till 11 pm.

Just ordered from skip the dishes was everything was good except.they obviously havent checked the date on their onions.they put moldy and overcooked onions on my buddy burgers.i didnt even know they came with onion for 2 they are not food safe got sick just from the smell up close.was super dissapointed had to throw away 2 perfectly good burgers because they decided to add an extra topping

Beyond meat breakfast sandwich is pretty good with extra veggies added but they use too much disgusting bread and not enough veggie options

There was a huge lineup for the drive through. I ran in and the restaurant was open to order for takeout.
Staff were friendly and the food was fast and hot. We had finished eating before the people who were ahead of us even got through the lineup. Then most of them had to wait over to the side.

Best restaurant around Fleetwood area. I love their poutine and apple pies. It should be must with the meal highly recommended restaurant and a a great staff.

Asked for a freshly made teen combo meal, and it was amazing and satisfying.
Plus the staff was nice to communicate with.

A&w in murrayville, fraser and 222 by langley hospital only brews coffee with half the beans, tastes like water and she wont fo anything about it, switched back to McDonald's

Seemed short staffed. Took a while to get food and the supervisor at the till was in a horrible mood

The chicken sandwich is quite shameful, made of compressed chicken bits. This makes any claim of quality in the other meats absolutely meaningless to me.

The slowest most disorganized drive-thru for any A&w I have been to, a 12 minute wait parked in the drive thru for one Burger is ridiculous

As far as fast food is concerned A&W offers the best food quality and service. My personal favorites in no particular order are the"Canadian breakfast", Teen Burger, Uncle Burger and last but not least A&W Onion Rings, to date I have yet to find a restaurant high end or fast food to even come close to what you get at this gem.

The place can get a bit dirty now and then but that's because of the amount of ppl that got there often. But the service is pretty good and the food can be burnt sometimes.

Inside service was prompt and friendly. Long lone of cars at the drive thru was quickly taken care of.

Ordered 2 english muffin sausage egg. 1 for.y 2 yr old son and for my self. 11 am on sunday. And than monday nite comes. And my son puked 4 times in 1 hr.scary.and than Tuesday morning I also puked and got diarrhea. Same with son. Never had this problem here. But something or some1 must not have been clean.

Drive thru line up was so long and not moving. I decided to go inside instead. Was served straight away but took FOREVER to get the food. Drive thru was empty lomg before I got my meal. Got the mama burger, the patty was so cold and stale that the cheese wasnt melted on top. Only good thing that came out of my experience this evening was the yam fries. Is it even worth calling the manager, what can u ecpect from fast food

Always here for a quick bite and have never been let down. Service is top-notch, food is tasty and fresh, and the drive-thru is very efficient considering it only has a single window and lacks idling space when compared to other fast-food restaurants. Download the A&W app to order on the fly.

All I wanted was some fries with some honey mustard at midnight. I drove 15 minutes there and back, open my bag, excited to eat my fries. And I see no honey mustard. I ordered three, I get if you forget a few, but seriously, all of them? Waste of my time, my gas, my money. 10/10 would not come here again. I’d rather starve. Thanks Gladys.

Long waits and overly expensive fast food that doesn’t even taste good quality wise.

$3 for a mama burger with a patty and onion. That’s it. Doesn’t sound good to me at all.

Bad coffee too

I'm impressed. Long drive-through line up so I decided to eat in. Root beer provided at the counter and teen burger and fries brought to the table within 5 minutes. When I asked where the ketchup was the server went and got it for me saying she didn't want me to interrupt a video I was watching on my phone. That's rare at fast food restaurants.

Your employees should know how to use deodorant or at least take a bath an employee named gaggandip smells so bad that I need to hold my breath when she was walking through us

At the drive thru, you have to come out of your vehicle to get your order and pay because of how the place is built.

Terrible, rude employees that were so stubborn that they didn't get my order wrong. Even though they did. The employee then took the order and reused the buns and condiments from original burgers. Its not food safe. Then came to the table dropped a tray of burgers and fries. Spilling everywhere my family at this point was so frustrated that we just left.

Food is good, just always a wait in drive through. That said I almost always only go here at 11pm so that might explain it

Best onion rings in the land, and apparently the other day I had a teen burger with one of those beyond meat patties in it. Couldn't even taste the difference

Was really good. Eventhoug we waited quite a while the food was fantastic, the onion rings were cooked to perfection and my husband really enoyed his burger.

Always enjoy A&W and this location has always been good. Never have any issues. Sometimes the drive-thru is a bit slow. But what drive-through isn't. Staff are always friendly. Check out their coupon website aw coupon com for deals and free upgrades.

The tonkatsu ramen is delicious. The price is very reasonable when compared to Vancouver or Surrey. If you're looking for good service, you will be disappointed. It's a small restaurant and sitting is limited, so there'll a long line up during peak hours. Go either before or after lunch or dinner time. I have not tried other items so I can't rate the rolls, but I tried the tempura, and it's not great.
