The Best A& W on the North Shore! Amrit and his staff are consistently cheerful and friendly and have amazing customer service skills; they frequently bring your order directly to your table. The restaurant is kept extremely clean. Breakfasts and coffee are my favorite!

Overall great customer service and my food's quality was good. Well maintained and clean fast food restaurant, there is lots of free parking available on site.

Managers/Owners are always there and run a tight ship. Excellent service, even when it's full of cyclists and seniors.

Food was fresh and tasty. Restaurant was clean. I totally get it's not a young person's dream job. However, the young man at the till had a demeanor that seemed very robotic almost not human like. He definitely could have had a better attitude. Probably better suited in the kitchen. Giving four stars due to the fact that I'm excited the whistle dog has returned. LoL but seriously, four stars because I've had very good experiences at this location in the past. We don't always have perfect days.

I can’t believe I’m leaving a review for an A&W, but this crew was seriously fantastic. Took our order modifications with stride and had our order ready in under a minute. And did it with a smile (or at least a masked one) on Xmas day. Keep up the excellent work.

The coffee was fresh and do was onion rings. Just that the rings we too salty.but still very crisp and fast service so full points to staff and cafe location.

Always a great place to grab a snack! The staff and managers are friendly, they always exchange or fix orders, they usually deliver it to your table unless understaff or super busy during lunch rush or dinner rush. Restaurant is usually quite clean, can be messy around after school hours with lots of kid traffic. Very nice location and quite peaceful in the evening.

There was nothing worse than being upsold at the till when you have to say repeatedly, like over six times, exactly what you want and no, you do not want anything else. For the love of God. Can I just get my buddy burgers and to rings? That's literally all I want right now. Thank you. Please stop telling your staff to upsell customers. They aren't making extra tips are they? Oh right they don't get tips. And it doesn't inspire me to come back. Food was okay. Just like every chain burger joint. The portion sizes are getting smaller and prices more expensive. Onion rings need to be cooked longer as they were soggy and falling apart. The exact opposite of what you want when you think onion rings. Also what's the deal with you guys being the stingiest tightwads about giving ketchup? Can I have a lot of ketchup? They give two packs. Ugh. Eh and dubs. Seriously the only thing that's really changed in 20 years is your prices. It's average, slow and never friendly.

Food is consistent and good. I gave one less star due to timing. When you order on the app you get put in line with those in drive through or in store who have priority. So app orders are always late.

I ordered 3 small FREE coffee and 3 chicken buddy burger on Jan 5,2021. A&W were having their free coffee promotion from Jan 4 -17,2021. The cashier talked to the supervisor if this was allowed and told me only one coffee per customer per visit according to A&W corporate policy. I told the supervisor I am a regular customer and she, the supervisor, agreed with me. I got my 3 chicken buddy burgers and waited for the 3 FREE coffee. The cashier asked what I was waiting for and answered "my coffee". They were reluctant to offer me the 3 FREE coffee. The strange thing is the day before I ordered 2 small FREE coffee & a burger without any issues. Kind of petty. Have the customer buy a minimum purchase plus free coffee or don't do the promotion at all. Anyway, there are other places to go to.

Cashier attempted to rip me off for my change then argued until I told them to check the cameras. Beware of scammy cashier!

Food was not very good at this location. Staff in particular a man that seems to be the supervisor or manager has no people skills. He was rude to one of the staff infront of everyone and is not friendly to costumers.

The service at this A&W location is always super friendly and efficient

I recently discovered the Mama burger and it's my new face fast-food burger. Everyone in the family has a different fave at this place.

I also like how clean they keep the place.

Best fastfood together with Subway. A lot better burgers than McD or kfc + they also serve poutine (très Canadien, eh?). They're proudly displaying their overpriced root beer which I personally don't enjoy. What makes them better than Subway is the fact that their workers usually speak English and you can get a meal for less than 2€

Burger and fries were good quality and warm; service staff was very nice and they keep the place nice and tidy
