Went through the drive through for 2 coffees. Was the only one there but still had to wait a long time for my order and when I finally did get it it was completely wrong.

This particular and tiny location have impressed me.
I was looking for a place to have my senses back from a stressful day.and found a relaxing and cozy olace to stay and have a great food.
I opted for the ringer burger which is available for limited time and it was good.fries well and properly fried, cheers for it!

Love A&W's onion rings. The best for me. Service is fast. Chicken wrap chipotle can be improved, love the spicy Chipotle but it needs more stuffing inside the wrap. They can add more veggies or tomatoes or onions or potatoes, etc.

Worst drive through service first time I stayed for 1 hour in lineup 2nd time 40 minutes 3rd time 20 minutes and when I got to the window they said the computer is restarting and they won't be taking orders I don't know there's 2 people working and they are the slowest ever when I used to work at A&W drive through the rules 50 seconds for one car I'm going to take it to A&W head office I contact the head office and the restaurant manager contacted me and he apologized and I went to the restaurant to try it out they improved but I’d like to come after 12am based on it I’ll decide to change my review that’s when I went yesterday and it’s still line up I stayed in line with 4 cars ahead of me I waited 15 minutes until cars start to backup and leave so I left too this restaurant will be unlikely to improve I’ll talk to the head office and you you should wait 5 minutes from ordering to pay and go only 5 minutes 30-40 minutes

Location does get quite busy sometimes (drive-the) and there is a wait, but the staff are friendly.

I have had one or two issues with my order in the past but they always make it right and are really apologetic and friendly about it.

The food is always fresh, the staff are fast and caring, and if you dine in, you can have the cool big glasses of drink.

Excellent and friendly courteous staff at this location. Even with a large line the service was speedy! Got my food within a matter of minutes. The onion rings are something else here, crispy and delicious on a cold day! The burgers are pretty decent too and coupons help cut down the price!

The staff I met tonight are super nice and helpful. They took a while to make my Sausage and Egger (my bad for ordering from all day breakfast menu at 7: 30pm), and they gave me a free apple turnover. Everything was hot and fresh.

10 minutes before closing. They made us feel that they don’t want to take our orders. Clearly they don’t have customers that time and we saw one employee just using her phone at the back. They gave my friend an old burger with old mushrooms inside at the same time. Our friend ask for a fresh one and the guy refuse my friends request rudely. If they don’t want to take order before they close. They should close the store 20 minutes early. By the way this is our first time here. Not coming back again with that kind of service.

LOL. Bigger on the outside. The friendly service is every bit as good, if not better than, any full size A&W! Food is at par with A&W standards.

I ordered mushroom mozzarella buddy burger October 29 around 11pm and it taste like rubber I tried to ask for exchange because I am not satisfied but they refused it.

Staff really need to be retrained on how to talk to people. I have been there to order 2 sandwiches and the one who took my orders, almost were yelling at me on Do I need my receipt or how do I want to pay! Unbelievable!

They tell you to wait on the side and they’ll forget your order and you have to get out your car go into the restaurant and find your order somehow. Very unorganized.

This A and W is the worst I stopped going there because our order everytime was wrong so I tried again tonight and again our order was wrong the place wasn't busy so there was no excuse and the way they slapped the burgers together for 41 dollars I would expect better

Great Burgers & Burger family Resturant. Fantastic service amongst fast food lovers, open till late night, always has a line up at the drive through window. My favorite burger is the Papa burger with mozzarella cheese, ANW Poutine & their refreshing mug Rootbeer in the large beer glass with the foam dripping down the side of the glass. This combo is my favorite but I wouldn't dismiss my mother's favorite combo choice which would be loved by lots of spicy chicken burger lovers. Mom's fav choice is Habinero Chicken burger with such mouth watering Onion rings instead of fries. Cold & refreshing glass of Sprite or else Coke to make a non Chicken lover into a finger licking Chicken burger love for ever️

Access is poor by vehicle but a great street location. I'll be back, when I get back to the area again.

Please A&W, bring Rooty, the root bear back. If we can't see him, we can't taste the food! You know? Like your 90s Canadian advertising campaign? Get it? Just kidding Allen. You too Wright. You can taste their food. I'm just playin.

Classic fast food that could use a vast nutritional upgrade while removing 70+% of the salt, but what would the bear taste like then? Probably a Beyond Meat patty, amirite? Love those things. If you like them too, ask for a "Double Beyond Mozza Burger, no bacon, extra pickles, extra mayo, extra ketchup, add fried onions" for the full Starbucks experience. Then, expect to wait about 5 mins for them to bring you back a huge burger that you can barely fit your mouth around unless you have a bigger mouth than mine, which is statistically unlikely.

Four stars only because of how their fries are consistently. Please guys, put your fries in the frier and set it to "cook", not "defrost". I swear, if you don't tell these guys"well done" for your fries, be prepared for fries so soft you can chew them with your tongue. They're like M&Ms: they melt in your mouth, not in your hand. If they're well done, it's definitely an improvement.

I ordered the All Canadian breakfast platter. They fry up the eggs how you like them and toast your choice of white or brown bread. It's a delicious treat because I don't usually have bacon and sausage at home.

First the cashier didn’t give the right amount back but he’s new so totally understand. But the food was cold and looked like it had been sitting there for a while. When I asked the server her response was that it’s always fresh until she looked and felt the temp of the food.

The food is always good but the drive-thru line up and parking lot sucks. As it's always super busy.

Mobile app claims a 2-5 minute wait after the order is placed. After 20 minutes of waiting curbside, we went in and found the food just sitting on the counter with the "we are training" excuse. Not only was the order cold when we got home 2 blocks away, but they made 2 errors. Unfortunately errors like this seem to be common at this location.

Got several Grandpa burgers and they were all extremely dry.
Tasted like they were all prepared long time ago and reheated.
Garbage.

Grass fed beef was the very best thing they could have done for business and our health!

I just visited your place at (1.30am, 18sept 2021). This drive tru girl was so rude! She literally said "try not to be funny with me I'm sometimes not in good mood". Hats off to your customer service skills and representing your brand so nicely. Shame on u!

Just visited this place on sept /15/2021 ordered the mama burger that is advertised for 2 dollar and 50 cents, believe me you only get what you pay for, nothing more, burger was over cooked no extra, the even what to charge you for cheese, lettuce and tomato, sorry A&W you failed on this promo, food was disgusting, had to throw it out it was so bad an so over cooked. So basically it is a burger on a bun with no extra unless you want to pay for them. I say WHAT A huge disappointment this promotion was an A&W you should be embarrassed by this offer. Never will i eat at an A& W again, wake up to the Promotions Department

The drive through is very fast if you need a good snack it's pretty easy and the burgers are great.

Kinda confusing drive thru you pay then they tell you to move up almost blocking the side walk. And run the food out the store to car window instead of giving it to you at window. But food was good.

Consistently good food, excellent value and great service. The staff are exceptional at this location and I always have a good experience here.

The burgers are a treat, but I always wonder if they’re keeping their plated breakfast a secret? If you want artisanal free range bacon, sourdough-marble-rye-multi-sprout toast or organic coconut oil fried “smashed potatoes” (ugh) then go ahead and spend four times more down the road. But for simple bacon and eggs, I can’t see why you’d go anywhere else. Even their larger serving is UNDER TEN DOLLARS! Adding a pancake or an extra egg is around a buck. Your syrup isn’t flown in daily from Vermont but it’s still delicious.

This location has misheard of made mistakes on my order so many times. You have to check the bag before you leave even for a simple order.

Ordered before they closed, though waited an extra 20 minutes after they closed due to their drive-thru rush, they served all of them before us so everyone that ordered inside waited.

Been here to try for the first time on 15Jun, I had ordered 2 coffees & fries, they asked us to wait outside the store to get our order, the order took 15 mins to arrive and customers who were doing drive through were getting their service faster, they didn’t explain the delay reason. Fries was fine, coffee didn’t have any sugar despite we asking for it, overall not happy first time experience at A&W

It's a very good and cheap food in general. The service is very fast even though is crowded. They are giving promotions all the time with very good savings. For a fast and cheap breakfast is a very good place to take the food to go or even to eat at the place. The only thing I would improve more is the staff. I understand they are always busy but the managers should encourage the employees to smile or be more polite when it comes to take the orders.

Take out and drive thru only. Tables outside with umbrellas for eating outside. Order inside and food is brought outside to you.

I get6 the beyond burger and I often question if it's vegan, especially with that speed of preparation. It was very good.

Got food to go. It took almost 15 minutes for them to get our order together and bring it to us. We were sitting in car as they had instructed us to do so.
I was a bit disappointed, as I think that our food may have been waiting the most of that 15 minutes to be brought up to us. We only live a few minutes away, and I'm by the time we got back inside the house which would have been less than 15 minutes from the time we got our food handed to us, it was surprisingly on the cooler side of warm.

Horrible service. They always make customers wait “in the parking lot” for the order when it’s hard to find a parking so you have to drive around. This is a FAST FOOD. Customers shouldn’t wait for their food.

Paid almost $5 for literally 4 onion rings in my bag. Giant rip off. Not going back to this location.

The people were really nice. And very helpful. There was an elderly lady in the restaurant and she couldn't read the menu so the employee helped her.

Went there in the evening; they didn't let us in. Only the drive-in was working but they didn't let us order anyting saying we don't have a car so they can't serve us from the drive-in window (logic? !). I would say some really mean words.

I've been here for lunch 5 or 6 times and it has always been good. Food was fresh and hot. The root beer was in a frosty mug and ice cold.

Tried their plant based food with Drive-Thru, their new plant based nuggets and beyond burger! Delicious and I liked that all their food package is labelled as compostable! Hopefully it is, because I left it in my compost.

Always the best! The fish tacos are the best I've ever had. Try the salmon fish tacos and your life will be changed.

The craft beer selection is always new and the atmosphere is cozy. I was really happy when I came down with my dog to discover that dogs are ok on the patio. You can stay warm under the heater outside and have a beer as your dog enjoys some cooked bacon.

Always consistent and always welcomed with smiles.

The service was so slow. Only one cashier to handle orders for the front of the restaurant, the drive thru and some kind of web orders that she was entering. Need more staff for the amount of customers.

A recent trip abroad reminded me how good Canada has it with a&w. For vegetarians especially. The beyond burger is heads and shoulders above the mos burger I tried in Taipei plus they are fast to prepare it. The onion rings are worth $5 imho making a meal here a hit of a splurge. But a pick me up on a blue day.

Know the deals cause they definitely won't tell you.my friends and I had 25 we ordered 3 teen burgers and onion rings to share which cost 26 something.we got our burgers and to our dismay found coupons inside the bag saying we could have got a mama burger combo for 7.99. Meaning the three of us could have got our own combo drinks and everything.so needless to say we felt rippppppeeeddddd

This A&W really makes their burgers right. The service and food are both great. Not all A&W is as good as this one. Only downside is their drive-thru is so small and hard to access. I’d recommend walk-in instead. Also if you’d like to dine-in, it’s limited seating.

This restaurant is wonderful and roomy, the food was yummy and the rates were very fair.quick, productive service and very welcoming waiters. I recommend this place.

O.k place, burgers are good, but place is a bit small if you want to sit and have with family or frnds.

Cod burgers where tasteless and the sweet potatoe fries where sogy and tasteless. Place was dead and it still took forever to get my food.

Friendly staff, good service and sandwiches tasting good, as expected from A&W restaurants.

Just a note about our only time using the drive - thru: ordered 4 sandwiches and they charged 5 instead. They prepared and delivered 5 and we ended up eating all of them, but we suggest everyone to check your order before paying (we should have done that too) :)

Went there on MS day for dinner, wasn't too busy when i arrived! Placed my order and waited and waited and waited while people that ordered after me were getting their orders! I finally asked where my order was, coming right now they say ok i get my order and it was wrong! The food was cold and just very disappointed with the whole experience!

I admire this restaurant! They give awesome food, their menu is nice, The chef in that spot is well trained, I love very much eating all their dishes. The food is always of high class, the service towards the guests is very good too. I often eat in this restaurant and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend this place.

Good burgers but their ordering system leaves something to be desired. It feels as though they change up the system every year, and then expect the customer to just figure it out

I like this A&W. Service is good, and they have awesome streetside outdoor seating. Nice place to hang out in the morning if you have time.

Good food here but a very small kitchen, orders will get backed up if there's more than a few customers in line ahead of you. Have patience and chill, you will be rewarded with very good burgers!

A&W employees are always very courteous and provide me with the same level of quality of food and due care each and every time I'm there.even when I'm their last customer for the night - they STILL make sure my fries stay upright in the bag!

This place usually makes great burgers, but the cheese on my mozza burger wasn't even melted but cold and hard like it just came out of the refrigerator and that made my burger taste off. I did not enjoy the Burger at all.
