Service was good, but it was not sanitary. We watched the people in the back who were making our food and others not wear gloves, and touching all the ingredients with their bare hands.

The management is extremely kind and has a very efficient, friendly team. Embarrassing to say but I order far too often from them and I'm always happy!

The staff at this A and W are some of the nicest and most hard working people I've ever met. Exceptional service every time I come and eat here. Thank you very much to Patrona, Wanda and the young man who works the morning shift for always doing a great job.

Longest wait times ever. Prepare to pull up front and park for 20 mins while they slowly cook your meal. I live close by and come here fairly often cause there's not many other options after 8, everytime I have to pull to the side and wait at least 10-15 mins.
You can dine in somewhere for the same time and price.

Did not have menu items reasonably timed (12 minute wait for uncle burger) and was quite a wait as well. Food we got was ok but not anything to freak out about enter at your own risk and roll the dice!

Service is good. Food was fresh. Visited them first time on my to Vancouver. It is convenient to stop there instead of Kamloops.

I went camping near by and every morning for 5 days straight they couldn’t get my order right. Probably all those little kids they have enslaved there

I am thankful a small town like Chase has an A&W. The location is clean, the workers are friendly and the food tastes just as good as any A&E anywhere. The location is used as a local meetup spot for all ages. I really like it.

Waited in line for 20 mins for them to serve the customer in front of us only for us to get to the window to tell us they are out of product. Bad service times and bad service period.

I came here yesterday and the lady at the counter was so nice. Even with the heat and covid restrictions everyone there was happy to help me with my beyond meat questions. Definitely making another trip here. It was so good!

Amazing service! They were super fast at getting my order to me despite how busy it was. The staff were very delightful to deal with unlike most A&W's that I have been to. All in all best experience I've ever had and definitely going to stop in again whenever I go through chase.

Never have beyond meat burgers, very rude at the drive through, and never get the condiments I ask for: (

Went in to grab lunch on my way through back home and was greeted by A very friendly staff member. She was extremely friendly and outgoing and made some recommendations as I hadn’t been to an A&W in years! I ended up ordering the Habanero Chicken Burger with a side of Fries and it was amazing. Best fast food I’ve had in a while.

Although the staff are very friendly and the food good. We often find this location a little slow and small ordering errors common. Would still recommend however:)

I don't do the A&W thing often, but man, when they get their onion rings right.they are just sooooo tasty. Far and away the best fast food onion rings in my known universe. A bit small, but hey, Chase is a small town. Really nice town full of friendly people. It was like that in the A&W as well.

Cozy location but I've never found it crowded, customer service is also good. Great atmosphere to relax:)

Really disappointed in the washrooms. One staff member on shift dealing with a computer issue. She tried extremely hard to resolve this problem however it took a while. She apologized and offered free slurpees for the wait.

Always good food. Staff was good too.but the tables were never wiped so after one customer leaves.rhey want you to remove your tray and dump your garbage.sooo tables never get wiped

Also there were at least 20 flys in the building.constantly buzzing me.i finnally grabed a newspaper and killed about ten flys. Both these thing manages do not care.

We will no longer eat at the location. Horrible service, cold food. My husband has been yelled at by the person at the drive thru window on more than one occasion. Just recently my husband got a cod wrap and he bit into something hard and it was a bread bag clip.

My Family and i dinned in for a late dinner on the afternoon of Sunday July 14th 2019. We placed our order. The cashier asked us what we would like to drink my wife and daughter said ice tea please. The cashier replied we are all out.no prob they ordered apple juice instead, Then i asked for a frosty mug root beer. We then received our order and the drinks were all in paper drink cups so i went back and asked again i would like a root beer in a frosty mug please as the photo behind you on the wall! The cashier then responded Sorry we are closing in an hour and don't want to do anymore dishes then we have to! Wow talk about lazy staff I bet this is why the ice tea machine was out as well. I am sure there thinking was ah leave it to the next crew. I could kind of understand if it was smoking busy but nope it wasn't. Every time i have ever dinned in at an A&W restaurant i order a Large Frosty Mug Root Beer! Never been denied for such a pathetic and lazy answer Kinda ruined the long time experience for me and my family! Not Impressed At All!: (

The food was good for a fast food restaurant service was fairly good and it was clean and the washrooms were clean

I know there has been some disappointed customers here lately however I actually ordered a teen burger and fries yesterday and it tasted just as I remember it from the old.days.delicious!

Love the lettuce wrap burger option here. A bit more expensive than other fast food places but not by too much.

This place closes at 9pm. They more or less stop making food between 8: 30 and 9: 00. I arrived at 8: 45, not expecting much and that's exactly what I got. They were busily breaking down equipment, cleaning the place and getting ready to lock up.

Very small restaurant, but considering the size of the town, I guess that's to be expected. There were plenty of seats available when I stopped there, but I would expect it to be a bit full at supper times considering the area is a hotspot for tourists in the summer. Parking was a bit of a pain when I stopped there, the parking lot was filled. As for the service, was great - staff was friendly and quick with my order, absolutely no complaints about the staff, they were great, just with the location.

Never been in a burger joint where you couldnt order a burger because ut was 9.30 am. Its a burger place. I worked in one and never once did we tell a customer they couldnt order what was on the menue regardless of the time.

Ok food and prices especially with coupons. A&W is one of the few chains that are visibly changing its menu for todays growing, health-conscious consumer base
