We came in to dine in today morning.
2 girls working with glasses were so kind and they greeted us with smile.
The breakfast delicious and their new drinks are worth trying.
What an amazing experience!

I was having hardtime being my phone almost dead. I forgot that girls name otherwise would ve posted it here. She plugged it in for me in that time which really made my mind to its best. The food was also at its best quality. Appreciate her again. ️

Unbelievable how I was treated in drive thru this evening.

First off I shattered my wrist and have a metal plate in it. It's a chronic problem that causes me agony on a daily basis.

Tonight I came through for a poutine and a shake at approx 1: 00AM. I went to pay with my card and the lady working wanted me to hold the debit terminal while I punched in my pin. The terminal they have is on the end of this huge stick and the leverage it puts on my wrist is just too painful for me to grip and hold to the terminal.

WELL SHE DIDN'T LIKE THAT. She started breathing heavier as to let me know she was visibly upset. Then when she tried to grab the terminal back before the pin had validated, which ended up jacking up my wrist anyways.

She then slams the machine down once it's inside the window, I guess again to "show me" how inappropriate it had been to not hold the terminal. Then when she comes back to give me my poutine she hands it to me and says "this is heavy too. "

Unbelievable. I'm a small business owner as well and I would be horrified if my staff were treating my patrons this way. I'd really like the owner to reach out so we could have a discussion about this. I tried to reach out on the official A&W website, but it wasn't working properly. I wish I could leave zero stars.

Super helpful staff, I don't quite get all the funny names, but they helped me out with a group order to get the right stuff. All, they have sweet potato fries.

Pulled into the drive-thru for lunch and ordered chicken nuggets and onion rings. It was about a 5 minute wait, but i figured they were making everything fresh, becuase there wasnt a line. My nuggets were luke warm and dry, and my first few onion rings were all crumbled, cold and uncooked. I throw out a few of those and get to the ones beneath and they are holding their shape. Great! Nope. They too are semi warm, but also borderline burnt and WAY overseasond. Needless to say, it didn't eat them or the last few nuggets. I essentially had a $20 coke and microwaved nuggets. I won't be going back.

Worst people in the kitchen. Specially after midnight! Got food poisoning after eating their onion rings and wrap was cold, chicken strips were overcooked. Change your oil regularly plus change your employees in kitchen!

Always good, but no more whistle dogs, "really" did the market stop making wieners. Bummer

They had no diet Coke! Hard to pick a substitute as none of their other pops except root beer are sugar free.

You get a small refill.

Their whole business is predicated on AnW rootbeer and it's not even a worthy refillable enjoyment if you're an adult.

It's a wonder AnW is still in business. You can get bottomless refills anywhere, but not here. Considering the prices on a combo, go elsewhere with your money/fastfood craving.

Service was very poor Ask girlfriend tawina for a China cup for coffee, she refused give and was very rude and food was over cooked (burnt-out)

This store have only two workers, one at front and one at back. I went to this store nd ordered food by drive thru and had been waited for 25 minutes. They have to put one or more workers on a shift at the night time.

Been to this A&W drive-thru 4 times. 3/4 of those times they've missed something in my order.
Yesterday I paid for 3 buddy burgers w cheese but only received 2.1st time I thought "these things happen". 2nd time I thought "Silly me I should have checked before driving off". 3rd time now I'm pretty sure it's intentional. If you use this drive-thru check your $0.25 bag before driving away.

2 stars because the food we did receive was good.

Food was cold and tasted like the rings and fries were cooked in really old oil, all in all an awful lunch experience. A&W in Cloverdale is a solid no for me ever again!

Always very pleasant customer service, best at a fast food place in the lower mainland. Travis especially has consistently been the real MVP.

Good customer service, my mozza burger was perfect but my yam fries I got tasted like ink so I don’t know if their using yams that are exported or they dropped something in the fryer just watch out people

Delicious as always. BUT serving sizes smaller - 3 teenburger meals plus 2 onion rings. $49. MS fund raiser - next time I'll just sent funds direct.

I have the same order every week from different branches and no one did what this one did!
It's just disappointing.
Note: the manager was really friendly and tried to fix the problem but it wasn't fixed anyway.

Exceptional services, the staff here is really uplifting and the food tastes fresh and delicious, our order was taken by an employee named Ajay who was really friendly and patient, he gave us very helpful suggestions for ordering and was really nice overall.we really like the atmosphere of this location which is why we visit it so frequently and every time we have a great experience.would highly recommend visiting here getting the mama burger.:)

I love how they still have actual dishes when you order inside instead of just giving you fries and drinks in disposable containers.

Hit and miss with service. Some days they include condiments and most days they don't. Poorest customer service ever. No I haven't returned here and don't "EVER" plan to.

Great experience today at the drive through around 2.45 am. The lady was really polite and pleasant despite working late shifts and excellent and fast service. Will visit again. Keep it up!

We went to the drive thru around midnight and the guy who was working in cashier are really polite and funny, he was cracking joke and make us laugh! He is a really good staff.
Also good customer service as well when my bf return the wrong order.

Best burger compared to the other fast food chains. Real beef with the patty. Onion rings and sweet potato fries are to die for. Best thing about A&W is that the chain operates in many of the small towns so excellent place for a quick bite when going on road trip.

Just ordered from here. Asked for no tomatoes and white toast. They added tomatoes (an allergy) and brown toast. Also no straw for my drink. Measure twice and cut once guys. This shouldn't be happening.

To the gentleman manning the drive thru who gave me and my driver a fresh hot coffee; I work in the trucking industry, day and night and right now there’s so many places not open and we can’t find food or a late nite coffee.we are hungry, tired and far from home. Thank you. That’s a kind and heart warming a gesture. It amazing what a cup of coffee can do.

Coverdale A&W is one of the better ones I feel. The service was fast, and it was clean. The one in Langley city was a joke, never going there again.

I treat myself to a burger once in a blue moon and this place is why. Incredible staff, clean restaurant, and the food is actually made with care. Best location I’ve ever gone to. Keep it up!

When I am going for a quick burger I like to support Canadian and even better, a BC company and besides, they have good food. I really enjoyed the 56 Buddy Burger when the had it but now it is gone but the Bistro Buddy Burger is almost as good.

Tried and tested. Quality Fast food. You pay an extra dollar or two in terms of fast food, but the quality of the food doesn’t leave you playing Russian roulette with your stomach

The fries are not good. By far the worst among fast food places. Really dry. Needs a good pound of ketchup to be edible. Their burgers are good quality.

Friendliest A&W I’ve ever visited and I go often. They give a choice of treats- suckers, candies, and even a dog treat if you need one, while going through the drive through.
The simplest gesture and they get me coming back. Well done!

Had teen burger which was very under cooked. Mens washroom was digusting- as soon as you walk thru door urine smell almost knocks you over. Good feature- service was quick & friendly

The Best Fast Food Experience Ever. The amazing costumer service and hospitality makes it feels like I am dining at a fancy sit down restaurant. The food is always on point as well.

Mamma burgers were $2 on Tuesday but wow were theirs too salty! Used a drive through. It was around 9pm on a Wednesday and not busy at all.

Team is very efficient, friendly, and very courteous.i've never been to a fast food restaurant like this before.aanchel and her team are excellent.i was there around 10am today for brekky and it was excellent! Keep up the awesome job!

I always go out of my way to come to this A&W location rather than the Langley location (200th st). This one is the best by far. Food always tastes fresh and staff are very polite and friendly

Seems A&W is doing a better job with customer relations, as everytime we have gone there staff has been very freindly and locations are very clean which is a great to see. We always have the Teen burger combo with onion rings and a coffee.

Their burgers are the best in fast foods in Cloverdale. I personally enjoy Papa Burger. My wife likes Teen Burger made in lettuce wrap.
