This is the worst experience I have ever had. The owner only cares about how much you paid, never care how satisfied you are. Won't go again for sure.

What a way to end a vacation. We came in after reading some reviews as we were looking for some R&R. They we able to accommodate us both as walk in got the 45 min foot massage and it blew us away. So much so we came back the following night for half foot and half body. Worth every penny! Must visit if you looking for affordable and quality pampering.

Need a massage like… before COVID, and Chris (petite female) did an outstanding job with the body massage. I had 40mins body and 20mins head massages for $82 CAN. The body massage was great. The head massage was ok. Will definitely go back for the body massage. The room was clean with soothing music playing in the background. It was very calming and relaxing.

This was a wonderful treat after 2 days of sightseeing Vancouver. We did way more walking than planned. I went with my mom without appointments and fortunately they were able to accommodate both of us for 30 minute foot massages. Jackie was really good! She knows her stuff and was very professional. I highly recommend going to this place. My feet felt so relaxed after the massage.

Lauren was amazing! She applied the perfect pressure and I liked that she confirmed along the way. Maybe it isn't the highest end, but it is clean and functional, and the rooms and bed are very comfortable; and it is super close to my home. I will be a regular for sure!

Love this place, I always feel so good and relaxed. The foot massage and back massage are both wonderful and great prices and kind service! High recommend!

My partner and I came here for a foot massage after walking around Vancouver for what seemed like 3 full days since we were visiting for the first time.

They were able to accommodate us that same day and the masseuse was fantastic. I would definitely book with them again if I weren’t visiting from Seattle.

Walked in, they took me in right away. Had the deep tissue massage, it was amazing. She checked throughout the appointment if pressure was okay, and it was perfect, felt as though I was giving myself a massage. Helped me stretch out after, will be going back!: D

Nice atmosphere, but if your looking for traditional chinese foot reflexology, this is NOT it. I'd describe my experience as more of a foot rub. I did ask for a different person as it was not what I expected, and the second person was the exact same.

In addition, the manager only took 10 dollars off the total price to address my concern. I expected much more, as in the past I've had good experiences at this location

This is a great place for foot massage. Damon gives the best foot massage. They have few options available for massages. It’s a good place to relax. The ambience is beautiful as well!

This spa was uncomfortably hot. Even my masseuse was perspiring. This is very undesirable and is a deal breaker for me to come back again.

We came here after an exhausting 14hrs flight. Had a beautiful calming foot massage and a full body massage for my partner, we absolutely loved it, highly recommended!

I received a reflexology foot massage in this place. It was what I was expecting.
Highly recommended. Do phone in and make a reservation in advance. The place was pretty busy.

Two stars because their foot massages are fantastic. However, their body massages are TERRIBLE. When you go to get on the table, there is no sheet, just a towel that is about a foot wide. It's a feat to get under something so narrow, and once you do get under it, it barely covers you. The sides of the towel barely graze the table, so you are hardly covered and there is cool air on the little strip of skin on your sides that isn't covered. I asked them to bring another towel as I wasn't covered enough, and asked him how I was going to roll over with such a small towel? Turns out, they don't bother to have you roll you over. So, after a hard workout that day, looking for some muscle release, I booked in here as it was the only place that could take me that late and last minute, but they didn't bother to massage my quads or chest at all. Also had a headache from being face down for a full hour. Not worth the money.

This place is my go to massage place downtown. Living in Asia for decades and it feels like I’m right back there. Quality. Clean. Always an excellent massage regardless of the masseuse and they get all the spots you request. Oil or dry, they do both and its priced all so competitively.

My boyfriend and I got incredible massages here. They really worked out the knots in our shoulders, backs, and arms. The only feedback is we got pretty warm in the room and it got a little uncomfortable. My boyfriends bed was squeaky during his massage so that was a little distracting. Otherwise, pretty solid place.

Simply amazing. Did the 40 minute body and 40 minute foot and leg combo. I ran a marathon the week before. This guy came in and totally fixed me up from back to feet to shoulders to shins and calves and upper thighs. Insane levels of pressure and care that were just right for me and by no means is this a soft relaxation massage. It is high pressure targeted care in a clean, professional environment with decor and music and overall great value vs other places I've been in Vancouver.

I called to make an appointment and asked specifically for a strong, deep tissue massage, and the person on the phone assured me that I would be getting one. I arrived and the lady who gave me a massage definitely did not give a deep tissue massage. In fact, it was one of the weakest massages I've ever had, and it didn't really seem like she knew what she was doing. I kindly asked if she could use more strength, but even then, there was minimal improvement. I walked out in pain and dissatisfaction as I could have just foam rolled at home and got better results.

I mentioned this poor experience to the receptionist but could not understand her explanation. She charged me slightly less (which was still not worth it for what I got). I received a call from who I believe was the owner soon after and she apologized for the experience, which I did appreciate. She stated that the receptionist was new and therefore did not understand that I wanted a deep tissue massage. Found this odd as I was very clear about this on the phone.

I'm giving 2/5 stars as the first massage I got here a few months ago was excellent. If I do come back, I hope my experience will be like the first time and clients get what they are promised.

I had May and she was amazing. Nice atmosphere and high quality. Great deep tissue with some Thai stretches at the end. For the price the quality was on par with some of the most high end places that I have been to. Highly recommended

Frequent regular, very clean and relaxing. Usually come for foot massages, they put me in my own room for my massage to distance from other customers because of the pandemic. Highly recommend the 60 minute foot reflexology!

I had the worst massage experience at this place. There were a lot of issues. First, nowhere on their website do they specify that they deal in deep tissue massages. I went in there with an expectation of a relaxing massage but the lady started doing deep tissue without communicating anything to me. Second, I told the lady multiple times that I can't handle the pressure and asked her to go easy, yet she kept continuing at the exact same pressure levels. I wish I had read the reviews more carefully before booking my appointment with them because I see that a lot of people had this exact same complaint. Third, even if they specialize in deep tissue massages - that would have been fine except that the lady who massaged me pressed on my spine rather than massaging the muscles around it. Clearly, they don't know what they're doing and it's highly unprofessional. I probably will have to see a proper therapist to get my back pain fixed that wouldn't have been there if I hadn't been to this place.

Bad experienced here. Unprofessional. It wasn’t comfy place that we expected. Some scratches around my back, neck. Occasional Disturbance to be relaxed. Not satisfied.

Great professional massage! Everytime I come to this establishment to get a massage I am satisfied for the massage.

However, I am stunned at the quality of customer service by the owners at the front. They need to be more polite to customers and just have common sense on how to deal with tough situations. Just be honest. Please!

I have had two bad experiences with the owners working at front desk. This evening, I asked for a 50 minute massage. I ended up getting a 60 minute massage and did not mind paying for the 60 minutes as the masseuse did a fine job. But when the young gentleman at the front desk blantantly lied and accused me of requesting a 60 minute massage to cover his mistake leaves a sour taste in the customers mouth. Don't do that. Its not good customer service. Especially at a place that offers a good service. I paid the 60 minute massage without causing a scene but left feeling shocked.

The previous time the lady at the desk pushed a tip option at me. That is also bad practice.

This would be a 5 star rating if not for unprofessional poor customer service. Please sharpen up your etiquette and this will leave customers feeling happier.

I came in for a back rub, as well as a foot massage. I was immediately taken to a more comfortable seating area, and given a hot foot bath. Damon worked on my upper back, neck, shoulder blades, shoulders, lower back, and my feet and calves. I thought the low fees were very considerate for the hours-long attention that he spent with me. Very unprofessional. Hit and miss each time I have been. My last visit the Masseuse was constantly answering phone calls during the massage and walked off several times taking away from my massage time.

My friend recommended this SPA shop to me and tried it today. The masseur was very professional and made me very relaxing, and the environment in the shop is clean, I will go next time.

Honestly speaking i had the worst experience that i ever could have in the massage centre. They don’t even deserve this one star. I went there with my friend and first of all, as I took the 50 mins session, but they only spend 40 mins and i was out and when i taked to the girl which i believed to be owner she started arguing with me as even they didn’t noticed the time when i started. Trust me she was so rude with us that after she took money from us, she told us to leave and should never come back. As per with my friend who was with me, when he paid they forcefully asked for the tip saying that tip is necessary in canada and you have to give a tip. I mean who really ask and argue for the tip as we had the worst service that you could ever imagined.i went there first time viewing their rating and i’m never going back and suggest others as well!

If you want a no frills, super strong deep tissue massage, this is your place. If you’re looking for a soft relaxing spa day, not so much. I knew what I was getting into and it was one of the best Chinese massages I’ve gotten. If you have a chance to get the owner, Ken, do it.

I absolutely loved the foot reflexology here. My massage therapist was Tina and she did such a great job. Highly recommend this place. Ambience is alright but you pay for great service and massage. Reasonable price point aswell!

Worst massage experience ever! I went to this place with three of my other friends and they were all treated very well. I was massaged by a skinny man and he just didnt listen to anything I said! I wasn’t very tolerant to pain so I asked him multiple times to be gental, however he keep saying this is “good pain” and just keep pushing some “acupoint” that was so painful that I almost mourned! This felt like a torture, rather than a relaxing massage. If you got the same massage guy, run away ASAP!

I was so sore on my neck and back from walking and touring VA, so we found this spot. I feel great after a full body massage. Both my husband and I highly recommend!

I think they actually hurt me versus helping me. There’s a guy name Carl who is horrible. I believe in second chances so I went back and got another masseuse. This guy, not sure of his name, somehow managed to be worse. It was not relaxing by any means. He was super aggressive even after I asked for less pressure FOUR times. He was loud and slammed around things while working. He claims to be a doctor at Richmond. I work in healthcare and there’s no way a doctor has time to work two places. Needless to say - waste of money and woke up in more pain.

Called in and made an appointment for the same day for a foot massage. It was so relaxing and I fell asleep in my chair. Loved the environment and felt all of my stress melt away. Definitely coming back.

Tried this place out for the first time and not impressed. Felt like the lady giving me the massage had no idea what she was doing and only used her elbows the entire massage. She would also do one side for 15 minutes and the next side for 3. She didn’t know limits and pinched me with her nails and would push way too hard even when asked to go lighter. When asked to focus on the neck she squeezed my neck with both hands basically cutting off circulation. I was more angry than satisfied THEN to end this all off the cashier called me out for not tipping but was never asked how my massage was.

No English at all, If they have the impression you don’t know well about basic foot massage they will stick uneducated new people with no English who have lack of experience on you’re feet. Very dangerous. They don’t ask if you have any previous pain points and again 0 English ability or open communication to patient. Their philosophy is get you in and out, no care what’s so ever about patient comfort or ambience. Will talk about you INFRONT of you in Mandarin.super racist towards other people of opposing race.
