I went to awesome nails for the first time as my regular nail salon was closed for the holidays. I found this place to be extremely unprofessional, lacked transparency for prices. My daughter did a simple design and they charged her $81, which is absurd. Most nail places that we have gone too did not charge over $75 for more difficult designs. My pedicure looks horrendous and I asked for a fill however I had multiple ladies who didn’t speak English and when I told them I wanted a design at the beginning and after my pedicure said, I can’t do anymore. I’ve just spent over $200 on nails and feet that I’m extremely unhappy with prior to my winter vacation. When paying, the young man at the front got really defensive with the feedback. My daughter is not happy with the services either and she’s only 16. After the nail appointment, we stopped at a different nail place (TL nails) on the way home was showed the nails, was told it would have been $67, and the total for all services that we got would have been $173. This place is a rip off with poor service and lacks customer service. Will NEVER be going to any location of awesome nails ever again.

I got my nails done from Mary. She did excellent work on my nails. It was my nyc experience

My favourite part is they have loads of colours in both gel and regular that match. New chairs and large area that’s spaced out. Way better than the original location! Staff was friendly and professional.

I got my nails done from you guys today and the lady was so rude and in hurry. If you guys in hurry then why you take customers at closing time. We are spending money and we deserve nice service as well as nice work. Please hire some good staff.

I just called to get appointment but their employer who answered the call. She was so rude and even though she was not listening me at all that what i am trying to tell or ask her. She was keep cutting me while talking. So rude behaviour. I will not prefer to come here neither suggest my friends.

Never going back to this place again, I asked for a brown ombré (as the picture below) the lady said she wasn’t sure if she had the colour for it. And then pulled out 3 different shades of brown that I could pick. I picked the shade I thought would look best. She did one nail and I was already hesitant and asked if it was going to look like that with the top coat on, which she responded no. I just thought I should trust the process, mind you not ounce did she say she couldn’t do this simple nail design or said that it wasn’t going to look similar. I then let her finish with the atrocity below then got my pedicure, I was a bit nervous to say something because I don’t like complaining but I wasn’t going to pay for that. I then asked her to just paint them brown which looks okay ish now. When it came down to paying she still charged me for the ombré ($65) which I asked if they could take it off since they failed to do what I had asked and wasn’t happy with my nails at all. The lady refused and was being super rude threw out the whole process of trying to fix my nails. The customer service is bad and I do not recommend going there! Ended up paying $65 for a fill with just a plain colour very disappointed (just also realized the nails are crooked, mind you I was getting a fill so the shape was already there)

When I first time meet Kate, it's was my lucky day, she is the amazing artist. Every time I bring new pictures of design for my nails, she does exactly like it's on the picture, also Awesome nails salon has new location on Scott road by the superstore and it's very clean and the girls are very professional. Thank you for making my nails look great, got so many compliments

I have been going to Awesome Nails at this location since it opened and have been very pleased with every visit. Linda, who does my nails is efficient, pleasant and consistently does a good job. I would highly recommend this nail salon.

Decided to go here last minute and im so happy i did! All the employees were super nice and even complimented my shirt! Special thanks to kate and anna for doing my nails, i love them! It was a very delightful visit and i highly reccomend to anyone who wants to get their nails done!
