Very poor customer service, my wife came here for pedicure and french tip nails, they said yes to do it but when she started doing pedicure they are like we can’t do it, she was so rude and making her uncomfortable

Awesome nails has always done a great pedicure job every time we go, but lately when we make an appointment, we either have to wait till way past our appointment time, or most recently we were sent to the other location 10 minutes down the road because they were completely full. I totally understand busy days and days where you get behind, but I can’t comprehend why they consistently take on so many walk ins when they can’t even keep up on their own appointments. Don’t expect to be taken on time. You’re better off walking in.

First time coming here, asked for certain nails and got them. Leah was phenomenal, gave her a $50 tip because she was amazing but also when I walked in majority of the workers refused or just didn't talk to me. Leah I'd am amazing nail expert, highly recommend.

I went there to get my eyebrows done. Firstly i had an appointment at 12: 45 but i had to wait for approx 20 mins and then the lady was so rude. She was talking to some other girl while doing my eyebrows and was not concentrating properly. She was not welcoming. I am not going back there.

I mostly go there for my nails, and I would like to say they did awesome job on me, 2 worker spent 1 and half hour for my pedicure because I have really cracked, dry heels
I go to other nails salon but no body did that for me, never they spent that much time on me
The workers did so hard work and made me so special I felt like queen even at the end they was trying their best to make my heels looks smooth, thanku guys loved your hard work on me you guys made me so special that I'll never forget that

Been coming here for a few years. Leah is by far my favorite person there. She is kind, thoughtful and great at her job. She pays attention to detail and has a creative eye. I highly recommend her.

The pedicure I received was excellent. The staff member who worked with me was punctual and did a very good job at being thorough in her work. It was my first visit to this salon and I'll be sure to return in the future!

Had a pedicure here. The service was friendly, the equipment New per client and my polish is still looking great a week later.

I found Awsome Nails by chance and had my nails done there but everything was pecfect

Today Manny did my eyebrows, she did amazing work I love it she gave amazing shape and its so perfect cant wait to go again.

I got my gel nails done from here. The paint started peeling from first day onwards.its been just 3-4 days and it has already started looking bad and peeling off. The prices were too high and the lady there told me it lasts for 20 days atleast or even more but turns out they didn’t do it properly.they rushed in doing this because there were other customers waiting and they ruined my nails now.i got it done for a special event and its ruined already before the event. I wrote this review because they wouldn’t answer the phone. I have got gel nails done before as well and it lasted for 2 months last time. Contact me please and let me know if you can redo my nails before the big event which is on saturday.

Amazing front end staff greeted kindly, paired with Helen for a relaxing and beautiful pedicure. Would 100% recommend Helen to any friend looking to be pampered.

Absolutely disgusted by the service. I was scheduled for 11am, and then went to take a call, even told the lady that i will be back in 10 minutes and then they just take people who walk-in and say that won’t be having any time, like are you kidding me! Never going there back again!

I been coming here since 6-7 months to get my face laser done. She does awesome job as i have great results since then. She also does my eyebrows and trust me when i say i have never seen someone making such good shape of mu eyebrows before. I would say its 100% worth the money. Plus they treat you very good and with respect. Great customer service.

I Was a regular, like bi-weekly min $60 eveytime, i rather bring my business to a company's that cares, I was booked for a full new set. They started removing the nails than left me waiting 30 minutes, my kids ware dropped at the mall thinking I will be no more than an hours ish, They're starting removing the nails left me waiting for 30 minutes 1 of my kid wasn't feeling good then I started panicking and then I told them instead of putting the false set can you please give me a money cure and then I'll book to come back after the holidays on the 27 could barely understand what I was asking cause don't speak English then give me the most horrifying manicure and they charge me $60

I've never been disappointed in my life that I received nails services.

This has been my go to place for so long, it was usually good so I gave it one more chance after a bad experience a few weeks ago. I had booked in for a pedicure and a manicure before going to Mexico because I trusted they would do a good job. They did my manicure while I sat getting my toes done which was super awkward and felt rushed. The girl doing my nails cut the skin on my thumb while buffing off the previous polish, it hurt so much I pulled my hand away.

The girl doing my toes accidentally cut my ankle bone to the point where she had to put a bandaid on it because it wouldn’t stop bleeding. She apologized but by that point I was just wanting to leave. She asked if I wanted my nails shorter and I said a bit, and she proceeded to cut and file them so short that it hurts. The skin on my right big toe is tender and burning still a day later. I have bruises on my legs because her massage was mostly just jamming her thumbs into my shins. Now I am heading to Mexico with multiple open sores and bruised legs.

I chose a green colour and a sparkle colour for my nails and they told me to choose a different sparkle one, so I did. I asked them if they thought the colours matched (green) and they said they were almost identical so they worked. When she put the sparkles on they were blue and I said that wasn’t what I had chosen, she tried to tell me it was. So she decided putting it on top of the green would make it all okay. The nails were filed uneven (barely looked almond like I had requested) and the nail polish was thick in some areas and thin in some, the polish didn’t cover the entire part of some fingers and there was nail polish on my skin. I was so unhappy with my manicure that I went and got it redone somewhere else an hour later. I wish I had taken more photos.

They charged me $100 and I just paid without complaint because I felt like crying and wanted to leave. I will not be returning.
