Excellent Mexican food! It's been a while since our last Mexican meal. The beef Chimichanga was melting in my mouth. The used pastry was so delicious. It came with mashed beans like a puree, rice and a tasty salad. The 3 tacos we had came with pulled pork/ chicken, onion, guacamole and cilantro. Even they were delicious, but not the best tacos we had (the best one had 17 ingredients).

Food is so delicious yet the host is nicer! And…with a reasonable price too! A definite cozy place to dine in when you are in town! Will come back for sure;)

So far have only tried the tacos, and they are all amazing! Definitely coming back to try more of the menu, and more tacos.

Went for lunch with my boyfriend. Exceeded our expectations, very friendly and welcoming owners and staff. The Chimichanga was the highlight of our meals! And the habanero hot sauce is a must try! Can’t wait to go back!

This is the first time my wife and children have tried Mexican food whereas I’ve eaten it many times while working in Mexico. It’s fantastic. Jose the owner and his wife are very nice people and the food is delicious. Everyone really enjoyed it and I highly recommend it.

All I can say is that the food and staff are amazing! We went in for supper and spoke with the staff who were all amazing. The food was fast, well flavored with generous portions! I did not leave there hungry!

Last evening we ordered take out. My wife had a chicken enchilada, and I had a chilli releno. Both were ready when we arrived on schedule and both were excellent when we sat down for dinner. We will return and next time as an experiment we will try two different items. All of the pictures are most inviting.

Used to come here a lot around 2018 when I lived in white rock, stopped by here again when I was in town and was glad to see everything was as good as I remembered it. Still the same amazing food and great staff I remembered. Wish I could come here more often.

What an awesome mom and pop ran restaurant. We, being those people, have a few dietary restrictions but they worked with it. Food was fantastic, but the people were even better. Very sweet owners.

This place is the closest thing to having real authentic Mexican food outside of Mexico. The food is absolutely delicious, the vibe is great, the decor is very nice, the music is awesome. They even have Mexican drinks! The staff are very friendly. It's nice that they offer veggie soy, to add protein to the vegetarian dishes. I've tried the burrito, enchiladas, tacos and quesadillas. All are soooo good! I'm suuuuuper happy they made it through the pandemic.

Fresh tasting food (everything on the menu) I ate the enchiladas and chicken tacos. Both had good flavor. Ask for the house hot sauce, it's got a little kick to it!

The atmosphere is authentic and takes you to Mexico. The staff are friendly and the owner will take time out of his busy day to say hello which made the whole experience great. Order a Mexican Coca Cola as it tastes way better than the North American version.

We enjoy the food every time we go there. The food is fresh and made to order just for you. No freezers or micro waves. The meals are presented with appeal. Your meal is not swimming in cheesy gooey sauce. It's constructed well so can taste the ingredients.

The best Mexican food I've ever had. Everything was seasoned perfectly. The flavours were so good and on point. We had the enchiladas with one of each meat. Chicken, beef and pork. They were all cooked beautifully. The beef was tender, the pork and chicken had nice texture. Even the rice and beans were cooked and seasoned perfectly. We also ordered a horchata made in house and it was tasty without being too sweet. Jose is very friendly and welcoming. Can't wait to.come back to try the other dishes.

We've been coming here for years ever since it opened. I'm always greeted warmly and the food is delicious, authentic, and made with appreciation. It's clean tasting. I love the wet burritos and enchiladas. I always recommend this place to others.

Cute little hole in the wall restaurant with by far the best Mexican we’ve had North of the border. So happy to have found our new “go to Mexican place” Everything is made fresh to order which takes time…. But it’s well worth the wait. So yummy!

We ordered take out for 3 trays of the chicken, pork and beef tacos. The food was made right on time and was super hot and fresh. The service was amazing, very nice and friendly. The tacos were so juicy and flavourful. Definitely will be making a trip back here soon!

There is free parking to the side of the building, and free parking on surrounding streets.

Food here is really good! But the customer service is truly the best. Always greeted when I come in and love the family like atmosphere.

Best Mexican food ever! Usually get the chimichangas. Chicken is always moist, super flavourful. Best Mexican food I've had in the south surrey, white rock area! Fast kitchen, you wait maybe 8 mins for a great meal, contrary to what Whitney Bee reviewed, (Been there atleast 10 times, never waited longer then that) Staff are extremely pleasant. The price is very fair to the portion you receive.

First time, tried the enchiladas and stuffed peppers. Excellent presentation, freshness, and flavour! Will be coming back, looking forward to trying the fish tacos next time.

Jose and his team are the best cooks and hands down the friendliest staff as well! The Mexican food at Ay Chihuahua is over the top awesome and super fresh. We love Jose’s restaurant and drive out from Langley every second week for lunch.

Absolutely superb quality Mexican food. I would even refer to their food as art as you have to first admire the presentation before indulging in the best Mexican food across the lower mainland. A true gem and I highly recommend.

Delicious, authentic Mexican cuisine with great owners who care. Everything made to order and don't forget the homemade hot sauce. Chicken Quesadillas are fantastic. Full selection of Jarritos sodas (mandarinis my fav)! A South Surrey/White Rock hidden gem.

Whoa, my wife just picked me up the tostadas from this place, and even though she walked home with them in a takeout container, they were AMAZING, I cant even imagine how much better they would be there freshly handed to you, I would recommend this place to EVERYONE

I have been here about 3-4 times now, and it is difficult to not come back more! Each time I come here I enjoy the food, and the staff is always welcoming. The food here is not dry or bland like many other local Mexican places are. It is a hidden gem and this area has been lacking quality Mexican food.

Yummy! Food quality was great, but I think it's a bit expansive its meal size. After my husband and I had dinner at this place, we were still hungry. The meal portion looked decent in the photo due to the food was spread out beautifully, but after all, it was just a thin layer on the plate.
