It was my first time visiting this place, without any doubt this place deserves 5 stars - the quality of work, customer service given by Sam was rare to be found these days! She is sweet, dedicated and treated me like her daughter!

The worst hair and makeup I’ve ever had done.
I wanted a classy chic updo. I got a completely messy tangled shabby hair style.
There were strands of hair going down my neck and back.
The make up was cheap brand that came off 2 hours into the party. The base did not match my skin tone and eyeliner was so thick, it made my eyes look tired and sunken.

I have come here consistently and they always do a great job on my eyebrows!
Great customer service too, will definitely be referring them to my family and friends.

I am so disappointed as they spoil my special day. I went there for facial and told them initially that my skin is sensitive and kind of dry so use products accordingly. I don’t know which product did they use, they burnt my skin and mu face was swollen badly on the special day. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Sorry to say
