Poor service by the waitress me and my husband ordered a cup of tea waited 1 hr but we never got the tea. The waitress seemed to be in a very bad mood.

Ordered Chana Bhatura, food tasted good but less quantity of chana, asked for more and they charged extra for a very very small chana bowl, all while all the sweet shops and restaurants around this place give extra at no cost. It was the first time in my life I had to pay extra for chana for a order of chana bhatura.

Food was good but server was very rude for no reason. Didn’t even ask for refills for water. Did not check on us after delivering our food, if we want to order something else.

Servers were good with communication along helping and quick service with tasty food! Good on pricing too

We bought samosas and sweets such as, kalakand and milk cake, both the samosas and sweets were very scrumptious and appetizing.

Most of the sweets items were stale. It has a foul smell and taste. Anyways good that there is no dearth of options in Surrey. Will never visit this place in future.

I went there once for breakfast. I got gobi pratha and mix pratha … Trust me the size of Paratha was soo big and delicious… Tea was bad but breakfast was awesome.must visit for breakfast.

The reception staff don’t know what they are doing. First time coming to this place and the impression is not great from reaction of lazy staff. They need to train their staff, atleast to smile …

Ordered food for 15 people… home made taste. Perfect for quantity orders. Everybody liked the food. Food was freshly made.

When I see on their showcase it's looks fresh, and I ordered 3lb.
And then when I reached my house and opened the package I'm shocked. It's about 20 minutes I called them I told them that I want to return, but they told to me, sorry we can't make any return.

N. B I asked to the seller when it's makes. She told to me this morning but when I called for return another lady told to me it's makes last night. But if you see the pic, it's seems it's makes 3 or 4 days before and freezing.

I threw it in the dustbin.

I didn’t liked the food at all. It took more than 30 minutes for them to serve food. Had a bad experience. Never going there again.

Extremely poor service. I phoned my order 30mins for pickup and it was not ready. I was told “you may have called wrong number”. I called again in front of the they did not apologize. Very poor service I done recommend to anyone. I have coming here for past 20 plus yrs and now with new owners I will be changing my restaurant. This is zero star service.

They have one of the best Praunta in Surrey. Must try
Server was kind enough to give me free Dahi.

I was bad experience with Baba sweets yesterday I bought jalebi and try use mike. It looks they used colour when I add in Milk. It tasted like Gum. I will recommend others customers don’t buy jalebi from Baba Sweets at all!

This restaurant don’t deserve single star. Owner doesn’t know to deal with customers, very unprofessional lady, they always make mistakes but never try to make right. Definitely, they will loose their customers…. Because of her ….

Not a good taste of these Amritsari Kulcha, something plastic like found in chana which has no taste.

Best Gobi Parathas I’ve ever tasted in my life. I live in Burnaby, and visit Baba Sweets pretty much every other weekend for brunch. You must try gobi parathas here. I still don’t know how do they roll these parathas with so much filling in them. I always get parathas with ginger chai. They also have another location in Burnaby, but I prefer this one.

The customer service is great. Dealing at front counter is polite and cooperative. Nyc place to go. Best indian food in surrey. I always go there for food. ️️

Don't order their dahi bhalla. Their kulcha was nice. If you are chaey (tea) lover like me I would definitely recommend it. Overall nice service and friendly staff.

They cut off heaters, very uncomfortable place to eat. In addition their is no meaning of customer service at all.

Chole taste was not good this is just normal even less to normal spices and very less salt and not fully cooked just need to be trained cooks.

First of all the girl wasn't wearing any mask or gloves.we got sweets and it was terrible.overrated place.wont recommend

Food was good.
But the milkshake I guess they made it from expire or old milk. And we also ordered 1lb of gulab jamun but we received only 2 pieces of it. This is suggestion that's u guys should pay more attention when receiving orders.

I was here on may 19 on 3: 20pm the girl who was working was really rude to us the way she was standing was about 15 ft as thinking we have corona she didn’t talk nicely to us we have to leave without ordering anything bcz of her behaviour

Food was great.
Was there yesterday evening around 830pm. Got some sweets. Again, sweets were great! One of the best!
Service was not. There was a girl serving us and she had a face and eye roll like she didn't wanted customers in there. Not welcoming at all. Its a customer facing role, least you can have a smile.

If you are a new comer to Canada from North India and expecting an authentic and flavourful food, you are in for a big disappointment. May be the local Punjabis like their food milder and less flavourful and it works for them.staff is courteous.

Very poor customer service. I said hi to the girl who was serving there and she literally dont respond. Dont ever waste your money and time there.

Two of the girls working in the morning was very rude and even didn’t greet us when we entered in. We moved further to tell them that we are here to dine in. No smiling at face seems like they don’t want any customer to walk in. Never coming back here

As a lover of authentic Indian Cuisine, my family found the food to be delicious, impressive cleanliness, nice staff, greatly displayed sweets, and a very nice, dimly lit seating area. I would recommend this place.

The biggest reason to go to them is their coffee. They have the best coffee in town. I have been visiting them for 2 yrs now. Fair prices, food tastes good.
Customer service is a big issue with them. Staff doesn’t greet you properly, takes a lot of time to prepare food, avoid coming back to you to ask if you need anything else. NEVER SMILE

The girls NEVER SMILE which is the big turn off and you cannot enjoy the food. Also, food is not so good. They must improve their customer service. NOT RECOMMENDED!

They are always closed even if you go around 7 and website shows they are closed at 9 pm, but actually they close whenever they like, at least should inform customers.

One of the worst restaurant i hv ever seen.please don’t visit there as well as don't place any order through skip or call coz first they said your order has been placed but they never deliver your stuff.it happens thrice with me.

Avoid at all cost. The owners hire international students under the table, and only pay them $5/hour and keep 100% of the tips you leave on the table. These students shouldnt be working in the first place since they dont have work permits, but the responsibility of NOT hiring them.lies with the employer. The owner of this place is also holding back pay from some of these students. I've met 4 kids who say they haven't got paid.this place needs to be shut dow. Als. The kitchen condition is horrible. Massive mice issue in the kitchen.

Not even deserve 1 star, ordered 2.5 hours before closing time and they didn’t prepared the food till closing time and after that they just cancelled the order and said we are closing, please don’t waste your time and money there
