Babak and his staff were great to work with when we were looking for some “anchor” rugs for our new home. Even though his prices are very reasonable, these are big investments, and it can be a daunting experience, both visually and in terms of just processing all the information you end up wading through.

Babak was a tremendous help. Yes, the man wanted to sell us a carpet, but even more, he wanted to sell us on carpets, period: where they come from, who makes them, how they do it and what you should look for. His passion for the stories the carpets represent was infectious, and his patience with us as we looked at a LOT of carpets (thanks Simran and Marcus!) was greatly appreciated. He also has an outstanding website that not only lists the carpets on offer and their backgrounds, but is also super informative.

So helpful. I was able to buy a carpet I love thanks to the knowledge I was provided with. They took their time and show me so many carpets. It was a very pleasant experience. I will return for another carpet.
