Azadeh from Broadway Baby "R" Us was wonderful. She walked with me for more than an hour in-store to collect everything that was left from my baby registry and gave us so much information on what we should choose or not. I highly recommend her.

I had walked in wanting to get a stroller for my 6-month old, along with my wife. Sunindar at the baby stroller section was extremely helpful, and went the extra mile, to educate and provide inputs on selecting the right model. I would have given 10 stars for her warm approach, and understanding in patiently listening to all our requirements. I would request all customers to pay her a visit if she is around, to help with all your baby needs - truly the best!

We went to BabiesRus to buy car seat and met this amazing lady Surinder. She not only showed us different options but also helped us in choosing Car seat. She was so helpful and wonderful lady. I will recommend all mamas out there to ask for her whenever you go to buy infants or toddlers or kids gear.

My wife and I shopped here yesterday. We are expecting our first child so we had lots of questions. Thankfully Surinder was there to answer them all. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back.

We came to the store to research about baby car seats and Karla helped us a lot! She explained everything we needed about travel systems, what brands sells best, and we could even try the car seat and stroller inside our tiny car. I'd definitely buy there, just for the customer service part of the store. Karla was a very friendly, knowledgeable sales associate. =)

Went in-store as the stroller/car seat we were gifted had terrible instructions and the online tutorials were not helpful. Surinder assisted us and showed us how to open the stroller, how to insert the car seat, etc! Without her assistance, we would of waited 6 months to use this stroller! Thank you, fantastic and knowledgeable service!

Today we visited Babies 'R' Us to purchase a stroller, after having visited twice to explore the options. On all three visits we received sympathetic and helpful customer service. A standout was Surinder, who helped us navigate today. We plan to return to Babies 'R' Us regularly for our baby's needs. Highly recommended!

We visited toys r us today at the broadway location and we were nicely greeted by all employees and we had the pleasure of being cashed out by Yomara. She was very patient with us, very kind natured and she really added to our overall lovely experience. Thank you Yomara!

I went to Babies r us today to purchase a baby car seat, I was assisted in my purchase by Surinder. Her product knowledge and patience are top notch, I would recommend anyone looking for baby gear should go to her!

I spent 1/2hr in the store and no one said hi to me or asked me if I needed help when I was clearly checking out strollers and car seats. Staff were sitting at baby registry desk chatting. Would have appreciated some advice about the products otherwise I’d just shop online.

We went to BabiesRUs to look at strollers and ended up purchasing that day. Cindy was very helpful and showed us how the stroller worked, different options and could answer all of our questions. We never felt pressured to buy but we were so impressed with the stroller and the help we received that we could not leave without it. It was my first time going to BabiesRUs and I'll definitely be going back soon. I highly recommend people shop in person to support our local community rather than ordering items online. I would recommend BabiesRUs to my friends and family.

Visited the store to shop for our upcoming baby and to inquire about strollers and other baby items and Joshe guided us through the entire visit. She was very attentive and helpful with what we were looking for. She offered us to sign up for baby registry which was brilliant. Awesome Customer service!

Visited the West Broadway store to buy an electric car for my grand daughter. Met Alexander-he was very helpful to show us thru and made our experience very easy. But your cashier Amenda was not that friendly. Kind of robot-seemed she was not willing to help even when requested (maybe a bad day). At last Alexander also helped at the counter right through and now we are waiting to pick up her Assembled car on Tuesday. Hope we have a nicer experience again as this store is near to us. Cheers!

I was at BabiesRUs, West Broadway on April 24th, 2021. I went with my family to purchase some items for our expected baby. I saw Joshe, one of the employees there, who was so kind, wonderful girl and helpful. She was such a patient girl who cares about our needs and helped us very kindly. I admire her attitude. We have also met the manager of this branch, Chenny! She was also great! Very very helpful and positive! We appreciate both of them and we are satisfied with purchasing from this store! All the best to you guys!

Their super visor quida said that they don’t refund electronic parking receipt, unless i join the toys r us club or whatever.or else sorry, they only refund paper receipt.seriously on this pandemic time? So if you’re paying through online app for your parking do not expect for the refund, even if you buy more than $10 to this store.their super visor don’t give a consideration.

No one at the payment counter, didn’t stock bottle nipples for my brand, and wouldn’t allow me to open alternatives to try fit for my bottle

Hopeless staff. Have been in twice this week looking at strollers and both times no one seemed to know anything about any of the models we were looking at. Such a waste of my time.

Useless staff. Hard to find anyone that knows anything in the store or even is happy to work there. As a result you will receive minimum effort to get what you are looking for and can't find it's correct location.
