We had a really good experience buying the baby stroller in Baby enRoute. They have a good selection and the staff was very helpful. I would recommend!

Their stroller selection caught my eye and they have a lot of cute infant clothings and tutus for baby photography. However, customer service needs some improvement. It wasn't very comfortable having someone following around while I am just checking out some baby things. I would definitely ask for assistance if I have any questions on the items that I would like to know more about.

We used the cotton candy machine today and selected the third option. For some reason I think it’s missing the yellow portion of the cotton candy. The result did not look like the photo. It was still fun to try overall.

Last time I wanted to buy some gifts, the store clerk didn’t make eye contact with me the whole time. I wonder if one of the hat-wearers was the boss or a friend of the store clerk? Anyway, they both kept their heads down looking at their phones and didn't raise their heads the whole time. I walked in and walked around and came out. To be honest, I feel like this store is good news for people with social fears, just like self-service shopping.

We came today and bought a Xmas tree toy only, but nobody helped us for payment, we waited in front of the cash, there were 2 girls but they didn’t care about us, just let us wait over 5 minutes in front of them. We asked and they told us we have to wait until next available salesperson helped me, what is ridiculous, should I wait all the customers left, I won’t go again and not recommend to all of my friends to there

Poor service. Walked in 7mo pregnant and nobody acknowledged my presence despite there being a sales associate standing right at the entrance. Looked up from her phone briefly to look at me but no greetings or dialogue whatsoever then went right back to phone. Spent 5 minutes in store no other sales associate in sight.

Good selection, but terrible service. They are mean from the first step - won’t ask you, but order you to put on your mask (in May, 2022 and the mask is not mandatory any longer). Eye rolling and grimace are common attitude and everything on final sale - meaning no return policy and no points after your purchase. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

1. Over price. The one item I bought is 33% higher in other store. Maybe they have to cover their rent. I am not mad about it, just stating facts.
2. No customer service, they don’t greet, don’t even think they will serve you. Only thing they do is on their phone. Sometime they walk near you and watch you from a distance. That leads to point 3
3. I felt I was being watch like I am a theft or going to break something. (While they are pretending talking on the phone and peek at you) not total sure but that’s my feeling. I will find that out next time I visit and see if the same thing happen.
4. Baby Square by Kingsway and Royal Oak have much better customer service

We love this store in Metro! Excellent services, fast to respond and well stocked. Its a safe places to going into even with kids during pandemic. Staff always wearing mask and offer hand sanitizers at the entrance. Very unique selection of baby brands and love their products are all demonstrated.

Store carries products that I am unfamiliar with having gone through this process twice.not that it is a good or bad thing. Just an observation.

There are familiar items such as Melissa and Doug.

The store has a feel like it was just unboxed or opened a bit early. Not sure how new this store is. Seems like things were just quickly put together and lacks a certain appeal that most other baby stores have like Kona baby boutique or even West coast kids for example.

I just visited their site for the first time and I was alarmed to see they sort their products from the "highest price" first unlike other stores which show you a range of prices from the start. I thought I accidentally activated the filter but I cleared my cookies and went back to the site and it was the default. Just be aware when you are shopping on their site.

Very bad service! I was asking them “if you carry a set of this doll”, the girl was paying with her phone and told me that “no we don’t”. That’s it, nothing else. What kind of customer service is that? Those dolls are adorable, really recommend. BUT NOT THE SERVICE!

This store is poorly managed. While I recognize the challenge with operations during covid 19, they need to do better. After being in the store for a few minutes someone comes rushing at me "sir, sir, sir" and sprays my hands with sanitiser. I suppose instead of having 3 people standing behind the cash register talking you could put one of them at the door to manage the stores policies during this pandemic, like all the other stores in the mall do. And if you require a mask then you should provide them for the guests as well.
