Wonderful company! For the umpteenth time I order diapers and not only for the baby, free delivery to ON in 5 days from BC! I give a million stars for the service and range. I only ordered on the website, but I’ll definitely go to the store when the opportunity arises. Thank you!

My preferred neighbourhood shop for all things baby and kid-related is this one! The proprietor provides the most well-rounded selection of children's books, mixing both traditional and modern works. I particularly appreciate that the shop now offers Mommy and Daddy versions of several of its merchandise, enabling family pleasure.

We visited the store in search of a new carseat for our baby; the staff was highly knowledgable about the various brands and gave us confidence in our choice.

I bought a Stroller on yesterday June 13,2023 at 5: 56PM, andBecause it's not suitable for newborns I change mind this morning. I went to shop this morning at 11am (June 14 11am, 2023) when shop is just open and asking to refund, they don't refund it at all, I am so helpless and their attitude was very determined, they insist to say the one they sold is final sale, but yesterday they don't tell us it's final sale, and it not showed on the sales receipt at all, it doesn't shows that can't be returned. And since they don't have stock I have not receive it yet, and they are cheating us that they will charge 30%-50% of refund (they said this is including on the sales receipt, and actually there's not, they are thinking I don't know English.) But the truth is we have not receive the item, and we just want to refund. Please help, my baby is coming and I hope someone can really help me with this, Thank you!

Being first-time parents, we had no idea what we required in terms of gears and equipment.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating to us! She definitely assisted in directing us towards the best options for us and even prevented us from purchasing a car seat that turned out wouldn't fit our vehicle! I'm looking forward to shopping at this place again.

I had a wonderful day shopping at BabySquare. While I was selecting a stroller for my child, the staff gave me a lot of advice. They are kind and informed!

The store's managers were quite helpful to my lover and Me. He was comforting, reassuring, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the buying process.

These folks are absolute crooks. I ordered some baby booties online. When I received them, they had clearly been worn and returned, and the colour wasn't at all as described or shown on their website (they looked brown online and the colour was described as "bark", but the ones I received were purple!). Plus, they were expensive! When I wrote to them about returning them, they sent me two canned autoreplies and then on the third email they just blatantly denied that the product was worn (without even asking for a photo or anything), said the product was final sale, and refused to do anything further. Worst customer service I've had from any baby store, ever. Will definitely never shop here again.

Horrible customer service. Never try to solve the problem and valued your customer. Customer service just stopped replying to my email and literally just disappeared. FIND ELSEWHERE TO SHOP!

Baby Square has a full range of shopping items for my kid and is kid-friendly. It is close to my home and convenient for me

First of all, the customer service lady is amazing, and she is extremely patient in answering my questions. I ordered a newborn cushion and a stroller online and received it the next day! The only drawback is that I have to purchase the snack tray and cup holder attachments for my stroller separately.

Great selection of high end baby products to choose from! There is always something for my little ones!

Fantastic service. It was exactly as described. I ordered something online late on evening. They filled the order quickly and had it shipped to me. I live in Ontario and received it in just a couple of days. It was gund baby fox. Gund didn't even have it in stock nor do they ship to Canada.
