The staff at the coquitlam clinic are great, too friendly, but when you need the doctor to make a report or send you an exam, he will always side with worksafe and when you need someone to be sent to check if your work is suitable or not for you, that person will side with worksafe also even if this person has to say things that are not true, A pity that a couple of unprofessional people of their work overshadow the great work of the rest of the team

I was a client at this location after a work injury. The staff that worked with me were helpful and knowledge. The frontend staff was always helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Alana, Karn and Mark for being caring and understanding. I will continue to use what I learnt from you.

I have bin injured at work and this place has bin helping me to recover. Friendly staff working to getting me back to functional.

Unfortunately I was sent there by an insurance company. They sadly support the insurance companies and don't listen to the injured and sick patients. They will even go as far as telling you it's in your head just because the insurance companies are paying them. I found this kind of dirty. Because they didn't listen to me and only listened to the insurance company I now have more damage in my body and two recent surgeries. They do know there exercises as they should but in the business for the wrong reasons. Will never go back.

I always get excellent care at Back in Motion! This is my 4th or 5th time for different issues I have had to physio.

David Hendry is famous in the lower-mainland. I wasn't going to post how great he is, because it is already hard to get an appointment, but he really deserves recognition. All the staff there are friendly and sympathetic to those experiencing the life changing injuries that cause them to seek physiotherapy.

This place make you feel that you are important. Jeff and Frenz are the star of this place.

Very much felt supported by the staff, in particular my physiotherapist Vanya was great as was my kinesiologist Mark. I gather the program changed a bit due to covid and so the daily stretch classes and education topics were accessible by zoom. Obviously the goal is to get you rehabbed and back to work. That part can be stressful as you are asked to estimate when you think that will be. Twice my finish line had to be adjusted and that was accommodated based on my progress. I would recommend this program to anyone on WCB wage support who really wants to get back to work. Thanks guys!

Do not waste your time with these a professional fools, I contact them about getting kinesiology after a car accident, they tell me they need to get approval from icbc with is fine, 2 weeks goes by fir them to call me and say it's aproved but they don't have a kinesiology that does icbc? Thanks for wasting my time. How the he'll does a place called back in motion not have more staff, very unprofessional, almost joke like they should be ashamed

Really great team that works here, everyone is very supportive and they helped me get some strength back in my leg after surgery.

Had an RMT session here and Tony did an excellent job addressing some problem areas in my back and shoulders as well as easing the pain in my wrist due to work and hockey.

Brianna front desk is very welcoming and nice and very helpful. My physiotherapist Haril was so knowledgeable and she diagnosed my problems very well. I got a good advices and session plans for next days and hope it will work. Just my recommendation is, they need to renovate their facility. It would be more better for patients to be in clean and new environment.

Waited outside a close door for 30 minutes for my RMT appointment. No phone call, no email saying they are late / no show.

So far I've found this to be a positive experience. The staff is friendly and seem to know their stuff.

I went there for a part of return to work program through my company. It helped me a lot to get strength back for my work.

The manager at this place is extremely rude and unprofessional! She offered me to reschedule as the physio was going to be late and charge me for missed appointment.first of all why offering me to reschedule? She tries to trick you into charging for no show appointment.she yelled at me in-front of clients i almost cried and left.i have no idea why she is the manager? I missed one appointment due to a schedule mix up. I went 3 two a week for 2 months. The physio just talks to you doesnt touch you and keeps asking questions to waste your money and time! I was charged for the one missed appointment twice. I was never late. And I never missed an appointment b4 that one. Terrible customer service. The Surrey location is far better, though some of the therapists go back and forth. So be careful who you see because if you are un happy with the treatment. (and that can be common for many of the therapists.) they will say they are to uncomfortable to see you.show up and Even when you are willing to pay them to do their jobs. All in all a horrible waste of money. I should have gone and built a relationship with a different clinic.
