This place has saved my life! I got a second chance at life again! Cole, Shirley and Robin thank-you from the bottom of my heart! If anybody knew me before and seen who I've become they would be shocked. This place has givin me the skills and necessary attention that I needed. Thanks again.

Been at Back on Track for a couple years now. 1 year in treatment and going on almost 2 years for 2nd stage. It's a great place to settle down and have the ability to work on yourself. The staff is caring and provides all the services one would expect for treatment. If further help is needed the staff will show you where and how to access it. The food is healthy and nutritious, the houses are clean and the rules are fair. This place has helped me get back to being a productive, contributing member of society.
The 2nd stage services are very good and allow you to further achieve your personal goals. If you are looking for a clean, fair and caring facility then this is it. If you are willing to put in the hard work, make some sacrifices and make the changes then I recommend Back on Track. This place has saved my life and it can do the same for you.

Back on Track is an amazing place to recover… clients are treated with respect, and treated like a person. All the staff including the founder Cole make sure you are comfortable, fed, and check to see if you are struggling.

Everyone really cares about your sobriety, and genuinely cares about you! The only places I would consider recommending are part of the Back on Track Recovery.

Back on track is an amazing facility. A friend called Cole for me to see if they had space and I was able to get in after a week. I was at the lowest point of my life, and Cole was kind and patient with me. He helped me get my life back together and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I always recommend back on track when someone asks if I know of a good recovery center.

I had the experience dealing with Cole about 3 years ago when I was living in Ontario and my son was in a hospital in Victoria. He had survived an overdose, and I was desperately trying to find a place for him to go after discharge. They had to discharge him the next day and he was homeless. Back On Track was recommended to contact, which I did. Cole was able to get my son into his facility. He kept in contact with me every day, and I found him to be a caring and genuinely concerned person. My son ended up moving back to Ontario, and I have never forgotten the kindness of Cole. Yes, he will hold you accountable because we have to be responsible for our behaviour, especially when there are others to be considered. Accountability is how we grow. He practices what he preaches and does it with respect, calmness and fairness. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a new chance for change and to LIVE.

This place is amazing! My saving grace really. I’m from New Brunswick and being so far away had me very nervous coming here but the friends I made here made it feel like home.
I was in addiction for ten years, coming here and healing saved my life. The staff is amazing they truly care for your well-being.

This is NOT a professional facility. Cole Isazack the founder said when I called to do my intake "we are KIND OF a treatment center. And I don't know how I can help you. " After posting a review of MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE he pr9ceeded to personally message and attack me through social media saying that he is glad I'm not coming to his 'facility and that I'm an ungrateful nightmare. ' After I asked him not to message me. I simply said don't apologize sorry is useless just do better next time. To anyone who would like to see the messages personally get ahold of me. You are dealing with a person in the throws of life or death. Respect that.

Cole did not even have the decency to call me back, when I finally called him back reaching out for help in the throws of life and death he said sorry I don't know how I can help you. This is NOT a professional organization 2 out of the 3 "treatment" centers I've spoken with have truly forgotten what it's like. Spiritual ego be leeching through their pores. Despicable.

Yeah this place is amazing the staff really care about you the owner is always there not like some places where the owner never shows his face they have the best food and the rules are some what leniate it's amazing absolutely love it best recovery house in surrey hands down.

Great place if you need recovery and support Cole has been very understanding and helping in my situation made me feel like I have a chance in a fresh start in life couldn’t be more grateful for the help

I'm a client here and have been to almost every recovery society in Surrey, this is the only place that works for me and I actually enjoy being here. Thank you Cole I have so much love for you for having me here and for being by my side as I battle and overcome the demons of addiction.

I will say this has got to be the best place to get your life BACK ON TRACK. I spent 7 months there and learned so much about myself and life.
If you or someone you know is having trouble with addiction I would highly recommend calling or getting in touch with Cole. He is a great man with the biggest heart.
