Beautiful location with tasty wine selection. We did the tour, which was perfect at this time of year as we saw the process ongoing. Tastings were generous. The tour was a great value.

Staff was friendly and welcoming buttt I found the wine overpriced for the quality of wine.

After a trip to Sonoma in 2021, my husband and I have been pickier at the wines we like. Backyard Vineyard's reserve selection was on Napa/Sonoma levels. My only regret is we took the train up from Seattle so I could only carry so much with me! Our tasting guide was very knowledgeable and kind and the tasting room was quite cozy. I'll definitely be back with a larger suitcase next time!

This is a must go vineyard in Langley! The staff were really knowledgeable and the wine tasting experience was very good. We had wine tour to walk through the winery, vineyard, and of course their area of wine tasting. The wine tasting consists of 3 regular blend and 1 reserve wine, which you should not miss it!

This is an amazing winery! The wine was wonderful and the lady who served our group was very friendly and fun. We had awesome charcuterie boards. We were on a tour and this was the best winery we went to!

Our vehicle broke down in Walnut Grove one day. Luckily we had the bikes on the back. We rode all the way to Backyard, on a hot day, looking forward to a glass of wine. Pushing ourselves, we arrived with 20 minutes until closing but the staff turned us away, refusing to serve us. Sorry, but we won't be back for a while, guys. Slackers!

Website said closes at 6, we arrived at 5: 20 and they turned us away saying they’re closed for the evening. Too bad, we had rented a limo to go there. 6 girls, wanted a tasting, would be settled for a glass but wasn’t given the options. Unfortunate.

Difficult to taste the wine due to the bad vibes!? But in all seriousness, my friends and I were denied a tasting, allegedly due to the fact that we were intoxicated.however, it was easy for us to pin-point having visited only 2 vineyards prior to, that the vineyard was behind schedule and looking for way out. The next group was served, right on schedule. What was particularly interesting was how willing Backyard was to sell our “intoxicated” group a couple of bottles of wine to drink on their patio. Hmm:)

Have not been since covid began but the wines are always a staple in my cabinet for a consistent go-to product. I've had lovely experiences with the staff who seem like they genuinely care about your service.a few times I have been there have been some rowdy groups present which take away from the experience slightly (only reason for not a full 5) with their loudness or behaviours.

The wines are absolutely fabulous there wasn't one we didn't like we stayed and had a cheese and charcuterie platter which was also exceptional highly recommend coming for a tasting and a nosh very good

This visit was amazing. They knew it was a special occasion so they let us try some bubbly. It wasn't as formal as other tastings, no one really took the lead to tell the group what the wines descriptions were, but it was great nonetheless. The wines were fabulous especially the bubbly. Great big outdoor eating area close to the vineyard, a cozy environment overall.

Great wine, great variety, and very professional service (water in-between tastings and you can taste anything on the menu).

Their membership offers more perks compared to other wineries such as unlimited tastings and being able to invite up to 6 friends for free tastings.

Great service and wonderful looking patio. It's great place to go with friends, open a bottle and enjoy the sun!

Very nice atmosphere here! We were pleasantly surprised by their dessert wine and a couple of the red wines here.

Picnic tables everywhere, this place is incredible on a hot summer day and you’ve got your cool drinks and snacks on one of the tables with your friends, family.

Stopped by Backyard Vineyards while on a trip to Vancouver. All the wines we sampled were great and the food/service was on point as well.

I had purchased a bottle of one of their reserve wines to enjoy while on my trip, and it was clear that the bottle was off when I opened it. Despite having to leave first thing the following morning, I thought to send an email and inquire about the situation.

The team at Backyard Vineyards, upon hearing I would be unable to come by the winery again, opted to send me another bottle directly to my home in Ontario! I was absolutely stunned to say the least, and cannot be any happier with how the situation was handled.

Beautiful wines, excellent staff, and a dedication to ensuring every customer leaves happy. I can't recommend Backyard Vineyards enough.

Really food wines. We bought two and they are fantastic. The staff were all super friendly and knowledgeable. We will 100% be back again!
