EDIT: my frames came late but the staff are so frickin friendly and the glasses are so beautiful that my angry review has changed

Love love love the staff. The optometrist was the best dr I’ve ever seen and the store staff are absolutely lovely, helpful, kind, caring and so wonderful. Frames were good also.

I had such a great experience at this Kits location:) the person who helped me (I believe their name was Cooper!) was an absolute joy, so friendly and helpful. I was able to take my time picking out my frames and didn’t feel rushed at any point.
They were so accommodating to help me get the 2 frames for $269 deal after my original visit, and I’m so happy with both of them! Thank you!

It was my first time to break away from Ray Ban and try something new, which I don't regret. The BN frames are designed with beautiful subtlety and unique simplicity. I'm very content with the sunglasses that I bought. Also, a big thank you to the Japanese salesperson to assist me with my choice!

The staff is very friendly, and gives you lots of time to pick glasses. I appreciate immensely the honest advice about which glasses worked for me, and which did not. Also, if you have benefits with Sublime, they have some very excellent deals.

Edit: changed from 4 to 5 Stars. The store manager reached out and asked me to come in and let them fix the issue. They had the glasses remade, no questions asked and at no cost to me. Fantastic customer service and the glasses look great and feel sturdy!

The staff was great! Super friendly and helpful without being pushy to make a sale.

I am a little disappointed that the tint on my sunglasses seems to be quite light compared to what I saw in store. I find it doesn't filter as much light as I would like. I haven't tried them driving yet but I'm not sure I'll love that.

I do really love the place, the staff and the optometrist as well. They do have a friendly atmosphere and makes you feel safe as well. Love the way they handled everything. And most of all I love these glasses already. Way to go Team BN Kitsilano

The optometrist at this location is excellent. She was knowledgeable and attentive, and the exam was quick and efficient. The FOH staff were also great. Helpful from start to finish. Very positive experience.

Book a eye exam, service was excellent and efficient. They of course offered me too look at their glasses, it’s an eye care AND eyewear after all. Great prices!

Great experience in the store. Everyone was knowledgable, happy and welcoming unlike the Ollie Quin store down the street where employees were annoyed when you asked questions and wanted you to leave. I would get another pair from here based on the service, quality and experience I received the first time.

Nice staff! They put my sunglasses on hold while we went to a restaurant nearby. Got 2 really nice pairs for $200 ($100 each) and they come with lifetime adjustments and cases.

This is my first time purchasing prescription glasses. My lack of experience made it difficult to choose frames that fit me best. The staff at Bailey Nelson were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. I had to return multiple times to tweak the prescription and also change the frames for a better fit. Throughout this long process, I dealt with many staff members. Their consistency in patience, care, and excellent service is much appreciated. I’m very happy with my final set of glasses. The lovely staff over in Kits were so friendly and helpful. They gave great recommendations and helped me choose a pair of sunglasses that I love.

Disappointment and radically different from the first time I dealt with them where I felt like I got good value. This time around lured in by a “special” price on frames and then everything on the lens was an “add on” cost. Lens cost the same for a blank and to grind them regardless of the prescription so the vastly inflated cost was not only a shock but an insult. In addition, the glasses were sitting here in town and no one even bothered to call, I had to call them and follow up. Next time around I will be sure to shop around more and not assume Bailey Nelson is providing the best value. Now I see them as just another player no different in value or price point than any other glasses provider.

Good service - overall the store has thought about the minor details. Walk in with your contact on to try on a new pair of glasses you purchased and don’t have your solution or case! No problem - they got a room in the back that you can take your contacts off and put them in a case and fill it in with solution. All for provided for free!

Easy online booking process, optometrist was patient and answered all my questions and got my glasses within a week! Friendly and awesome staff!

I've always had problems with glasses staying on my face (low nose bridge). When I got the glasses I ordered and they slid right off my face, I was worried. But Turunesh worked her magic and within minutes they're the best fitting glasses I've ever had! She was incredibly helpful and friendly, and I am over the moon with my first experience getting glasses through Bailey Nelson. I will definitely be back!

The optometrist and both staff in the shop were amazing. Their COVID response means that you feel safe whilst browsing and having an eye test. They were also just lovely and have a great selection of glasses.

Huge gorgeous selection, so many cute frames and super helpful assistance! Getting glasses and sunnies as the prices are so good.

It felt a bit clinical, especially with all the Covid measures and it was really hard to hear the Optometrist as the air conditioning was very loud in the office. I also just sat there for several minutes while she took notes and emailed me. Eventually I asked if I could go look at frames instead of waiting and she said yes. The 2 people in the store front were really helpful when choosing frames and helped me understand the deals that were on offer. I ended up getting a pair of readers and progressive sunglasses. Cool frames.

My glasses broke and Bailey Nelson was able to book me in for a sort notice eye appointment to update my prescription. Their Kits team was fast and friendly and my replacements arrived several days earlier than expected. Thank you for your help!

I had a wonderful experience shopping at this location. Aaron was extremely helpful, kind, patient and funny. I had been to three different shops before coming back to Bailey Nelson. Aaron suggested a pair of sunglasses that I had not even noticed initially. They were perfect!

This is the place to go if you need new glasses! I had an amazing experience <3 I´m always a bit anxious about eye exams as I don´t like hearing my eyes are getting worse but their in-house optometrist was so sweet and she made me feel very comfortable the whole time.
When I had to choose my new frames the whole staff was super nice and helpful as I couldn´t decide which ones to get (their whole titanium line is gorgeous!). Months after my visit I reached out as I had an accident with my glasses and the manager contacted me directly to help me get my glasses sorted. They are the BEST and I recommend them to everyone.
