Had a great experience getting a new pair of glasses and sunnies. Quick turnaround, great pricing, and friendly staff.

I live in a town that does not have a Bailey Nelson, so I was expecting that they wouldn't fill my order (unless I went back to the store) or it would be a huge hassle. It was NOT; the employers were so kind, patient and helpful. Got my measurements done and put on file while at the store and easily called in and billed my prescription over the phone, and had them shipped right to my house when they were ready! Glasses are super cute and well made as well. Thanks Bailey Nelson!

I love my new glasses I’ve ordered they were very reasonable priced and they had lots of options to choose from. I am however disappointed that my glasses had arrived at the store and were there awaiting pick up for 5 days, no one called me or emailed to notify they were there. I had to call to check in and had I not I would have likely waited a lot longer.

This is the first place that has been super honest with me telling me that the glasses I was choosing did not fit me properly and were too big. I have spent so much money on glasses over the year that were just not quite right.

They helped me pick out three frames that were fashion forward that fit like a glove and covered all the style areas for each of lifestyle outfits. Casual, Everyday and Dress.

I got an eye exam that was informative and such a great experience with the Dr and Staff.

The store is clean and organized to find sections from wide fitting to sunglasses. I have found my glasses store!

Staff are fantastic and the frames are beautiful!

I've just received my second pair of glasses from Bailey Nelson. Their service is great, staff are always friendly and very helpful. The turnaround time on getting glasses back is reasonable and the prices can't be beat.

I recently had an eye exam at Bailey Nelson in Orchard Park Mall. The process was quick, easy and the staff made it enjoyable. The staff were extremely helpful with helping me decide which pair of glasses were the best for me.

The ladies were soooo helpful and helped me pick out both pairs and I actually never would have thought to even try them on…. And I LOVE them both. The service fabulous. Also went back for some corrections and they were on it right away. Will definitely buy from them moving forward. They are professional and their two pairs for $450 can’t be beat. I did some shopping around. I never do reviews, but your service was worth taking the time to post my five stars.

Always a pleaseure dealing with the staff at Orchard Park Mall. So professional, kind and knowledgable. They always go the extra mile. So appecitive of the great service we always receive.

It was a wonderful thing to find this shop. It's been a lot of money at another optical shop where i was quite happy except one pair of glasses never worked out. I came over here and they were able to do the right thing for me for half of the cost of the other shop. Excellent service friendly people.

Second time going to Bailey Nelson here in Kelowna and once again the interaction and service was second to none. Everyone we dealt with was both friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

I was told by the staff that I needed to have a prescription that was 1 year old to get glasses from their store. I had last had my eyes checked 14 months ago so they confirmed I needed to get a new test. I booked the test with their in house optometrist only to find out that was false and it was once every two years and so I left feeling quite disappointed that it was $95 down the drain.

Staff was great, especially Jarvir! She was a lot of help! She was awesome and made the experience great.

The service that I was provided was awesome. My glasses were broken but was under warranty and got fixed on the same day.

Very helpful staff and optometrist. A better selection of frames would have been nice. All very neutral, lacking a bit of colour. Overall good experience.

The folks at Bailey Nelson were wonderful to deal with! The process was NOT complicated at all and it also didn't take forever to find something that suited me! They gave me their opinion and that too was super helpful!

Their prices are WAY more reasonable than any other optical office I've been to before (without any compromise on quality or style) - That part, I have to say was super refreshing! They stand behind their beautiful quality brand & have fantastic warranties!

I visited Bailey Nelson for the first time yesterday. I had been putting off getting new glasses because the exams and shopping for frames always seemed cumbersome to me. But yesterday at Bailey Nelson I had the best experience I’ve ever had at an optometrist. Not only did I manage to get a walk in eye exam, but I also purchased two new eye glasses at prices that were so reasonable for very modern frames. The staff were Incredible and really helped me. I highly recommend this office. What a great experience!

They got me in right away as a walk In. From start to finish they were great and explained everything as we went through each step.

I came in with a possible eye infection. The optometrist took me right in and checked it out taking her time and showing me understanding and patience. My eye turned out to be ok just abit dry. Thank you so much for the fast and kind treatment you showed me. I will be back

My first eye exam since Covid & I’m so pleased to have picked Bailey Nelson. They were thorough, professional & friendly. As it turned out I didn’t need a new pair of prescription glasses & was not pressured to buy any. However while browsing I found their frames to be reasonably priced & styles current. So although I did not need new glasses I came across a pair that I just loved! Thank you all at Bailey Nelson!

My husband and I both needed glasses and Amy was so knowledgeable and picked styles for us so quickly. They listened to what our concerns were and made suggestions accordingly that we both loved. Glasses were a two week wait but they under promised and over delivered, ready in 1 week! When Amy was on her day off and we popped in Keets was very helpful and knew exactly what we were there for. We went to pick up and Amy made sure everything was fitting right, she thanked us so much and welcomed us back if we needed any type of adjustment or questions. We felt like the service was fantastic and that we were family when we returned each time! Absolutely recommend!

Easy to book an appointment online for an eye exam and got in very quickly with no wait times. Picking out glasses was super easy —tons of options to choose from at an affordable price. Glasses arrived in a reasonable time frame and I’m so happy with them! Most comfortable glasses I’ve ever owned.

When my new glasses arrived the prescription was not quite perfect so I was promptly re-examined and had new lenses fitted in less than two weeks. I would definitely deal with this business again.

As someone who wants high quality and style in my glasses, I wasn't sure if Bailey Nelson could meet the standards and service I got at the 'boutique' optometrist's store I normally use, since BN's prices were much lower. I was really happy with my progressives and sunglasses order, and the store's staff, and saved 1/3 to 1/2 of what I normally would have spent. Will be my new source for glasses!

Great professional yet friendly staff. Nice selection of frames. From eye examination to my glasses delivery, everything was seamless. Didn’t feel rushed at any point. Eye examination was spot on and so detailed. Even though the staff gave me a heads up at the time of eye exam that it may take up to 14 days to receive my glasses, but it came in about a week! Love it!

It really was quite excellent. No pressure to purchase but willing to answer all the questions. I like that there are not thousands of frames to look at, but enough to make a choice. I ordered the two pair special and they are shipping them to my home address free of charge. Very pleased with the service there.

Wonderful staff, excellent experience with the doctor who did my eye exam and very affordable frames - I wear progressives. Most importantly the style of frames offered are current and there were many unique color options and styles that work for progressives and my face. In the past I was left with only one or two choices I didn't love however at Baily Nelson I left with two pair of glasses I can't wait to wear. Highly highly recommend! <3

Love this place! Great service and very reasonably priced. My daughter came with me and I started the family trend and got a pair. My daughter who usually wears no glasses or contacts bought 2 pairs then my husband bought a new pair too. My son and 2 dogs don't wear glasses but if they did I would send them to Bailey Nelson!

I went in to pick out a pair of sunglasses, and was immediately greeted and helped. Olivia helped me, she was warm, welcoming, and personable! When I went to pick them up a week later, I was again warmly welcomed by all the workers there, and got my glasses fit for me. The experience of buying glasses from Bailey and Nelson was almost effortless, I will definitely be back for my next pair!
