I am pleased to write this review about my recent experience dealing with Shanti Roy, travel consultant at Bains Travel Ltd.

I was immensely impressed with Shanti Roy;s exceptional customer service and client interactive skills. She has patience, ability to influence and excellent communication styles to please customers looking for exciting travel experiences with limited budget.

Shanti Roy listened to and paid attention to all the details of our requirements and understood our needs from the get go. She provided travel options for our budget which included all inclusive trip to the south. Though we had to abandon our plan due to family emergency at this time but I wanted to let Shanti Roy know how pleased my wife and I were with her prompt and quick responses to all our enquiries. I wanted to record that Shanti's dedication to her profession does not go unnoticed.

They tailored my travel need to the point where all the t's were crossed and all the i's were dotted.

Shanti is the best! Would 100% recommend reaching out to her. This was my first time booking through a travelling agency and in general my first time booking my own flights, booked an all inclusive vacation for 2 to Mexico. Shanti immediately replied to my email and sent over some amazing deals, all her responses were super quick too. She was so informative and took into account all the criteria I highlighted. I had many questions which she replied to in depth. She was super personable and took all the stress out of sorting through flights, hotels, comparing prices, etc. She was super informative and patient with the booking process and kept me in the loop through every step. After the amazing service she gave I will without a doubt be reaching out to her again the next time I decide to go on a vacation or plan on flying.

The overall experience in dealing with Bains Travels was very good. Ms. Shanti in particular was very helpful and gave a personal touch to the whole transaction. She helped me with all the information and on line documentation which I believe was outside her scope. Thanks a lot for making my trip trouble free and enjoyable.
Some comment I would like to make on the Holland America line cruise.
I did not like the hidden expanses incurred on the cruise.
Alcohol was very expensive and we could not carry our own, this was disclosed, so no problem.
They charged USD 32/- per day from us as crew appreciation exp. If it was mandatory why this was not included in the total price that they charged us up front.
No water bottles were available on the cruise even at a cost. Only small cans were available each for about 3.5 USD, which was not affordable.
The food that was served on the cruise for seven days was stereo type with no much variety, specially for the vegetarians. My wife is vegetarian and she had serious problems.
The above observations should be brought to the notice of the cruise line Co.

As far as the services of Bains Travels are concerned, they were excellent and I shall not hesitate in recommending their name to all my my friends for any future business.

Booked a trip for 3 to Mexico with Shanti from Bains Travel. Firstly, I called her with inquiries, she was very lovely to talk too on the phone and was very knowledgeable, she was very efficient and answered all my questions. Shanti recommended resorts to me and sent me all the info needed within an hour.
Finally we went to visit her to book our vacation and she was very friendly, helpful and detailed in explaining everything to us before we purchased.
The resort was well worth it and we all had an amazing time. We will definitely book our next trip with her! Thank you Shanti! Cheers!

I used bains for. Long time and when was the most important thing.of my life my agent Diane screwed up for me that ended my marriage.
This is a very selfish travel agency and greedy agent * Diane.

It was a pleasure working with Bains Travel! I worked with Tripti to book travel for musicians from Ireland who were travelling to BC to perform. Tripti went over and above with customer service when there were issues with an over charge for an instrument. I will most definitely use Bains Travel again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I booked a return flight to Europe this fall through Ms. Tripti Dhillon, Travel Consultant, Bains Travel, Vancouver. I was very satisifed with the service I received from Ms. Dhillon. She booked me onto convenient flights and then went out of her way to ensure that I had aisle seats for the entire journey.
