The owner is so nice and friendly and the food is tasty and authentic. All my Indonesian friends recommend this and whenever I'm in the area and need lunch, I go here. It never disappoints!

Mall is really sketchy, but the food here is good. I had the rendang and bali chicken and would definitely come back to try the other dishes on the menu.

That was absolutely amazing. This has got to be one of my best food experiences in Vancouver. What just happened? That was insane. I ordered the beef rendang and egg balado with vegetables served alongside turmeric coconut rice. I can’t remember the last time I felt this sad taking my last bite of food. I have been converted to the church of Bali Thai. I will be coming here as often as I can.

Delicious and authentic. I grew up in Indonesia and its a rare treat to find Rendang Sapi and a good sambal sauce. Wonderful service and food.

The food was really good and the flavor was authentic. The non-veg portion was decent, would have liked a bit more in the veg portion. Good recommendations from staff.

Great Indonesian food in a food court on the second floor. The owner suggested me to get the beef and chicken rice which comes with vegetables (eggplants or mushrooms). The owner is very friendly. The food court is clean and spacious. Great to drop by after going to China Town museums.

Was greeted by a friendly face at this humble food court stand. Tried beef rendang for the first time and was blown away by how tender and flavourful it was.

We came all the way from Coquitlam just to try their food. But sadly it was shut while showing “OPEN” on Google. When we arrived we saw a notice on the counter saying they are closed between 12th of June - 3rd of July. Guys please update it on Google if you were planning to go off for such a long duration. We might come back and try their food soon again sometime and will probably update the review and the rating then!

Yummy! Good selection that takes you to flavourtown. Even the turmeric coconut rice was delicious. Super friendly service and she will direct you if you don't know what to order. Will definitely be back to try some of their other dishes.

One of the better food court food around DTES area. Good portions and flavour. Build your own plate is in my opinion good value. 2 protein plus carbs or salad.

I’m Indonesian and I’m so glad that Bali Thai exists! I have visited multiple times. Their food never disappoint me. When I miss Indonesian food, Bali Thai is the place I go. Great service, lovely food and the best 911 super spicy sambal (chili sauce).

It was my first time trying Indonesian food and it was delicious! Will have to order my own portion of mie ayam (chicken noodle)

Came here on a whim, not only was the owner the most helpful and sweetest person ever, the food was incredible. If you love spice, ask for the 911 sauce it’s so tasty. This is the best food i’ve had in a while, don’t let the food court sway you! Must go!

One of my favourite hidden secrets in Vancouver. The woman running it is a really special woman who knows some special tricks when it comes to making something delish. I recommend the beef rendang and her turmeric coconut rice. The best side is the eggplant for sure but don’t get it since she runs out sometimes and then I won’t get my fill! If you want to try authentic Indonesian nasi champuru, don't underestimate it as mall food, come here! All the sambar is homemade, and you can also choose turmeric coconut rice. The fried corn with gado-gado sauce is also recommended.

The food is really really good and the lady at the front is vey kind. I’m not sure if portion sizes have changed over the where but seems like you get a bit less than before. So 4/5.

Delicious Indonesian food with very friendly service. I had the two meat combo with beef rendang and spicy Balinese chicken, served with turmeric coconut rice, eggplant and veggies. The owner recommended some of her homemade chili sambal she called
‘911 spice’ to add some heat and it was delicious. Such a great spot in the International Marketplace food court!

My favourites at this quick service Indonesian place are Nasi Goreng (fried rice), Mee Goreng (fried noodle), Mee Ayam (noodles with soup), Beef Rendang (beef in spiced sauce), Chicken Skewers & Corn Fritters. The food is so tasty. The staff are so nice! A food court gem in Tinseltown.
