Ball and Biscuit Grooming

Came here for the first time with both of our 35lbs Labradoodles and they did a great job of grooming them. They were very communicative during the process and in the end, we were happy with the results. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

Caring and efficient grooming. Nice to not have to leave dog all day. They finish in about 1 1/2 hours.

Been taking my 80lb Bernedoodle here for a full wash and grooms, and they always do a fantastic job. Most places I've been to keep the dog in a kennel all day and the staff aren't friendly. This place truly loves dogs, take pride in their craft, and it makes for a great customer experience. Highly recommend.

We love our groomer at Ball and Biscuit. They are extremely attentive to detail, and our Labradoodle always comes out looking and feeling her best. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a reliable groomer that treats their animal with the utmost love and care.

I’ve been a customer of Ball and Biscuit since they first opened. I have nothing but amazing experiences with both the staff and how they treated my old dog and now my puppy.

I took my goldendoodle here for the first time on a recommendation from a friend. The groomer listened to what I wanted and what my preferences were and when I came to pick up my dog after the grooming was done my sweet girl was groomed exactly the way I wanted. Also, she was calm and happy when I picked her up. I'm happy to say I've found my dog a new groomer and am going to definitely recommend to my friends. A bonus is that there's parking outfront.

We take our pups here for a full groom (shih tzu/lhasa apso) and nail trim (beagle). They always look great and the haircut really compliments the shape of the little one (especially the bum area, lol). Carrie and her team are the best!

We have a larger Pom and a Papillon that are both a lot of work and the Papillon is quite aggressive. Ball and Biscuit, which we were introduced to by groomer Orlando (who has groomed both, but currently focuses his amazing skills on the Papillon) is an excellent grooming service that I fully recommend!

Our pup LOVES going to Carrie for grooming. She runs into the building every time, and is so happy after her grooming. She comes home perfectly coiffed and looking fancy! I highly recommend.

Carrie is hands down the best dog groomer in Vancouver. She is patient and always does an excellent job with our dog. I am impressed when our dog comes out of the bath and tidy looking sparkling clean every time. They remove all of his knots and give him a great haircut. We’ve been going to Ball Biscuit for 4 years and the service is excellent.

Our family loves Ball and Biscuit. The team is so accommodating to our pups needs, treats him like gold and he always comes out looking so sharp.

Our dog always comes back from Ball and Biscuit looking amazing. He has a thick undercoat and gets quite warm easily and they do a great job maintains the integrity of his natural shape while taming the more I Riley parts of his coat. On top of that, our dog can be nervous in new situations and the team at Ball and Biscuit handled him with such care and attention - he’s never had an issue being comfortable in their care. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We really loved Ball and Biscuit for our two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Service was excellent, our girls looked wonderful and everything was clean, quick and very reasonable! We’ll definitely continue coming to the Ball and Biscuit when we’re in Vancouver!

Brought my dog in for a bath and tidy. Service only took an hour and was for a good value. Absolutely loved the results, my dog came out clean and fluffy! Would highly recommend.

I met Carrie and Porkchop through my business in Vancouver when I discovered she's a fellow entrepreneur herself. I decided to try her hand at grooming my Corgi as I always love to support fellow business owners. Lo and behold, it turns out she's amazing at her job! Carrie is amazing! She is very gentle with Niko. He is a grumpy 6 years old Brazilian Lhasa Apso who has some issues about grooming and nail cuts but since the first time that me and my husband took him to Carrie we knew that was the best choice for him. She really knows how to treat him.

I’ve been bringing my two bichon shih tzus here for years. Carrie does a great job. After trying half a dozen groomers she’s the only place that can get their haircut just right. She keeps their hair short and soft and they look so cute. Her prices are also reasonable and we love coming to see her.

I have been going to Ball and Biscuit for a few years. In fact I think I received their first flyer when they just opened up in the old location on Broadway! Carrie always does a great job. Grooms are very reasonable on price and they are always flexible on timing. The website is user friendly and easy to book. Highly recommend.

Rude service. Took way too much off my dogs nails when i SPECIFICALLY told her not to, and made my dog bleed everywhere. Stressed her out. Does not know how to handle high stress dogs.

A couple before and after pictures. Had a wonderful experience there with brining on my pup for a full grooming service. The price I think is very reasonable (I am a student on a student budget). I can't remember the lady's name who helped me when I arrived and who groomer Mia, but she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She did amazing job on the haircut will definitely be taking my pup back the next time she needs it. Just can't say enough good things about Ball and Biscuit Grooming. Great place highly highly recommend.

I don't think I'll be able to take my dog to any other groomer, ever! Carrie is just so great with my rescue who has trouble adjusting to any new people or environments. I really appreciate that I can drop her off and not worry that's she having a ton of anxiety and being a handful for the groomer. She always comes back looking so smart and clean cut, often with a cute bow or two to fancy her up! So lucky to have found such a great groomer in our neighborhood!

First time taking our 5 months old Shichon puppy out for grooming, and we are very satisfied with the service. Carrie did a great job on the cut, and she was also very informative and patient. We will definitely go back to her again!
