Quick and easy. Maybe a bit pricey, but I don't know the current market value of balloons.

When we went to pick up the balloons, the salesperson tried to upsell us with bags for each individual balloon so it won’t get tangled. We said no and she started moving all our balloons outside the sidewalk (mind you it was a windy day) without confirming with us or anything and shut the door. Some of the balloons blew away and had to be retrieved.
For the price of the balloons, you would expect at least a proper greeting. We won’t go back.

Advice: Don't get the transparent ones if you don't like them look dirty/milky (sun does that to them)

I think this was the 3rd or 4th order from the Balloon Studio - once again, they did a beautiful job! But this time, they also changed the balloon colours with only 24 hours notice! The best!

I have been ordering balloons from them for the last 5 years. Birthdays, anniversaries baby shower they are amazing. Always on time and follow directions the balloons look very nice and well taken care of. Always very impressive service & very reliable. Thank you:)

Great customer service! I accidentally ordered 2 extra weights for my 2 number balloons, forgetting that the balloons already come with the weights. When I came in, they informed me of my mistake and refunded me the 2 extra weights without me even asking.

What a waste of money. Yesterday, First ballon we got was deflated in 30mins. So i had to drive back there for 40mins to get a replaced one. The replaced ballon got deflated after 3 hours again! And now the helium ballon is on the floor (it wasnt in the sun.its been in the garage whole time.) My party is today and im so frustrated i cant use it. I asked for refund and they said they cant do that. They didnt let me in, stood me outside, and asked cash only. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

You did it again! I loved the balloons you sent to my granddaughter. You had mentioned including a rainbow, but instead you put a gorgeous butterfly-just the thing a new 6-year-old would love.

Disappointed with our balloons and the service we received.

Poor communication from the beginning and I should have known to use a different company from the initial contact/communication via phone calls and e-mail conversation. We had several e-mails back and fourth, with some of mine un answered. The company had to call me several times including the day of the event for more clarification. Extremely unorganized, and unprofessional.

We were told we would get a 25ft garland for the price we had paid but upon arrival the garland was less than 18ft. We did not get our value for the amount we paid. The balloons arrived dirty and smudged in black grease that would not come off.
Although we were told set up would be part of the delivery, the balloons were only dropped off but not set up to where we had initially requested. A couple of balloons had popped spontaneously during our event and the arch completely toppled over spontaneously and fell onto our guest! The stand was not made nearly strong or supportive enough to stand on its own.

I would not recommend this company, I regret choosing Balloon Studio for our event.

Great place. Always busy, tip: be nice to them and they will be nice back. I got a a 10percent off and free balloons added to my arrangements.

Came across this place on a desperation for balloons after checking out the dollar store of course.
I really wished I went here first, they have a huge arrangement of styles, colours, and types of balloons. It was nice having the opportunity to browse through their inventory in store as use their computer in store to see everything that they carry and the products “outside of the packaging. The staff was helpful in answering any inquiries I had. Prices are very comparable to dollar store and Michael’s. I trusted their expertise and advice.

My only wish is that they would be open a little later on weekdays to allow better browsing hours for those 9-5 jobs.

We called the shop at around 3: 30pm and asked them, if we wanted balloons, when is the latest we can come in by, and the colleague said just before 5pm is fine (they close at 5pm). We got there at around 4: 55pm but there was this mean girl who just came out and were like, we’re closed. When I explained to her what the colleague said on the phone, she just shrugged us off and left us standing there! Horrible! Now our birthday party is ruined!

We bought 2 balloons to be blown up to balloon studio. They charged us $10 per balloon to blow up the balloons with helium. However, the balloons was deflating after 6 hours it was blown up. So disappointing! For the amount they charged us for the balloons, I expected that it will last at least a few days and not 6 hours. I highly dont recommend you to go to this place. We found another place around 2900 west broadway who helped us blow up another balloon which charged us $1.50 and it lasted almost 1 week!

This place is a dream! Any and all of the balloons you could ever want. And Carlos and his staff are so friendly and generous! We come here every time for all of our balloon needs. Best balloon shop in town!

Staff here are very nice and very helpful. Their shop had a huge selection of latex/mylar/bubble balloons for every occasion there is. They were happy to fill the balloons I brought them and they looked beautiful as decorations for the special occasion dinner I had tonight. I was actually expecting my request to have these 4 16" balloons filled, to be denied. But the staff were happy to Helium fill them with Hi-Float included when they found out the brand was Qualatex and a company that they sell. THEY DO NOT Hi-Float customer's own balloons if you cannot prove where they came from, or if they came from a Dollar Store, which greatly affects the Float Time. I 100% support that policy.:)

I wish I could give zero stars! My gender reveal was ruined because this place put the wrong gender colour in the balloon. Not only did it ruin my event, but more importantly it has left me emotionally distraught. Now all the videos and pictures are useless since it isn’t even a true reaction to what I’m actually having. So disappointed with this huge mistake made by this company. I honestly thought that since they specialize in balloons, they couldn’t really mess it up this drastically. You would think they would double check to ensure I was getting the correct balloon. Not only was my gender reveal ruined, but I’m sure someone else’s was too since they probably got my balloon! They offered me a refund and credit to use for future purchase, like I’d really want to go back for them to mess up again! Maybe you should offer to pay for my party you ruined!

Great people. Friendly, helpful, great selection. My kids love the place and we really appreciate the staff and service!

I went in here to get balloons done for my 30th birthday. Thank God we met Carlos. He is amazing! He has an eye for color matching and gave us great suggestions on our balloon set up. We will most definitely becoming back to see him for future events. Thanks again Carlos!

So happy I found this place. There's something really satisfying about a store that only has balloons. They have any kind of balloon you could want.

Ordered two letter balloons and one popped a couple mins after we got them in the house and before the party started. They are pretty, but definitely not worth the price if they popped with a big hole. Will not order from there again.

Balloon Studio is AMAZING! I got news 5 days before an event that the decorator couldn't get balloons made for our 80's themed party. Balloon Studio stepped up with immediate and fantastic customer service, working with our last minute request to get the right look and feel that still fell within budget. They delivered above and beyond what I could have expected. Thank you SO much for saving the day!
