Building manager is great, but repairs denied by the management company (tribe). Be cautious.no sound insulation into hallways makes it noisy.

The manager is the simply the best! She resolves all arising issues quickly, lived here for 2 years.

Very quiet, community-oriented building with friendly neighbours and an even friendlier building manager! Any questions or concerns that I had, she was always just a quick text or phone call away, and any maintenance requests were dealt with in a very timely manner. The exterior of the building as well as the lobby and common spaces were recently renovated as well.

I lived here for the past year and a half and have never experienced any issues that many other buildings in the West End face (No break-ins, NO bedbugs, etc)

The manager is very friendly and nice; that is one of the biggest reasons I decided to live here.

Nice, quiet apartment in a central area. Close to grocery stores, transit, beach, and Stanley Park. The apartment units were recently renovated with updated piping, bath tub and new balcony. I live in one of the studio units and its quite spacious. The building manager is also very responsive and helpful.

Very well located in a quiet street. Steps away from Nelson park and minutes away from Stanley park and the beach. The units are in a very good shape. The kitchens and bathrooms have been recently renovated. All common areas are being renovated. For those who want to stay fit or build muscles, the building has a very spacious gym equipped with treadmills but basic bodybuilding equipment. The building manager is very welcoming and can be easily reached.

An absolutely amazing place to call home! Love every part of this building! Everything is super close in walking distance and the nice thing about the location is that despite the exciting spots that are in the near area, the building is located in a quiet street. Secure paking is also available if needed, such a bonus.
The manager is super friendly and prompt to help with any inquiries. Welcome home indeed!
