Bamboo Panda Canada Chinese Restaurant

This is a restaurant brought to you by the Rocky Package Travel agency. Because it was a group, 8 to 9 people sat at a round table and ate various menu items in a buffet style. It's a Chinese restaurant, but don't think of it as a Korean Chinese restaurant^^

I don't like their food very much.sometimes when i order, it gives me and my family very bad after taste.and other times its beautiful experience very tasty i love it my family loves it.idk.

We had a superior experience when us 4 ladies had lunch yesterday June 22,2023
We were sitting by the beautiful aquarium.
Ordered a meal for 4 plus received a free dish for our order!
The food was delicious, fresh tasting and ample amounts.
The server was professional, engaging in conversation and provided timely service!
Loved the older decor.

Food was subpar at best. We were the only table when we arrived and a few more came after. The service was slow and that’s because they are understaffed. The waitress tried her best to service the 5 tables. The decor looks very outdated. Seat covers are worn off.

Did a pick up order they are very efficient and the take out order are enough for 2 to 3 people.

Maybe it's because we are from the states but what a great deal on the family meal for 10. Food was great and was more than the 10 of us could eat. Service was also great. Over all great dining experience and will visit again next time we come up to visit the family.

They changed wor wonton soup, they used to have chicken, squid, broccoli and carrots and green onions. Now carrots and a broccoli. Broth has changed also. Lemon chicken over cooked. Hard to eat. Delivery girl was nice.

Outstanding food and service, hit this joint while driving thru town and won’t hesitate to stop by again.

Typical Chinese restaurant caters for westerners, but with some authentic taste of Cantonese home cooking.

Beware ate here 04/11/22 Still dealing with a bad food experience. Been shi***** my brains out and puking since. My wife went through the same thing but recovered on thursday.

As far as Asian cuisine in merritt is concerned they have some of the better fair however they are far from consistent and leave alot to be desired since renovating they seem to be steadily increasing their in person dining experience however some flavors are off putting and certain dishes have been over seasoned

Generous Servings. I usually get take out and can't figure out how they get so much in them containers.
The flavors are so rich and delicious.
Dine in, you will not leave hungry; you will be taking the rest with you.
I don't recommend the dinner for 2, the dishes are smaller portions, but hey it's still awesome.

The food are fresh and taste excellent! The place is clean and neat. The lights are warm. The staffs are friendly and helpful! I like this restaurant.

An authentic Chinese restaurant that offers some REAL CHINESE dishes for Canadian Chinese. We know what is good Chinese food. Try other dishes out of your comfort zone, chicken chow mien is good but you deserve something better.
